| 1 | A survey of network anomaly visualization显示文摘Network anomaly analysis is an emerging subtopic of network security. Network anomaly refers to the unusual behavior of network devices or suspicious network status. A number of intelligent visual tools are developed to enhance the ability of network security analysts in understanding the original data, ultimately solving network security problems. This paper surveys current progress and trends in network anomaly visualization. By providing an overview of network anomaly data, visualization tasks, and applications, we further elaborate on existing methods to depict various data features of network alerts, anomalous traffic, and attack patterns data. | 4 | Genome-wide analysis of expression quantitative trait loci(eQTLs)reveals the regulatory architecture of gene expression variation in the storage roots of sweet potato显示文摘Dissecting the genetic regulation of gene expression is critical for understanding phenotypic variation and species evolution.However,our understanding of the transcriptional variability in sweet potato remains limited.Here,we analyzed two publicly available datasets to explore the landscape of transcriptomic variations and its genetic basis in the storage roots of sweet potato.The comprehensive analysis identified a total of 724,438 high-confidence single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)and 26,026 expressed genes.Expression quantitative trait locus(eQTL)analysis revealed 4408 eQTLs regulating the expression of 3646 genes,including 2261 local eQTLs and 2147 distant eQTLs.Two distant eQTL hotspots were found with target genes significantly enriched in specific functional classifications.By combining the information from regulatory network analyses,eQTLs and association mapping,we found that IbMYB1-2 acts as a master regulator and is the major gene responsible for the activation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in the storage roots of sweet potato.Our study provides the first insight into the genetic architecture of genome-wide expression variation in sweet potato and can be used to investigate the potential effects of genetic variants on key agronomic traits in sweet potato. | Lei Zhang Yicheng Yu Tianye Shi Meng Kou Jian Sun Tao Xu Qiang Li Shaoyuan Wu Qinghe Cao Wenqian Hou Zongyun Li | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 2 |

| 8 | A virus-derived siRNA activates plant immunity by interfering with ROS scavenging显示文摘Virus-derived small interference RNAs(vsiRNAs)not only suppress virus infection in plants via induction of RNA silencing but also enhance virus infection by regulating host defensive gene expression.However,the underlying mechanisms that control vsiRNA-mediated host immunity or susceptibility remain largely unknown.In this study,we generated several transgenic wheat lines using four artificial microRNA expression vectors carrying vsiRNAs from Wheat yellow mosaic virus(WYMV)RNA1.Laboratory and field tests showed that two transgenic wheat lines expressing amiRNAI were highly resistant to WYMV infection.Further analyses showed that vsiRNAI could modulate the expression of a wheat thioredoxin-like gene(TaAAEDI),which encodes a negative regulator of reactive oxygen species(ROS)production in the chloroplast.The function of TaAAEDI in ROS scavenging could be suppressed by vsiRNAI in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore,transgenic expression of amiRNAI in wheat resulted in broad-spectrum disease resistance to Chinese wheat mosaic virus,Barley stripe mosaic virus,and Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici infection,suggesting that vsiRNAI is involved in wheat immunity via ROS signaling.Collectively,these findings reveal a previously unidentified mechanism underlying the arms race between viruses and plants. | Peng Liu Xiaoxiang Zhang Fan Zhang Miaoze Xu Zhuangxin Ye Ke Wang Shuang Liu Xiaolei Han Ye Cheng Kaili Zhong Tianye Zhang Linzhi Li Youzhi Ma Ming Chen Jianping Chen Jian Yang | 2021 | Molecular Plant2021,14,7: | 1 |

| 11 | Multiparameter optimization and configuration comparison of supercritical CO_(2) Brayton cycles based on efficiency and cost tradeoff显示文摘Supercritical CO_(2)Brayton cycle has high efficiency,compactness,and excellent power generation potential.In the design of the cycle,some parameters,such as recuperator pinch point temperature difference(ΔTrec,pp),turbine inlet temperature(Ttur,in),and maximum cycle pressure(pmax),are often preset without optimization.Furthermore,different preferences on efficiency and cost tradeoff can significantly affect the optimal design of the cycle,and the influence of different parameters on the design condition and the optimum cycle configuration becomes unclear as the preference changes.In this study,different preferences on efficiency and cost tradeoff are considered,and the effects of cycle configuration and optimization parameter addition on the tradeoff are investigated.In addition,four configurations under different preferences on tradeoff are recommended.Results show that the design condition parametersΔT_(rec,pp) decrease and T_(tur,in) and pmax increase as the preference of thermal efficiency(W_(th))increases.Different optimized parameters affect the results of the design point and cycle performance.In addition,the simple recuperative cycle and reheating cycle are recommended when low cycle initial cost dominates(W_(th)<0.598),and the recompression cycle and intercooling cycle are recommended when high cycle thermal efficiency dominates(W_(th)>0.701).The decision maker can select appropriate configuration according to specific preferences. | LIU TianYe YANG JingZe YANG Zhen DUAN YuanYuan | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,10: | 1 |

| 19 | Fabrication of highly efficient Bi2WO6/CuS composite for visible-light photocatalytic removal of organic pollutants and Cr(VI)from wastewater显示文摘A visible-light-driven Bi_(2)WO_(6)/CuS p-n heterojunction was fabricated using an easy solvothermal method.The Bi_(2)WO_(6)/CuS exhibited high photocatalytic activity in a mixed system containing rhodamine B(RhB),tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH),and Cr(VI)under natural conditions.Approximately 98.8%of the RhB(10 mg/L),87.6%of the TCH(10 mg/L)and 95.1%of the Cr(VI)(15 mg/L)were simultaneously removed from a mixed solution within 105 min.The removal efficiencies of TCH and Cr(VI)increased by 12.9%and 20.4%,respectively,in the mixed solution,compared with the single solutions.This is mainly ascribed to the simultaneous consumption electrons and holes,which increases the amount of excited electrons/holes and enhances the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes.Bi_(2)WO_(6)/CuS can be applied over a wide pH range(2–6)with strong photocatalytic activity for RhB,TCH and Cr(VI).Coexisiting dissolved organic matter in the solution significantly promoted the removal of TCH(from 74.7%to 87.2%)and Cr(VI)(from 75.7%to 99.9%)because it accelerated the separation of electrons and holes by consuming holes as an electron acceptor.Removal mechanisms of RhB,TCH,and Cr(VI)were proposed,Bi_(2)WO_(6)/CuS was formed into a p-n heterojunction to efficiently separate and transfer photoelectrons and holes so as to drive photocatalytic reactions.Specifically,when reducing pollutants(e.g.,TCH)and oxidizing pollutants(e.g.,Cr(VI))coexist in wastewater,the p-n heterojunction in Bi_(2)WO_(6)/CuS acts as a“bridge”to shorten the electron transport and thus simultaneously increase the removal efficiencies of both types of pollutants. | Wei Mao Lixun Zhang Tianye Wang Yichen Bai Yuntao Guan | 2021 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,4: | 1 |
