1乌梁素海湖泊冰生长过程中总氮的迁移规律显示文摘为研究湖泊冰封期总氮的污染特征,测定了冰厚分别为0cm、2.5cm、9.5cm、21cm、31cm、41cm、50cm和59am时总氮在冰体和水体中的垂向分布,阐明湖泊冰生长过程中总氮在冰-水-沉积物体系的迁移规律。结果表明:冰生长过程中总氮由冰体向冰下水体迁移,水体的总氮含量随着冰厚的增加而升高,冰厚为59cm时其含量为冰体的2.85倍,冰生长速率决定总氮在冰一水界面处的迁移通量;总氮在冰层内的迁移主要发生在冰体形成初期(0~21cm),之后几乎不再迁移而与冰内气泡融合并转化为独立于冰体的稳定氮胞;冰下水体总氮的实测值小于其计算值,表明冰生长过程中总氮由水体向沉积物迁移。张岩 李畅游 SHEN Hung Tao 史小红 乔玲敏 2013水科学进展2013,24,5:18
2A viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model with Mohr-Coulomb yielding criterion for sea ice dynamics显示文摘A new viscoelastic-plastic (VEP) constitutive model for sea ice dynamics was developed based on continuum mechanics. This modelconsists of four components: Kelvin-Vogit viscoelastic model, Mohr-Coulomb yielding criterion, associated normality flow rule forplastic rehololgy, and hydrostatic pressure. The numerical simulations for ice motion in an idealized rectangular basin were made usingsmoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method, and compared with the analytical solution as well as those based on the modified vis-cous plastic(VP) model and static ice jam theory. These simulations show that the new VEP model can simulate ice dynamics accu-rately. The new constitutive model was further applied to simulate ice dynamics of the Bohai Sea and compared with the traditionalVP, and modified VP models. 3Suppression of human colon tumor growth by adenoviral vector-mediated NK4 expression in an athymic mouse model显示文摘AIM: To investigate the suppressive effects of adenoviral vector-mediated expression of NK4, an antagonist of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), on human colon cancer in an athymic mouse model to explore the possibility of applying NK4 to cancer gene therapy. METHODS: A human colon tumor model was developed by subcutaneous implantation of tumor tissue formed by LS174T cells grown in athymic mice. Fifteen tumor- bearing mice were randomized into three groups (n = 5 in each group) at d 3 after tumor implantation and mice were injected intratumorally with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) or with recombinant adenovirus expressing β-galactosidase (Ad-LacZ) or NK4 (rvAdCMV/NK4) at a 6-d interval for total 5 injections in each mouse. Tumor sizes were measured during treatment to draw a tumor growth curve. At d 26 after the first treatment, all animals were sacrificed and the tumors were removed to immunohistochemically examine proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), microvessel density (represented by CD31), and apoptotic cells. In a separate experiment, 15 additional athymic mice were employed to develop a tumor metastasis model by intraperitoneal injection (ip) of LS174T cells. These mice were randomized into 3 groups (n = 5 in each group) at d 1 after injection and were treated by ip injection of PBS, or Ad-LacZ, or rvAdCMV/NK4 at a 6-d interval for total two injections in each mouse. All animals were sacrificed at d 14 and the numbers and weights of disseminated tumors within the abdominal cavity were measured. RESULTS: Growth of human colon tumors were significantly suppressed in the athymic mice treatedwith rvAdCMV/NK4 (2537.4 ± 892.3 mm3) compared to those treated by either PBS (5175.2 ± 1228.6 mm3) or Ad-LacZ (5578.8 ± 1955.7 mm3) (P < 0.05). The tumor growth inhibition rate was as high as 51%. Immunohistochemical staining revealed a similar PCNA labeling index (75.1% ± 11.2% in PBS group vs 72.8% ± 7.6% in Ad-LacZ group vs 69.3% ± 9.4% in rvAdCMV/ NK4 group) in all groups, but significantly lower microvessel density (10.7 ± 2.4 in rvAdCMV/NK4 group vs 25.6 ± 3.8 in PBS group or 21.3 ± 3.5 in Ad-LacZ group, P < 0.05), and a markedly higher apoptotic index (7.3% ± 2.4% in rvAdCMV/NK4 group vs 2.6 ± 1.1% in PBS group or 2.1% ± 1.5% in Ad-LacZ group, P < 0.05) in the rvAdCMV/NK4 group compared to the two control groups. In the tumor metastasis model, the number and weight of disseminated tumors of mice treated with rvAdCMV/NK4 were much lower than those of the control groups (tumor number: 6.2 ± 3.3 in rvAdCMV/ NK4 group vs 22.9 ± 7.6 in PBS group or 19.8 ± 8.5 in Ad-LacZ group, P < 0.05; tumor weight: 324 ± 176 mg in rvAdCMV/NK4 group vs 962 ± 382 mg in PBS group or 1116 ± 484 mg in Ad-LacZ group, P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The recombinant adenovirus, rvAdCMV/ NK4, can attenuate the growth of colon cancer in vivo, probably by suppressing angiogenesis and inducing tumor cell apoptosis, but not by direct suppression of tumor cell proliferation. Moreover, rvAdCMV/NK4 may inhibit peritoneal dissemination of colon cancer cells in a murine tumor metastasis model. 4河流水冰沙耦合模型研究Ⅰ:原理和方法显示文摘河流水沙研究一般忽略冬季河冰对泥沙输运、河床侵蚀和岸滩崩塌的影响,但北方河流如黄河等冬季冰期的防凌减灾和河道的演变均不能忽略河冰过程,亟需研究河冰全过程影响下的水冰沙耦合作用机理。本文首先总结了河冰水力学的理论发展,针对北方河流建立了二维水冰沙耦合数学模型,包括二维水沙数值模块、河冰动力学模块和岸滩侵蚀模块,并介绍了该耦合模型的求解步骤和方法。研究表明:通过三个模块间的信息传递和数据反馈,该数学模型具备模拟冰塞冰坝等极端工况下的水流变化、河冰堆积和释放、泥沙运动、河床冲淤和岸滩侵蚀等过程的能力。该模型将水沙理论和河冰理论结合起来,可用于北方河流全季节与河冰生消全过程的水冰沙耦合过程模拟,为北方河流管理提供了有力工具。潘佳佳 Hung Tao Shen 郭新蕾 王涛 2021水利学报2021,52,6:6
5弯道取水口河冰运动特性及导冰筏优化设置显示文摘采用DynaRICE二维河冰模型模拟弯道及其取水口附近的水面冰运动和堆积过程,探讨弯道取水口导冰筏的优化设计。该模型耦合了水动力方程和冰动力方程,分别采用有限元法和光滑粒子流体动力学法对水动力方程和冰动力方程进行求解。模拟得到弯道取水口处水流水力特性、不同角度导冰筏下河冰运动规律及其受力情况。结果表明河冰靠弯道凹岸一侧运动,并在取水口附近及其下游堆积,横向环流对河冰运动影响可忽略,取水口上游设置角度和长度合理的导冰筏可有效阻止河冰进入引水渠。但是,下游也需设置导冰筏来防止河冰在取水口下游堆积及向上游延伸到取水口。李超 李畅游 SHEN Hung Tao 2014水科学进展2014,25,2:4
6融冰过程中铁离子和锰离子的迁移规律显示文摘为探究融冰过程中重金属离子的迁移规律,选择铁离子和锰离子为研究对象,开展了室内模拟融冰实验,探讨其在融冰过程中的迁移规律,并分析初始浓度和冷冻温度对其迁移过程的影响.结果表明:在不同的初始浓度和冷冻温度条件下,铁离子和锰离子在冰中各层的浓度分布关系皆为:中层<上层<下层;融冰过程中,51.17%~71.67%的铁离子和锰离子均在冰体融化前期(0~25%)集中释放,中后期相对平稳均匀释放,此外初始浓度对冰融化时铁离子和锰离子的迁移规律影响不大,而冷冻温度较低时,融1中铁离子和锰离子的浓度基本在增加;融冰过程中,随着累积融水体积的增加,融水中铁离子和锰离子的浓度与冰体初始浓度之比逐渐降低,它们之间呈指数函数衰减模式.张岩 任方云 唐元庆 赵万里 赵同国 刘同帅 刘玉灿 SHEN Hung Tao 2021中国环境科学2021,41,5:4
7河流水冰沙耦合模型研究Ⅱ:验证与应用显示文摘北方河流冬季河冰运动会带来凌汛灾害威胁,研究流凌运动对水流、泥沙和河道的影响具有重要工程意义。本文在平面二维河冰动力学模型基础上,建立二维水冰沙耦合数值模型。基于三角形的非结构网格,采用具有迎风特性的Petrov-Galerkin型有限元法计算非恒定水流过程、非恒定非均匀沙输运和河床冲淤变化,利用无网格的SPH法计算河冰运动,基于河冰对岸滩的刮擦切应力计算岸坡侵蚀,再利用双泥沙休止角法分析不同含水层岸坡的稳定坡面。该模型创新性地耦合水沙理论和河冰理论,能模拟北方河流全季节及河冰全过程的水位流量波动、河冰运动、泥沙输移、河床冲淤及岸滩崩塌过程。通过实验条件下溃坝引起的岸坡崩塌侵蚀验证了模型的准确性和可靠性,研究结果显示该模型能再现水流、河冰、泥沙、河床及河岸间的复杂耦合作用,揭示河冰刮擦对岸滩侵蚀破坏的促进机理,可进一步支撑冬季河道防凌减灾和岸滩水土保持研究。潘佳佳 Hung Tao Shen 郭新蕾 2021水利学报2021,52,7:4

9A hybrid Lagrangian-Eulerian numerical model for sea-ice dynamics显示文摘A hybrid Lagrangian-Eulerian(HLE) method is developed for sea ice dynamics,which combines the high computational efficiency of finite difference method(FDM) with the high numerical accuracy of smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH).In this HLE model,the sea ice cover is represented by a group of Lagrangian ice particles with their own thicknesses and concentrations.These ice variables are interpolated to the Eularian gird nodes using the Gaussian interpolation function.The FDM is used to determine the ice velocities at Eulerian grid nodes,and the velocities of Lagrangian ice particles are interpolated from these grid velocities with the Gaussian function also.The thicknesses and concentrations of ice particles are determined based on their new locations.With the HLE numerical model,the ice ridging process in a rectangular basin is simulated,and the simulated results are validated with the analytical solution.This method is also applied to the simulation of sea ice dynamics in a vortex wind field.At last,this HLE model is applied to the Bohai Sea,and the simulated concentration,thickness and velocity match the satellite images and the field observed data well.JI Shunying LI Hai SHEN Hung Tao WANG Ruixue YUE Qianjin 2007Acta Oceanologica Sinica2007,26,5:3

12Hydraulic resistance of river ice jams显示文摘The hydraulic resistance of the river ice jams consists of the resistances due to the seepage flow through the jam and the shear stress on the undersurface of the jam. Existing empirical formulations consider only the the undersurface resistance of the jam, and come up with relations between the jam resistance and the jam thickness with very slight theoretical basis. Based on the analysis of the seepage flow resistance and the flow resistance of the undersurface of the jam, it is shown that the resistance due to the seepage flow is a dominating part of the jam resistance, except for the portion of the jam where the thickness is very small.
