| 6 | Computer simulation of flow fields for quenching medium显示文摘Using finite element method (FEM), the com-plex flow fields of quenching medium in a quenching tank are calculated for the cases with and without a work-piece in it. The influence of the flow homogenization device on the flow fields is studied. The computer simulation results are in consistency with the actual measurement results. | 9 | Health Management of Patients with Type II Diabetes and its Influence on Chronic Complication显示文摘Objectives:To explore the application of health management in patients with type II diabetes and to analyze and compare the incidence of chronic complications.Methods:the relevant research work was carried out in our hospital.During September 2018 to September 2019,100 patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:one group was given routine nursing intervention,the other group was given health management,and they were named control group and experimental group respectively.Each group had 50 patients,the influence of different nursing methods on the incidence of chronic complications in patients was explored.Results:In the one-year followup results,the corresponding complications of patients mainly include cardiovascular disease,kidney disease,cerebrovascular disease,fundus disease and peripheral neuropathy.The incidence of complications in the experimental group is 10.00%,while that in the control group is 32.00%.in comparison,the incidence in the experimental group is lower,and the data difference between the two group is small(P<0.05),which exists significance.Conclusion:The application of health management method in type II diabetes has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of chronic complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance for clinical development. | Jinmin Ren Shoumei Wang Tongzhen Zhao Junxia Cui Liqiang Wu | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Wenjing Decoction on Menstrual Disorders显示文摘Objective:To treat patients with menstrual disorders with Wenjing Decoction and analyze its therapeutic effects.Metlods:80 patients with menstrual disorders were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group),with each group given different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional Western medical treatment while the experimental group was given Wenjing Decoction treatment,and the effects of different treatment methods on the patients were compared.Results:The total number of effectively treated patients in the experimental group(39 cases,97.50%)was more than the that of the control group(25 cases,62.50%)。and the quality of life score of the experimental group(91.56±4.44 points)was higher that of the control group(81.72±3.19 points),and the number of menstnual recovery cycles(1.11±0.41)was less than that of the control group patients(2.42±1.25 times),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of Wenjing Decoction for patients with menstrual disorders can significantly improve the treatment efficacy and is beneficial to improve the quality of life of the patients and shorten the number of cycles that menstruation starts to return to normal. | Diancui Zhang Junxia Cui Shuwen Gai Tongzhen Zhao Liqiang Wu | 2020 | Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2020,4,6: | 0 |

| 14 | DSFA: cross-scene domain style and feature adaptation for landslide detection from high spatial resolution images显示文摘Rapid and accurate landslide inventory mapping is significant for emergency rescue and post-disaster reconstruction.Nowadays,deep learning methods exhibit excellent performance in supervised landslide detection.However,due to differences between cross-scene images,the performance of existing methods is significantly degraded when directly applied to another scene,which limits the application of rapid landslide inventory mapping.In this study,we propose a novel Domain Style and Feature Adaptation(DSFA)method for cross-scene landslide detection from high spatial resolution images,which can leverage labeled source domain images and unlabeled target domain images to mine robust landslide representations for different scenes.Specifically,we mitigate the large discrepancy between domains at the dataset level and feature level.At the dataset level,we introduce a domain style adaptation strategy to shift landslide styles,which not only bridges the domain gap,but also increases the diversity of landslide samples.At the feature level,adversarial learning and domain distance minimization are integrated to narrow large feature distribution discrepancies for learning domain-invariant information.In addition,to avoid information omission,we improve the U-Net3+model.Extensive experimental results demonstrate that DSFA has superior detection capability and outperforms other methods,showing its great application potential in unsupervised landslide domain detection. | Penglei Li Yi Wang Tongzhen Si Kashif Ullah Wei Han Lizhe Wang | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |

| 17 | Slippery quartz surfaces for anti‐fouling optical windows显示文摘The surface of camera‐based medical devices is easily smeared by blood and fog during the surgical procedure,causing visual field loss and bringing great distress to both doctors and patients.In this article,a slippery liquid‐infused porous surface(SLIPS)on a quartz window surface that can repel various liquids,especially blood droplets is reported.A femtosecond laser pulse train was used to create periodic microhole structures on the silica surface.The subsequent low surface energy treatment and lubricant infusion led to the successful preparation of a slippery surface.Such blood‐repellent windows exhibited high transparency,great antifogging,and antibacterial properties.In addition,the slippery ability of the as‐prepared surface exhibited outstanding stability since the surface could withstand harsh treatments/environments,such as repeated pipette scratches and immersion in different pH solutions.The as‐prepared millimeter‐sized quartz samples with SLIPS were attached to the endoscope lens as a protective coating and could maintain high visibility after repeated immersion in blood.We believe that the coating developed in this study will provide inspiration for the design of next‐generation endoscopes or other camera‐guided devices that will resist fouling,keep clear vision,and reduce operation time,thus offering great potential applications in lesion diagnosis and therapy. | Minjing Li Tongzhen Yang Qing Yang Shaokun Wang Zheng Fang Yang Cheng Xun Hou Feng Chen | 2023 | Droplet2023,2,1: | 0 |
