2Comparison of survival outcomes between transthoracic and transabdominal surgical approaches in patients with Siewert-Ⅱ/Ⅲesophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma:a single-institution retrospective cohort study显示文摘Objective: To compare the survival outcomes of transabdominal(TA) and transthoracic(TT) surgical approaches in patients with Siewert-Ⅱ/Ⅲ esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma.Methods: This retrospective study was conducted in patients with Siewert-Ⅱ/Ⅲ esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma who underwent either TT or TA operations in the West China Hospital between January 2006 and December 2009.Results: A total of 308 patients(109 in the TT and 199 in the TA groups) were included in this study with a follow-up rate of 87.3%. The median(P25, P75) number of harvested perigastric lymph nodes was 8(5, 10) in the TT group and 23(16, 34) in the TA group(P<0.001), and the number of positive perigastric lymph nodes was 2(0, 5) in the TT group and 3(1, 8) in the TA group(P<0.004). The 5-year overall survival(OS) rate was 36% in the TT group and 51% in the TA group(P=0.005). Subgroup analysis by Siewert classification showed that 5-year OS rates for patients with Siewert Ⅱ tumors were 38% and 48% in TT and TA groups, respectively(P=0.134), whereas the 5-year OS rate for patients with Siewert Ⅲ tumors was significantly lower in the TT group than that in the TA group(33% vs. 53%; P=0.010). 3Unraveling a genetic roadmap for improved taste in the domesticated apple显示文摘Although taste is an important aspect of fruit quality, an understanding of its genetic control remains elusive in apple and other fruit crops. In this study, we conducted genomic sequence analysis of 497 Malus accessions and revealed erosion of genetic diversity caused by apple breeding and possible independent domestication events of dessert and cider apples. Signatures of selection for fruit acidity and size, but not for fruit sugar content, were detected during the processes of both domestication and improvement. Furthermore, we found that single mutations in major genes affecting fruit taste, including Ma1, MdTDT, and MdSOT2, dramatically decrease malate, citrate, and sorbitol accumulation, respectively, and correspond to important domestication events. Interestingly, Ma1 was identified to have pleiotropic effects on both organic acid content and sugar:acid ratio, suggesting that it plays a vital role in determining fruit taste. Fruit taste is unlikely to have been negatively affected by linkage drag associated with selection for larger fruit that resulted from the pyramiding of multiple genes with minor effects on fruit size. 6A primary study of nitrous oxide emission in agriculture region of Northern China显示文摘Significance of nitrous oxide in atmospheric chemistry is reviewed briefly. Background concentration of N2O at Wudaoliang in Qinghai Province of Western China has been measured by collecting gas samples and analysing them with electron capture-gas chromatography. The atmospheric concentration fluctuates in the range of 303-315 ppb with the mean value of 308 ppb. The emission rate of N2O in agriculture region of Northern China has been studied primarily. Fertilization, rain and temperature of soil appear conductible to N2O emission. The interactions between greenhouse effect and N2O emission have been discussed. 7Research strategy for constructing a green infrastructure network based on spatial prioritization显示文摘The destruction of the ecological system caused by urban expansion has led to the environmental deterioration,cities have become increasingly vulnerable.In this study,six districts and counties along the Yellow River in Zhengzhou were selected as the study area.First,green infrastructure elements were extracted by morphological spatial pattern analysis.Then,outside the urban areas,we used connectivity analysis to evaluate the importance of core areas,adopted minimum cumulative resistance model to extract potential corridors,and identified the important corridors by using the gravity model.Finally,in the urban areas,we set up an evaluation system to assess the demands for ecosystem services.The results showed that:(1)Seven landscape types of green infrastructure be identified in study area.(2)There are 17 vital cores,136 potential corridors,and 24 vital corridors outside the urban areas.(3)The blocks with high demand for ecosystem services are mostly concentrated in the old blocks with dense populations and poor infrastructure,and there are 5 blocks with comprehensive high-demand.Based on identified importance for green infrastructure land space,and high-demand level for ecosystem services areas in this study,a green infrastructure net plan was proposed based on spatial conservation prioritisation.Dongmeng Wang Chang Liu Yue Guo Puxia Tang Jie Jiao Weihan Kong Ling Zhang Yiping Liu Dezheng Kong 2022Ecosystem Health and Sustainability2022,8,1:0
8Network Traffic Generation Based on Statistical Packet-Level Characteristics显示文摘Network traffic is very important for testing network equipment, network services, and security products. A new method of generating traffic based on statistical packet-level characteristics is proposed. In every time unit, the generator determines the sent packets number, the type and size of every sent packet according to the statistical characteristics of the original traffic. Then every packet, in which the protocol headers of transport layer, network layer and ethernet layer are encapsulated, is sent via the responding network interface card in the time unit. The results in the experiment show that the correlation coefficients between the bandwidth, the packet number, packet size distribution, the fragment number of the generated network traffic and those of the original traffic are all more than 0.96. 9Rational design of ZnCdS/TpPa-1-COF heterostructure photocatalyst by strengthening the interface connection in solar hydrogen production reactions显示文摘ZnCdS quantum dots(QDs)are highly coveted in photocatalysis research for their exceptional visible-light responses and high light-absorption coefficients.However,their practical application is hindered by their tendency to aggregate,due to having high surface energies.To address this issue,herein,a heterostructure is synthesized by growing ZnCdS QDs with a size of approximately 5 nm onto the surface of a two-dimensional(2D)covalent organic framework(COF),TpPa-1-COF.This approach suppresses the aggregation of the QDs and improves their stability.The ZnCdS/TpPa-1-COF composite exhibited a peak hydrogen evolution rate of 6244.16μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which was 2.89 and 4.18 times greater than that of ZnCdS and TpPa-1-COF,respectively.The zero-dimensional/two-dimensional(0D/2D)heterojunction formed by ZnCdS and TpPa-1-COF generates a strong interfacial force,which is attributed to the intimate contact between the interfaces.Tight connections accelerate charge separation,improve the utilisation of reduced electrons,and reduce the extent of agglomeration of the ZnCdS QDs,thereby resulting in high hydrogen production activity of the composites.Meanwhile,the photocatalytic mechanism is studied using Kelvin probe force microscopy and theoretical calculations.This study offers a novel approach for creating sulfide photocatalysts and is crucial for investigating the potential practical applications of the related photocatalysts.Di Yang Zhi-Gang Li Xinghao Zhang Zenghuan Ren Weihan Lu Haining Liu Xiaomeng Guo Jijie Zhang Xian-He Bu 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
10Dual-single-atoms of Pt-Co boost sulfur redox kinetics for ultrafast Li-S batteries显示文摘Applications of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are still limited by the sluggish conversion kinetics from polysulfide to Li_(2)S.Although various single-atom catalysts are available for improving the conversion kinetics,the sulfur redox kinetics for Li-S batteries is still not ultrafast.Herein,in this work,a catalyst with dual-single-atom Pt-Co embedded in N-doped carbon nanotubes(Pt&Co@NCNT)was proposed by the atomic layer deposition method to suppress the shuttle effect and synergistically improve the interconversion kinetics from polysulfides to Li_(2)S.The X-ray absorption near edge curves indicated the reversible conversion of Li_(2)Sx on the S/Pt&Co@NCNT electrode.Meanwhile,density functional theory demonstrated that the Pt&Co@NCNT promoted the free energy of the phase transition of sulfur species and reduced the oxidative decomposition energy of Li_(2)S.As a result,the batteries assembled with S/Pt&Co@NCNT electrodes exhibited a high capacity retention of 80%at 100 cycles at a current density of 1.3 mA cm^(−2)(S loading:2.5 mg cm^(−2)).More importantly,an excellent rate performance was achieved with a high capacity of 822.1 mAh g^(−1) at a high current density of 12.7 mA cm^(−2).This work opens a new direction to boost the sulfur redox kinetics for ultrafast Li-S batteries.Hanyan Wu Xuejie Gao Xinyang Chen Weihan Li Junjie Li Lei Zhang Yang Zhao Ming Jiang Runcang Sun Xueliang Sun 2024Carbon Energy2024,6,3:0

It was found that the state of sustained oscillation exists only when the ratio of photon decay rate γ to injection rate r is satisfied. 13Effect of the air pollution on atmospheric visibility in Beijing-Tianjin area显示文摘Simultaneous measurements of air pollutant concentrations and atmospheric visibility were made in Beijing and Tianjin areas in 1983-1985. The relationship between air pollution and visibility was studied. It was found that atmospheric particulates have the most high contribution to visibility decreasing. The percentages of contributions of sulfates and soot are 52-58% and 22-29% respectively. 14DDQ as an effective p-type dopant for the hole-transport material X1 and its application in stable solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells显示文摘X1(Me O-TPD) is an inexpensive and easily synthesized π-conjugated molecule that has been used as a hole-transport material(HTM) in solid-state dye-sensitized solar cells(ssDSSCs), achieving relatively high efficiency. In this paper, we characterize the physicochemical properties of 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone(DDQ) and show that it is a promising p-dopant in a spin-coating solution with X1 as the HTM. The doped ssDSSCs showed an increase in short-circuit current density from 5.38 mA cm^(-2) to7.39 mA cm^(-2), and their overall power conversion efficiency increased from 2.9% to 4.3%. 16SA-Model:Multi-Feature Fusion Poetic Sentiment Analysis Based on a Hybrid Word Vector Model显示文摘Sentiment analysis in Chinese classical poetry has become a prominent topic in historical and cultural tracing,ancient literature research,etc.However,the existing research on sentiment analysis is relatively small.It does not effectively solve the problems such as the weak feature extraction ability of poetry text,which leads to the low performance of the model on sentiment analysis for Chinese classical poetry.In this research,we offer the SA-Model,a poetic sentiment analysis model.SA-Model firstly extracts text vector information and fuses it through Bidirectional encoder representation from transformers-Whole word masking-extension(BERT-wwmext)and Enhanced representation through knowledge integration(ERNIE)to enrich text vector information;Secondly,it incorporates numerous encoders to remove text features at multiple levels,thereby increasing text feature information,improving text semantics accuracy,and enhancing the model’s learning and generalization capabilities;finally,multi-feature fusion poetry sentiment analysis model is constructed.The feasibility and accuracy of the model are validated through the ancient poetry sentiment corpus.Compared with other baseline models,the experimental findings indicate that SA-Model may increase the accuracy of text semantics and hence improve the capability of poetry sentiment analysis.Lingli Zhang Yadong Wu Qikai Chu Pan Li Guijuan Wang Weihan Zhang Yu Qiu Yi Li 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,10:0
