| 1 | Identification of Porphyra lines using computerized DNA fingerprinting显示文摘RAPD (Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis was performed with filaments of 15 Porphyra lines representing four important groups (P. yezoensis, P. haitanensis, P. katadai var. Hemiphylla and P. digospermatangia). Eight stable and repeatable RAPD bands amplified with two primers, OPN-02 and OPJ-18, were selected for the construction of DNA fingerprinting. The RAPD results were scored based on the presence or absence of each of the 8 bands and then converted to computer language expressed with two digitals, 1 and 0, which represented the presence (numbered as 1) or absence (numbered as 0) of each band, respectively. Based on these results, a model DNA fingerprint and a computerized DNA fingerprint were constructed. In the constructed DNA fingerprint, each Porphyra line has its unique fingerprinting pattern and can be easily distinguished from each other. Later, a software, named as PhGI, was designed based on this DNA fingerprinting. | 2 | Adjunctive sepsis therapy with aminophylline(STAP):a randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:Sepsis is a serious disease caused by infection.Aminophylline has anti-asthma and anti-inflammatory effects.We aimed to explore the safety and effect of aminophylline in sepsis.Methods:We conducted a clinical randomized controlled trial involving 100 patients diagnosed with sepsis within 48 h after intensive care unit(ICU)admission in two sites.All patients were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive standard therapy with or without aminophylline.The primary clinical outcome was all-cause mortality at 28 days.Results:From September 27,2018 to February 12,2020,we screened 277 septic patients and eventually enrolled 100 patients,with 50 assigned to the aminophylline group and 50 to the usual-care group.At 28 days,7 of 50 patients(14.0%)in the aminophylline group had died,compared with 16 of 50(32.0%)in the usual-care group(P=0.032).Cox regression showed that the aminophylline group had a lower hazard of death(hazard ratio=0.312,95%confidence interval:0.129–0.753).Compared with the usual-care group,patients in the aminophylline group had a longer survival time(P=0.039 by the log-rank test).The effects of aminophylline on vasopressor dose,oxygenation index,and sequential organ failure assessment score were timedependent with treatment.There were no significant differences in total hospitalization days,ICU hospitalization days,and rates of serious adverse events(all P>0.05).No adverse events were observed in the trial.Conclusions:Aminophylline as an adjunct therapy could significantly reduce the risk of death and prolong the survival time of patients with sepsis.Trial registration:ChiCTR.org.cn,ChiCTR1800019173. | Ruifang Zhang Huan Liu Dongmei Dai Xianfei Ding Dong Wang Yan Wang Xuexiu Shi Shuguang Zhang Xiaoguang Duan Haixu Wang Yonggang Luo Shaohua Liu Bing Han Xiaojuan Zhang Yu Fang Jing Yang Wangbin Xu Tongwen Sun | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,23: | 2 |
| 3 | Characteristics and modeling of UAV-vehicle MIMO wideband channels显示文摘A geometry-based stochastic model(GBSM) for unmanned aerial vehicle to vehicle(UAV-V) multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) wideband channel is proposed to investigate the characteristics of UAV-V channel. Based on the proposed model, a three-dimensional(3D) wideband channel matrix regarding channel numbers, time and delay is constructed. And some important channel characteristics parameters, such as power delay profile(PDP), root mean square(RMS) delay spread, RMS Doppler spread, channel gain and Doppler power spectral density(PSD) are investigated with different vehicle velocities. It is much simpler and clearer compared with the complex analytical derivations. Firstly, a characterization of the upper convex densities of self-similar sets at the contracting-similarity fixed points is given. Next, under the strong separation open set condition, the existence of the best shape for the upper convex densities of self-similar sets at the contracting-similarity fixed points is proven. | 7 | FIXED POINTS FOR WEAKLY INWARD MAPPINGS IN BANACH SPACES (Ⅱ)显示文摘S. Hu and Y. Sun[1] defined the fixed point index for weakly inward mappings, investigated its properties and studied fixed points for such mappings. In this paper, following S. Hu and Y. Sun, we further investigate boundary conditions, under which the fixed point index for i(A,Ω, p) is equal to nonzero, where i(A,Ω, p) is the completely continuous and weakly inward mapping. Correspondingly, we can obtain many new fixed point the-orems of the completely continuous and weakly inward mapping, which generalize some famous theorems such as Rothe’s theorem, Altman’s theorem, Petryshyn’s theorem etc. in the case of weakly inward mappings. In addition, our conclusions extend the famous fixed point theorem of cone expansion and compression to the case of weakly inward mappings.
