| 1 | Safety issues and new rapid detection methods in traditional Chinese medicinal materials显示文摘The safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a major strategic issue that involves human health. With the continuous improvement in disease prevention and treatment, the export of TCM and its related products has increased dramatically in China. However, the frequent safety issues of Chinese medicine have become the ‘bottleneck' impeding the modernization of TCM. It was proved that mycotoxins seriously affect TCM safety; the pesticide residues of TCM are a key problem in TCM international trade; adulterants have also been detected, which is related to market circulation. These three factors have greatly affected TCM safety. In this study, fast, highly effective, economically-feasible and accurate detection methods concerning TCM safety issues were reviewed, especially on the authenticity, mycotoxins and pesticide residues of medicinal materials. | Lili Wang Weijun Kong Meihua Yang Jianping Han Shilin Chen | 2015 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,1: | 18 |
| 2 | Experimental study of photooxidation products of ethylbenzene显示文摘Smog chamber experiments were performed to investigate the composition of products formed from photooxidation of aromatic hydrocarbon ethylbenzene.Vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometer and aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer were used to measure the products in the gas and particle phases in real-time.Experimental results demonstrated that ethylphenol, methylglyoxal, phenol, benzaldehyde, and 2-ethylfurane were the predominant photooxidation products in both the gas and particle phases. However, there were some dierences between detected gas phase products and those of particle phase, for example,2-ethylfurane,ethylglyoxylic acid,nitroethylbenzene,3,4-dioxopentanal and ethyl-nitrophenol were only existing in the particle-phase. The possible reaction mechanisms leading to these products were also discussed and proposed. | Mingqiang Huang Weijun Zhang Liqing Hao Zhenya Wang Li Fang Ruihong Kong Xiaobin Shan Fuyi Liu Liusi Sheng | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,10: | 5 |
| 3 | Cellulose-based Antimicrobial Composites and Applications: A Brief Review显示文摘Cellulose-based antimicrobial composites, typically in the form of functional films and cloth, have received much attention in various applications, such as food, medical and textile industries.Cellulose is a natural polymer, and is highly biodegradable, green, and sustainable.Imparting antimicrobial properties to cellulose, will significantly enhance its applications so that its commercial value can be boosted. In this review paper, the use of cellulose for antimicrobial composites’preparation was discussed. Two different approaches:surface loading/coating and interior embedding, were focused.Three most widely-applied sectors:food, medical and textile industries, were highlighted.Nanocellulose,as a leading-edge cellulose material, its unique application on the antimicrobial composites, was particularly discussed. | Bo Sun Fangong Kong Min Zhang Weijun Wang Birat Singh KC Jimi Tjong Mohini Sain | 2019 | Paper And Biomaterials2019,4,4: | 5 |
