| 2 | Analysis of Genetic Diversity and Differentiation of Seven Stocks of Litopenaeus vannamei Using Microsatellite Markers显示文摘Seven microsatellite markers were used to evaluate the genetic diversity and differentiation of seven stocks of Litopenaeus vannamei, which were introduced from Central and South America to China. All seven microsatellite loci were polymorphic, with polymorphism information content(PIC) values ranging from 0.593 to 0.952. Totally 92 alleles were identified, and the number of alleles(Na) and effective alleles(Ne) varied between 4 and 21 and 2.7 and 14.6, respectively. Observed heterozygosity(Ho) values were lower than the expected heterozygosity(He) values(0.526–0.754), which indicated that the seven stocks possessed a rich genetic diversity. Thirty-seven tests were detected for reasonable significant deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Fis values were positive at five loci, suggesting that there was a relatively high degree of inbreeding within stocks. Pairwise Fst values ranged from 0.0225 to 0.151, and most of the stock pairs were moderately differentiated. Genetic distance and cluster analysis using UPGMA revealed a close genetic relationship of L. vannamei between Pop2 and Pop3. AMOVA indicated that the genetic variation among stocks(11.3%) was much lower than that within stocks(88.7%). | 3 | Mineralization Patterns and Conditions of Lateritic Gibbsite Bauxite in Guinea显示文摘After the exploration and research of Lateritic-Gibbsite bauxite for years in Guinea, based on factors such as paleoclimate, paleogeography and parent rocks, the laterization and bauxite mineralization process of lateritic gibbsite bauxite in Guinea were analyzed. The mineralization conditions and topography were favorable for the formation of bauxite deposits on the West Africa craton of NW Africa, especially in Guinea. Through chemical and phase analysis for mineralogy and petrology of different mining area in BOKE-SANGAREDI of Guinea, the mineralization characters of different minerals were analyzed. Due to the paleoclimate and paleogeographical conditions, the parent rocks were leached of certain major elements, such as Si, K, Na, Ca and Mg. However, some elements, such as Al, Fe, and Ti, became relatively concentrated. | 4 | Optical visualization and polarized light absorption of the single-wall carbon nanotube to verify intrinsic thermal applications显示文摘The predicted extraordinary properties of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)from theoretical calculations have great potential for many applications.However,reliable experimental determination of intrinsic properties at the single-tube level is currently a matter of concern,and many challenges remain because of the unhandled and nanoscale size of individual nanotubes.Here,we demonstrated a prototype to detect the intrinsic thermal conductivity of the single-wall carbon nanotube(SWCNT)and verify the significant non-resonant optical absorption behavior on tiny nanotubes by integrating the nanotube and ice into a new core-shell design.In particular,a reversible optical visualization method based on the individual suspended ultra-long SWCNT was first developed by wrapping a nanotube with ice in the cryogenic air environment.The light-induced thermal effect on the hybrid core-shell structure was used tomelt the ice shell,which subsequently acted as a temperature sensor to verify the intrinsic thermal conductivity of the core-like nanotube.More interestingly,we successfully determined for the first time the thermal response phenomenon of the tiny absorption cross section in SWCNT in the vertical-polarization configuration and the significant non-resonant absorption behavior in the parallel-polarization configuration.These investigations will provide a better understanding for the unique optical behaviors of CNT and enable the detection of intrinsic properties of various one-dimensional nanostructures such as nanotubes,nanowires,and nanoribbons. | Xiao Zhang Li Song Le Cai Xuezeng Tian Qiang Zhang Xiaoying Qi Wenbin Zhou Nan Zhang Feng Yang Qingxia Fan Yanchun Wang Huaping Liu Xuedong Bai Weiya Zhou Sishen Xie | 2015 | Light(Science & Applications)2015,4,1: | 2 |

| 6 | Three-dimensional cellular automata based particle flow simulations of mechanical properties of talus deposit显示文摘Based on three-dimensional cellular automata (CA), a new stochastic simulation model to simulate the microstructures and particle flow of talus deposit is proposed. In addition, an auto-modeling program CARS is developed, with which numerical simulations can be conducted conveniently. For the problem of simulating mechanical behaviors of talus deposit, spatial arrangement or sphere shapes should be considered. In the new modeling method, four sphere arrangement models are developed for the particle flow simulation of talus deposit. Numerical results show that the talus deposit has the mechanical characteristics of typical stress-strain curves, as other rock-like materials. The cohesion of talus deposit decreases with increasing rock content, while the internal friction angle increases with increasing rock contents. | 13 | A case of large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma harboring rare ALK fusion with initial response to the ALK inhibitor crizotinib and acquired F1174L mutation after resistance显示文摘A 51-year-old,male,non-smoker with a 3.4 cm mass in the right middle lobe was diagnosed with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma(LCNEC).Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)gene translocation,in agreement with the immunohistochemistry result obtained with use of ALK-Ventana.Radiographic examinations showed both bone and brain metastasis.After two cycles of chemotherapy consisting of etoposide and cisplatin,the patient achieved stable disease,and was subsequently switched to crizotinib.Both computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed partial response after 4 months of crizotinib,but progressed after treatment for 10 months,when several hard lymph nodes were palpable in the left supraclavicular fossa.Lymph node biopsy showed similar histology of tumor cells and targeted next-generation sequencing revealed ALK F1174L on exon 23 with two rare forms of ALK rearrangements.This case provides evidence of responsiveness of ALK inhibitors for a rare pattern of ALK-rearranged LCNEC,and suggests that F1174L,a common resistant mutation found in non-small-cell lung cancer,also causes crizotinib resistance in LCNEC. | Ye Wang Panwen Tian Weiya Wang Yalun Li Yu Wang Weimin Li | 2019 | Precision Clinical Medicine2019,2,1: | 1 |

| 15 | A Novel Hybrid Intelligent Prediction Model for Valley Deformation: A Case Study in Xiluodu Reservoir Region, China显示文摘The narrowing deformation of reservoir valley during the initial operation period threatens the long-term safety of the dam,and an accurate prediction of valley deformation(VD)remains a challenging part of risk mitigation.In order to enhance the accuracy of VD prediction,a novel hybrid model combining Ensemble empirical mode decomposition based interval threshold denoising(EEMD-ITD),Differential evolutions—Shuffled frog leaping algorithm(DE-SFLA)and Least squares support vector machine(LSSVM)is proposed.The non-stationary VD series is firstly decomposed into several stationary subseries by EEMD;then,ITD is applied for redundant information denoising on special sub-series,and the denoised deformation is divided into the trend and periodic deformation components.Meanwhile,several relevant triggering factors affecting the VD are considered,from which the input features are extracted by Grey relational analysis(GRA).After that,DE-SFLA-LSSVM is separately performed to predict the trend and periodic deformation with the optimal inputs.Ultimately,the two individual forecast components are reconstructed to obtain the final predicted values.Two VD series monitored in Xiluodu reservoir region are utilized to verify the proposed model.The results demonstrate that:(1)Compared with Discrete wavelet transform(DWT),better denoising performance can be achieved by EEMD-ITD;(2)Using GRA to screen the optimal input features can effectively quantify the deformation response relationship to the triggering factors,and reduce the model complexity;(3)The proposed hybrid model in this study displays superior performance on some compared models(e.g.,LSSVM,Backward Propagation neural network(BPNN),and DE-SFLA-BPNN)in terms of forecast accuracy. | Mengcheng Sun Weiya Xu Huanling Wang Qingxiang Meng Long Yan Wei-Chau Xie | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1: | 1 |
