2The seamless model for three-dimensional datum transformation显示文摘With extensive applications of space geodesy, three-dimensional datum transformation model has been necessarily used to transform the coordinates in the different coordinate systems.Its essence is to predict the coordinates of non-common points in the second coordinate system based on their coordinates in the first coordinate system and the coordinates of common points in two coordinate systems.Traditionally, the computation of seven transformation parameters and the transformation of noncommon points are individually implemented, in which the errors of coordinates are taken into account only in the second system although the coordinates in both two systems are inevitably contaminated by the random errors.Moreover, the coordinate errors of non-common points are disregarded when they are transformed using the solved transformation parameters.Here we propose the seamless (rigorous) datum transformation model to compute the transformation parameters and transform the non-common points integratively, considering the errors of all coordinates in both coordinate systems.As a result, a nonlinear coordinate transformation model is formulated.Based on the Gauss-Newton algorithm and the numerical characteristics of transformation parameters, two linear versions of the established nonlinear model are individually derived.Then the least-squares collocation (prediction) method is employed to trivially solve these linear models.Finally, the simulation experiment is carried out to demonstrate the performance and benefits of the presented method.The results show that the presented method can significantly improve the precision of the coordinate transformation, especially when the non-common points are strongly correlated with the common points used to compute the transformation parameters.LI BoFeng SHEN YunZhong LI WeiXiao 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,12:19

4Type Two Cytokines Predominance of Human Lung Cancer and Its Reverse by Traditional Chinese Medicine TTMP显示文摘Type 2 cytokines are usually predominant in tumor patients and associated with tumor progression. To explore whether reversing of type 2 predominance could be a promising strategy in tumor immunotherapy, PBMCs of 35 lung cancer patients and 19 healthy subjects were prepared and subjected to be examined for cytokine secretion and gene expression. Tetra-Methylpyrazine (TTMP), extracted from a traditional Chinese medicinal herb which has been used in clinic to reverse the Th2 status of cancer patients in China, was added to PBMC culture.Determined by RT-PCR, the positive percentages of mRNA expression of type 1 cytokines (8.6% for IFN-γ and 11.4% for IL-2) were lower than those of type 2 cytokines (71.4% for IL-4, 60% for IL-6 and 80% for IL-10) in patients' PBMCs. The potential of gene expressing (measured as relative intensity to the ratio of β-actin) in the patients for type 1 cytokines was also in a low level (0.111 for IFN-γ, 0.119 for IL-2) in comparison with a relative high level for type 2 cytokines (0.319 for IL-4, 0.303 for IL-6 and 0.377 for IL-10). Meanwhile, both positive percentage and relative intensity of gene expression were lower for a type 1 cytokine-related transcription factor T-bet (31.4% and 0.142, respectively) than those for type 2 cytokine-related GATA3 (85.7% and 0.378,respectively). The blood serum levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the patients were slightly lower but not significantly when compared with healthy control. In contrast, the levels IL-4 and IL-6 in patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects by ELISA analysis. TTMP could enhance supernatant concentration and gene expression levels of IFN-γ, IL-2 and T-bet, but reduced those of type 2 cytokines. These results demonstrate that the lung cancer patients had a predominant expression of type 2 cytokines and TTMP could reverse the type 2 dominant status, which might offer an alternative therapeutic regime for lung cancer patients. 6Regulation of extracellular bioactive cations in bone tissue microenvironment induces favorable osteoimmune conditions to accelerate in situ bone regeneration显示文摘The design of orthopedic biomaterials has gradually shifted from“immune-friendly”to“immunomodulatory,”in which the biomaterials are able to modulate the inflammatory response via macrophage polarization in a local immune microenvironment that favors osteogenesis and implant-to-bone osseointegration.Despite the well-known effects of bioactive metallic ions on osteogenesis,how extracellular metallic ions manipulate immune cells in bone tissue microenvironments toward osteogenesis and subsequent bone formation has rarely been studied.Herein,we investigate the osteoimmunomodulatory effect of an extracellular bioactive cation(Mg^(2+))in the bone tissue microenvironment using custom-made poly lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)/MgO-alendronate microspheres that endow controllable release of magnesium ions.The results suggest that the Mg^(2+)-controlled tissue microenvironment can effectively induce macrophage polarization from the M0 to M2 phenotype via the enhancement of anti-inflammatory(IL-10)and pro-osteogenic(BMP-2 and TGF-β1)cytokines production.It also generates a favorable osteoimmune microenvironment that facilitates the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.The in vivo results further verify that a large amount of bony tissue,with comparable bone mineral density and mechanical properties,has been generated at an early post-surgical stage in rat intramedullary bone defect models.This study demonstrates that the concept of in situ immunomodulated osteogenesis can be realized in a controlled magnesium tissue microenvironment.Zhengjie Lin Danni Shen Weixiao Zhou Yufeng Zheng Tiantian Kong Xuanyong Liu Shuilin Wu Paul K.Chu Ying Zhao Jun Wu Kenneth M.C.Cheung Kelvin W.K.Yeung 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,8:5
7Evaluation of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 status of breast cancer using preoperative multidetector computed tomography with deep learning and handcrafted radiomics features显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)status in patients with breast cancer using multidetector computed tomography(MDCT)-based handcrafted and deep radiomics features.Methods:This retrospective study enrolled 339 female patients(primary cohort,n=177;validation cohort,n=162)with pathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer.Handcrafted and deep radiomics features were extracted from the MDCT images during the arterial phase.After the feature selection procedures,handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures and the combined model were built using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Performance was assessed by measures of discrimination,calibration,and clinical usefulness in the primary cohort and validated in the validation cohort.Results:The handcrafted radiomics signature had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.739[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.661-0.818]in the primary cohort and 0.695(95%CI:0.609-0.781)in the validation cohort.The deep radiomics signature also had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.760(95%CI:0.690-0.831)in the primary cohort and 0.777(95%CI:0.696-0.857)in the validation cohort.The combined model,which incorporated both the handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures,showed good discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.829(95%CI:0.767-0.890)in the primary cohort and 0.809(95%CI:0.740-0.879)in the validation cohort.Conclusions:Handcrafted and deep radiomics features from MDCT images were associated with HER2 status in patients with breast cancer.Thus,these features could provide complementary aid for the radiological evaluation of HER2 status in breast cancer.Xiaojun Yang Lei Wu Ke Zhao Weitao Ye Weixiao Liu Yingyi Wang Jiao Li Hanxiao Li Xiaomei Huang Wen Zhang Yanqi Huang Xin Chen Su Yao Zaiyi Liu Changhong Liang 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2:4
8Shaking table comparative test and associated study of a stepped wall-frame structure显示文摘A new structural system c alled a stepped wall-frame structure is proposed in this study to solve the bottom yielding problem of RC frames, which widely occurred during previous earthquakes such as the Wenchuan and Yushu earthquakes in China. A 1/5 scale ordinary RC frame model and a stepped wall-frame model were subjected to shake table motions together to study the seismic behavior of the new structural system. This paper presents the dynamic characteristics, the seismic responses and the failure and collapse mechanism of the two models under low, moderate and high intensity shaking. The test results and further analysis demonstrate that the seismic performance of stepped wall-frame structures is superior to ordinary RC frames in terms of the well-controlled deformation pattern and more uniformly distributed damage. 10Civil Aircraft Assisted Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks: Architecture Design and Coverage Analysis显示文摘In this paper, we propose a novel AIenabled space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). This new integrated networks architecture consists of LEO satellites and civil aircrafts carrying aerial base stations, called 'civil aircraft assisted SAGIN(CAA-SAGIN)'. The assistance of civil aircrafts can reduce the stress of satellite networks, improve the performance of SAGIN, decrease the construction cost and save space resources. Taking the Chinese mainland as an example, this paper has analyzed the distribution of civil aircrafts, and obtained the coverage characteristics of civil aircraft assisted networks(CAAN). Taking Starlink as the benchmark, this paper has calculated the service gap of CAAN, and designed the joint coverage constellation. 11An active vibration control method based on energy-fuzzy for cantilever structures excited by aerodynamic loads显示文摘In wind tunnel tests for the full-model fixed with sting,the low structural damping of the long cantilever sting results in destructive low-frequency and large-amplitude vibration.In order to obtain high-quality wind tunnel test data and ensure the safety of wind tunnel tests,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD(Proportion Differentiation)control method is proposed.This method is used for active vibration control of a cantilever structure under variable aerodynamic load excitation,and real-time adjustment of parameters is achieved according to the system characteristics of vibration energy.Meanwhile,a real-time method is proposed to estimate the real-time vibration energy through the vibration acceleration signal,and the average exciting power of aerodynamic load is obtained by deducting the part of the power contributed by the vibration suppressor from the total power.Furthermore,an energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller is proposed to achieve adaptive control to the changes of the aerodynamic load.Besides,the subsonic and transonic experiments were carried out in wind tunnel,the results revealed that comparing to fixed gain PD controllers,the energy-fuzzy adaptive PD controller maintains higher performance.Wei LIU Weixiao LIU Mengde ZHOU Linlin TANG Qinqin WANG Zhengquan WEN Zhuang YAO Xiaojing YUAN 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,9:2

15Performant Au hydrogenation catalyst cooperated with Cu-doped Al_(2)O_(3) for selective conversion of furfural to furfuryl alcohol at ambient pressure显示文摘Catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol is an important upgrading process for valorization of biomass-derived furanyl platform molecules.However,selective hydrogenation of a,b-unsaturated aldehydes like furfural to the corresponding alcohols at ambient pressure remains challenging in sustainable chemistry.Till date heterogeneous Au hydrogenation catalyst has been scarcely reported for this reaction due to the low reactivity of Au for H_(2)dissociation.In this work,we showed that Au nanoparticles(loading:0.2 wt%)with a mean size of about 3 nm supported on Cu-doped Al_(2)O_(3)can efficiently hydrogenate furfural to furfuryl alcohol in liquid phase at ambient pressure.We demonstrated that doping a small amount of Cu(2 mol%)to g-Al_(2)O_(3)may modify the Lewis acidity-basicity of Al_(2)O_(3)and simultaneously induce the presence of sufficient Cu^(+) species on surface,which facilitated the hydrogen transfer from i-PrOH to furfural.Moreover,we observed an enhanced reactivity of Au toward molecular H_(2)via cooperation with the Lewis acidic-basic Cu_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)support.Hence,100%yield to furfuryl alcohol with a productivity of 0.98 g_(FA),h^(-1),g^(-1)_(cat.)at 120C and 0.1 MPa H_(2)can be obtained.The prepared Au/Cu-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst was found reusable and was effective to the concentrated furfural solution,as well as several typical unsaturated aldehydes.Junjie Chen Weixiao Sun Yongxing Wang Wenhao Fang 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,4:2
