| 1 | Synthesis,characterization and cell imaging properties of rare earth compounds based on hydroxamate ligand显示文摘Six binuclear rare earth compounds were synthesized through the ligand of 4-Bromo-N-hydroxy-Nmethyl-benzamide(sH_2 bha). Compounds 1-3 are isomorphous, and compound 1 is crystallized in the monoclinic system with the P2_1/c space group. Compounds 4 and 5 are isomorphous, and compound 4 is crystallized in the triclinic system with the P-1 space group. Compound 6 is crystallized in the triclinic system with the P-1 space group. The compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and IR spectroscopy. The fluorescence spectrum in the visible area shows characteristic peaks of Eu, Tb, and Dy compounds. The efficiency of Eu compound on the viability of PC3 cells was assessed using CCK8 assays. From the CCK8 results, ionic concentration may have a great effect on PC3 cells' proliferation. Eu compound shows red fluorescence in the cytoplasm of PC3 cell. | 2 | Modeling and small-signal stability analysis of doubly-fed induction generator integrated system显示文摘Owing to their stability,doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)integrated systems have gained considerable interest and are the most widely implemented type of wind turbines and due to the increasing escalation of the wind generation penetration rate in power systems.In this study,we investigate a DFIG integrated system comprising four modules:(1)a wind turbine that considers the maximum power point tracking and pitch-angle control,(2)induction generator,(3)rotor/grid-side converter with the corresponding control strategy,and(4)AC power grid.The detailed small-signal modeling of the entire system is performed by linearizing the dynamic characteristic equation at the steady-state value.Furthermore,a dichotomy method is proposed based on the maximum eigenvalue real part function to obtain the critical value of the parameters.Root-locus analysis is employed to analyze the impact of changes in the phase-locked loop,short-circuit ratio,and blade inertia on the system stability.Lastly,the accuracy of the small-signal model and the real and imaginary parts of the calculated dominant poles in the theoretical analysis are verified using PSCAD/EMTDC. | Tianming Gu Puyu Wang Dingyuan Liu Ao Sun Dejian Yang Gangui Yan | 2023 | Global Energy Interconnection2023,6,4: | 1 |

| 4 | Biological fate and interaction with cytochromes P450 of the nanocarrier material,D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate显示文摘D-a-Tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS,also known as vitamin E-TPGS)is a biodegradable amphiphilic polymer prepared by esterification of vitamin E with polyethylene glycol(PEG)1000.It is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration(FDA)and has found wide application in nanocarrier drug delivery systems(NDDS).Fully characterizing the in vivo fate and pharmacokinetic behavior of TPGS is important to promote the further development of TPGS-based NDDS.However,to date,a bioassay for the simultaneous quantitation of TPGS and its metabolite,PEG1000,has not been reported.In the present study,we developed such an innovative bioassay and used it to investigate the pharmacokinetics,tissue distribution and excretion of TPGS and PEG1000 in rat after oral and intravenous dosing.In addition,we evaluated the interaction of TPGS with cytochromes P450(CYP450s)in human liver microsomes.The results show that TPGS is poorly absorbed after oral administration with very low bioavailability and that,after intravenous administration,TPGS and PEG1000 are mainly distributed to the spleen,liver,lung and kidney before both being slowly eliminated in urine and feces as PEG1000.In vitro studies show the inhibition of human CYP450 enzymes by TPGS is limited to a weak inhibition of CYP3A4.Overall,our results provide a clear picture of the in vivo fate of TPGS which will be useful in evaluating the safety of TPGS-based NDDS in clinical use and in promoting their further development. | Tianming Ren Runzhi Li Liqiang Zhao J.Paul Fawcett Dong Sun Jingkai Gu | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,7: | 0 |

| 6 | Two memory associated genes regulated by amyloid precursor protein intracellular domain Novel insights into the pathogenesis of learning and memory impairment in Alzheimer's disease显示文摘In this study,we employed chromatin immunoprecipitation,a useful method for studying the locations of transcription factors bound to specific DNA regions in specific cells,to investigate amyloid precursor protein intracellular domain binding sites in chromatin DNA from hippocampal neurons of rats,and to screen out five putative genes associated with the learning and memory functions.The promoter regions of the calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II alpha and glutamate receptor-2 genes were amplified by PCR from DNA products immunoprecipitated by amyloid precursor protein intracellular domain.An electrophoretic mobility shift assay and western blot analysis suggested that the promoter regions of these two genes associated with learning and memory were bound by amyloid precursor protein intracellular domain(in complex form).Our experimental findings indicate that the amyloid precursor protein intracellular domain is involved in the transcriptional regulation of learning-and memory-associated genes in hippocampal neurons.These data may provide new insights into the molecular mechanism underlying the symptoms of progressive memory loss in Alzheimer's disease. | Chuandong Zheng Xi Gu Zhimei Zhong Rui Zhu Tianming Gao Fang Wang | 2012 | Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,5: | 0 |
