| 1 | 新型糖氨基酸类化合物的合成研究显示文摘糖氨基酸(sugar amino acids,SAAs)是一类同时含有氨基和羧基的糖类衍生物,具有糖和氨基酸的结构特征和化学反应特性,常作为多功能合成砌块用于组合化学的研究、糖模拟物和多肽模拟物的构建等.因此,该类化合物的设计与合成受到国内外化学家的持续关注.在本文中,我们发展了一种简单、高效的合成新型糖氨基酸的方法,从廉价易得的3,4,6-O-三乙酰基-D-葡萄糖烯和3,4,6-O-三乙酰基-D-半乳糖烯出发,在硝酸铈铵(CAN)的作用下通过一步自由基加成反应分别得到2-C-二羧酸酯类化合物gluco-2和galacto-2,再经过脱羧、脱乙酰、碘代、叠氮化钠取代和一锅法还原氨化反应,以最短直线步骤6步实现了糖氨基酸gluco-7(总收率34%)和galacto-7(总收率19%)的合成.所有合成的化合物均经过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和HRMS的表征. | 汪学彬 王晓丽 胡静 王兆亚 Pimpalpalle Tukaram M Linker Torsten 尹健 | 2015 | 化学学报2015,73,7: | 3 |

| 3 | Influence of rare-earth ions on structural and magnetic properties of CdFe_2O_4 ferrites显示文摘Nano-sized powders of rare-earth ions added CdFe2O4 ferrites were synthesized by oxalate co-precipitation method.The influence of R ions(R = Sm3+, Y3+, and La3+) on the microstructure and magnetic properties of CdFe2O4 ferrites was studied.XRD, SEM, FTIR, and magnetic hysteresis loops were used for analyzing the samples.The addition of R ions alters the structure of the powders and decreases the crystalline size, lattice constant, and grain size.The magnetic properties such as saturation magnetization, remanent magnetization, and magnetic moment increased due to addition of rare-earth ions in CdFe2O4 ferrite.The formation of secondary phase on the grain boundaries supports the abnormal growth.FTIR spectra show two absorption bands.Results suggest that the magnetic properties depend on the particular method of preparation and additives. | Ashok Gadkari Tukaram Shinde Pramod Vasambekar | 2010 | Rare Metals2010,29,2: | 2 |

| 8 | 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene-derived self-assembled 3D TiO_(2)nanoflowers for nonvolatile memory and synaptic learning applications显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)semiconducting materials and transition-metal oxides are promising materials for nonvolatile memory and brain-inspired neuromorphic computing applications.However,it remains chal-lenging to obtain high-quality stacked 2D films with low energy consumptions(or drive currents)be-cause of their high interfacial resistance.In this study,we synthesized 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene-derived three-dimensional(3D)TiO_(2)nanoflowers(NFs)as a feasible resistive switching(RS)material with outstanding electronic properties and synaptic learning capabilities.The electrical and optical characteristics of the synthesized material were determined through density functional theory calculations.Electrical measure-ments of the Al/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-TiO_(2)NF/Pt memory device indicated the occurrence of forming-free switching phenomena with extremely low switching voltages(0.68-0.53 V),stable ON/OFF ratio(2.3×103),and retention greater than 105 s.The Holt-Winters exponential smoothing technique was used for mod-eling and predicting the switching voltages of the RS device.The mechanism underlying the reliable RS was confirmed by observing the dense conductive filaments through conductive atomic force mi-croscopy.Interestingly,the 2D Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene-derived 3D TiO_(2)NF-based RS device mimicked the po-tentiation/depression and spike-time-dependent plasticity of a biological synapse.Finally,a convolutional neural network was implemented based on the observed synaptic weights of Al/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-TiO_(2)NF/Pt for image-edge detection. | Atul C.Khot Tukaram D.Dongale Kiran A.Nirmal Jayan K.Deepthi Santosh S.Sutar Tae Geun Kim | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,19: | 0 |
| 9 | Multilevel resistive switching and synaptic plasticity of nanoparticulated cobaltite oxide memristive device显示文摘Multilevel resistive switching(RS)is a key property to embrace the full potential of memristive devices for non-volatile memory and neuromorphic computing applications.In this study,we employed nanoparticulated cobaltite oxide(Co_(3)O_(4))as a model material to demonstrate the multilevel RS and synaptic learning capabilities because of its multiple and stable redox state properties.The Pt/Co_(3)O_(4)/Pt memristive device exhibited tunable RS properties with respect to different voltages and compliance currents(CC)without the electroforming process.That is,the device showed voltage-dependent RS at a higher CC whereas CC-dependent RS was observed at lower CC.The device showed four different resistance states during endurance and retention measurements and non-volatile memory results indicated that the CC-based measurement had less variation.Besides,we investigated the basic and complex synaptic plasticity properties using the analog current-voltage characteristics of the Pt/Co_(3)O_(4)/Pt device.In particular,we mimicked the potentiation–depression and four-spike time-dependent plasticity(STDP)rules such as asymmetric Hebbian,asymmetric anti-Hebbian,symmetric Hebbian,and symmetric antiHebbian learning rules.The results of the present work indicate that the cobaltite oxide is an excellent nanomaterial for both multilevel RS and neuromorphic computing applications. | Tukaram D.Dongale Atul C.Khot Ashkan V.Takaloo Kyung Rock Son Tae Geun Kim | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,19: | 0 |

| 11 | An understanding of mitochondria and its role in targeting nanocarriers for diagnosis and treatment of cancer显示文摘Nanotechnology has changed the entire paradigm of drug targeting and has shown tremendous potential in the area of cancer therapy due to its specificity. In cancer, several targets have been explored which could be utilized for the better treatment of disease. Mitochondria, the so-called powerhouse of cell, portrays significant role in the survival and death of cells, and has emerged as potential target for cancer therapy. Direct targeting and nanotechnology based approaches can be tailor-made to target mitochondria and thus improve the survival rate of patients suffering from cancer. With this backdrop, in present review, we have reemphasized the role of mitochondria in cancer progression and inhibition, highlighting the different targets that can be explored for targeting of disease. | 12 | A multiwavelength view of the ISM in the merger remnant galaxy Fornax A显示文摘We present multi-wavelength imagery of the merger remnant galaxy NGC 1316 with an objective to study the dust content and its association with the other phases of the interstellar medium. Color-index maps as well as extinction maps derived for this galaxy reveal an intricate and complex dust morphology in NGC 1316, i.e. there is a prominent lane in the inner part, while at about 6-7 kpc it apparently takes the form of an arc-like pattern extending along the northeast direction. In addition to this, several other dust clumps and knots are also evident in this galaxy. The dust emission mapped using Spitzer data at 8 μm indicates even more complex morphological structures of the dust in NGC 1316. The extinction curve derived over the optical to near-IR bands closely follows the standard Galactic curve, suggesting similar properties of the dust grains. The dust content of NGC 1316, estimated from optical extinction, is ~ 2.13 105M⊙ . This is a lower limit compared to that estimated using the IRAS flux densities of ~5.17×106M⊙ and the flux densities at 24, 70 and 160 μm from MIPS ~3.2×107M⊙ . High resolution Chandra observations of this merger remnant system have provided an unprecedented view of the complex nature exhibited by the distribution of hot gas in NGC 1316, which closely matches the morphology of ionized gas and to some extent also the dust.
