| 1 | Design and Analysis of the Gemini Chain System in Dual Clutch Transmission of Automobile显示文摘Chain drive system is widely used in the conditions of high-speed, overload, variable speed and load. Many studies are focused on the meshing theory and wear characteristics of chain drive system, but system design, analysis, and noise characteristics of the chain drive system are weak. System design and noise characteristic are studied for a new type Gemini chain of dual-clutch automatic transmission. Based on the meshing theory of silent chain, the design parameters of the Gemini chain system are calculated and the mathematical models and dynamic analysis models of the Gemini chain system are established. Dynamic characteristics of the Gemini chain system is simulated and the contact force of plate and pin, plate and sprockets, the chain tension forces, the transmission error and the stress of plates and pins are analyzed. According to the simulation results of the Gemini chain system, the noise experiment about system is carried out. The noise values are tested at different speed and load and spectral characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experimental show that the contact forces of plate and pin, plate and sprockets are smaller than the allowable stress values, the chain tension force is less than ultimate tension and transmission error is limited in 1.2%. The noise values can meet the requirements of industrial design, and it is proved that the design and analysis method of the Gemini chain system is scientific and feasible. The design and test system is built from analysis to test of Gemini chain system. | 2 | A Novel Bionic Piezoelectric Actuator Based on the Walrus Motion显示文摘A novel bionic piezoelectric actuator based on the walrus motion to achieve high performance on large working stroke for micro/nano positioning systems is first proposed in this study.The structure of the proposed walrus type piezoelectric actuator is described,and its motion principle is presented in details.An experimental system is set up to verify its feasibility and explore its working performances.Experimental results indicate that the proposed walrus type piezoelectric actuator could realize large working stroke with only one driving unit and one coupled clamping unit;the maximum stepping displacement isΔL max=19.5μm in the case that the frequency f=1 Hz and the voltage U=120 V;the maximum speed V max=2275.2μm·s^(-1) when the frequency f=900 Hz and the voltage U=120 V;the maximum vertical load m max=350 g while the voltage U=120 V and the frequency f=1 Hz.This study shows the feasibility of mimicking the bionic motion of the real walrus animal to the design of piezoelectric actuators,which is hopeful for the real application of micro/nano positioning systems to achieve large working stroke and high performance. | Jianping Li Junjie Cai Nen Wan Yili Hu Jianming Wen Junwu Kan Song Chen Hongwei Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2021，18，5： | 1 |
| 3 | “I Want to Feel That I Live in China”:Imaginaries and Hospitality in International Students’(mis-)Encounters at a Top Chinese University显示文摘Research on international students’experiences abroad has tended to rely on models of adjustment,integration and/or acculturation to describe their(mis-)encounters with different kinds of people(e.g.,co-nationals,locals and other international students).This paper proposes to use the more fluid concepts of imaginaries and hospitality,leaving behind stages and phases of adaption and acculturation,and focusing on the influence of the Structure on their experiences.Based on a discursive pragmatic analysis of interview data with 20 international students at a top Chinese university,the authors review how the students describe the kind of hospitality experienced at this institution and the influence that it has on their(mis-)encounters.Culturalist,differentialist and essentialist imaginaries(static and fixed views of Chineseness)are often used to justify the lack of encounters and the“segregation”and somewhat“positive discrimination”that they experienced.However,the paper shows that,amongst others,the institutional hospitality management for international students leads to closed contexts of encounters and feelings of exclusion.Although the study serves as a case study and cannot be generalized to the many and varied experiences of international students in other universities in China,some recommendations are made to solve,at least in part,misconceptions about what interculturality and hospitality entail in the internationalization of higher education. | Fred DERVIN Anu HÄRKÖNEN Mei YUAN Ning CHEN Wan ZHANG | 2020 | Frontiers of Education in China2020，15，4： | 0 |
