| 1 | A linear ADRC-based robust high-dynamic double-loop servo system for aircraft electro-mechanical actuators显示文摘Compared with traditional hydraulic actuators, an Electro-Mechanical Actuator(EMA)is small in size and light in weight, so it has become more widely used. Aerodynamic load on aircraft control surface varies dramatically, and a change of flight environment leads to uncertainties of motor parameters. Therefore, high-dynamic response and strong anti-disturbance capability of an EMA are of great significance for aircraft rudder control and flight attitude adjustment. In order to improve dynamic response and disturbance rejection of an EMA and simplify control parameters tuning, a robust high-dynamic servo system based on Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC) is proposed for an EMA employing a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM).Firstly, total disturbances of the EMA are analyzed, including parameter uncertainties, load variation, and static friction. A disturbance observer based on a reduced-order Extended State Observer(ESO) is designed to improve the anti-interference ability and dynamic performance. Secondly, the servo control architecture is simplified to a double-loop system, and a composite control of position and speed with acceleration feed-forward is presented to improve the EMA frequency bandwidth.Thirdly, the ideal model of the EMA is transformed into a simple cascade integral form with a disturbance observer, which makes it convenient to analyze and design the controller. Robustness performance comparisons are realized in frequency domain. | 3 | Machine learning aided design of perovskite oxide materials for photocatalytic water splitting显示文摘Suffering from the inefficient traditional trial-and-error methods and the huge searching space filled by millions of candidates, discovering new perovskite visible photocatalysts with higher hydrogen production rate(RH_(2)) still remains a challenge in the field of photocatalytic water splitting(PWS). Herein, we established structural-property models targeted to RH_(2) and the proper bandgap(Eg) via machine learning(ML) technology to accelerate the discovery of efficient perovskite photocatalysts for PWS. The Pearson correlation coefficients(R) of leave-one-out cross validation(LOOCV) were adopted to compare the performances of different algorithms including gradient boosting regression(GBR), support vector regression(SVR), backpropagation artificial neural network(BPANN), and random forest(RF). It was found that the BPANN model showed the highest R values from LOOCV and testing data of 0.9897 and 0.9740 for RH_(2),while the GBR model had the best values of 0.9290 and 0.9207 for Eg. Furtherly, 14 potential PWS perovskite candidates were screened out from 30,000 ABO3-type perovskite structures under the criteria of structural stability, Eg, conduction band energy, valence band energy and RH_(2). The average RH_(2) of these14 perovskites is 6.4% higher than the highest value in the training data set. | 6 | Control of Southern Root-knot Nematodes on Tomato and Regulation of Soil Bacterial Community by Biofumigation with Zanthoxylum bungeanum Seed显示文摘Biofumigation is an environmentally friendly strategy used to control nematodes and plant diseases.The volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum has high insecticidal and antibacterial activity.However,it is not known if the seed of Z.bungeanum is a suitable material for biofumigation to control southern root-knot nematodes(SRKN)on tomato,and how it may regulate the soil bacterial community structure.We used pot experiments in the greenhouse to determine the effects of Z.bungeanum seeds on SRKN,plant growth parameters,soil physicochemical and microbial characteristics.A total of 26 volatile components,including nematicidally active substances,were identified from Z.bungeanum seeds.Z.bungeanum seed biofumigation significantly reduced the SRKN population by 88.89%and 81.55%on the 50th and 100th day after transplanting,respectively.Compared to the control,the total soluble sugar,soluble solids,soluble protein,titratable acid,root activity and the fruit yield per tomato plant increased significantly.The content of soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and the soil enzyme activities were also significantly increased.The soil bacterial diversity and the co-occurrence network complexity were increased by Z.bungeanum seed biofumigation.Relativelymore keystone OTUs in biofumigation soil had potential plant growth-promoting capabilities.The function of Z.bungeanum seed increasing tomato production in SRKN-infected soil depends on directly killing SRKN and improving soil properties.These results indicate that Z.bungeanum seed can be used as both a nematicide and a high quality organic fertilizer in tomato production. | Xiaoyun Wang Wencong Shi Jilei Wang Zheng Gao Shuang Li Ningxin Wang Qinghua Shi | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,1: | 3 |

| 8 | Tagging single nucleotide polymorphisms in the PPAR-γ and RXR-α gene and type 2 diabetes risk:a case-control study of a Chinese Han population显示文摘Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR-γ),which is mainly involved in adipocyte differentiation, has been suggested to play an important role in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and atherosclerosis. We investigated the frequencies of two common tagging polymorphisms of the PPAR-γ gene and two of PPAR-α with minor allele frequency (MAF)≥ 0.05 in the Chinese Han population and analyzed the correlation between the different genotypes and the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). TaqMan assay was performed to test the genotypes in T2DM patients (n = 1,105) and normal controls (n = 1,107). Serum adiponectin concentration was measured by ELISA kit. The variant genotypes rs17817276GG, rs3856806CT and rs3856806CT/TT of PPAR-γ were associated with T2DM, P = 0.023,0.037 and 0.018, respectively. Furthermore, the prevalence of haplotype GT in PPAR-γ was less frequent in the case subjects (0.3%) than in the controls (1.9%) [P < 0.001,OR(95%CI)=0.13 (0.06-0.31)]. Patients with genotype TT of rs3856806 had a higher serum level of adiponectin than those with the genotype CC and CT (P = 0.031 and 0.038, respectively). There was no statistically significant difference between patients and controls in genotype distribution of rs6537944 and rs1045570 of the RXR-α gene. | 11 | Weakened anisotropy of mechanical properties in rolled ZK60 magnesium alloy sheets with elevated deformation temperature显示文摘The rolling direction(RD) and the transverse direction(TD) samples were obtained from an as-rolled ZK60 magnesium alloy sheet with strong anisotropy of initial texture and their mechanical properties were tested at various deformation temperatures. Meanwhile, the microstructure and texture of these samples after fracture were investigated. Results revealed that a higher flow stress along the RD than that along the TD at room temperature were ascribed to the strong anisotropy of transitional texture, and this texture effect was remarkably weakened with the increase of deformation temperature. Deformation structure was dominant at 100?C, and was replaced by dynamic recrystallization structure when the deformation temperature increased to 200?C and 300?C. The texture presented a strong texture(transitional texture in the RD sample and basal texture in the TD sample) at 100?C, but its intensity visibly decreased and texture components became more disperse at 200?C and 300?C. | 13 | Electrolyte Concentration Regulation Boosting Zinc Storage Stability of High-Capacity K0.486V2O5 Cathode for Bendable Quasi-Solid-State Zinc Ion Batteries显示文摘Vanadium-based cathodes have attracted great interest in aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)due to their large capacities,good rate performance and facile synthesis in large scale.However,their practical application is greatly hampered by vanadium dissolution issue in conventional dilute electrolytes.Herein,taking a new potassium vanadate K0.486V2O5(KVO)cathode with large interlayer spacing(~0.95 nm)and high capacity as an example,we propose that the cycle life of vanadates can be greatly upgraded in AZIBs by regulating the concentration of ZnCl2 electrolyte,but with no need to approach“water-in-salt”threshold.With the optimized moderate concentration of 15 m ZnCl2 electrolyte,the KVO exhibits the best cycling stability with ~95.02% capacity retention after 1400 cycles.We further design a novel sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)-moderate concentration ZnCl2 gel electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 10.08 mS cm^-1 for the first time and assemble a quasi-solid-state AZIB.This device is bendable with remarkable energy density(268.2 Wh kg^−1),excellent stability(97.35% after 2800 cycles),low self-discharge rate,and good environmental(temperature,pressure)suitability,and is capable of powering small electronics.The device also exhibits good electrochemical performance with high KVO mass loading(5 and 10 mg cm^-2).Our work sheds light on the feasibility of using moderately concentrated electrolyte to address the stability issue of aqueous soluble electrode materials. | Linpo Li Shuailei Liu Wencong Liu Deliang Ba Wenyi Liu Qiuyue Gui Yao Chen Zuoqi Hu Yuanyuan Li Jinping Liu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2: | 2 |

| 17 | Numerical solution of the Saint-Venant equations by an efficient hybrid finite-volume/finite-difference method显示文摘A computationally efficient hybrid finite-volume/finite-difference method is proposed for the numerical solution of SaintVenant equations in one-dimensional open channel flows. The method adopts a mass-conservative finite volume discretization for the continuity equation and a semi-implicit finite difference discretization for the dynamic-wave momentum equation. The spatial discretization of the convective flux term in the momentum equation employs an upwind scheme and the water-surface gradient term is discretized using three different schemes. The performance of the numerical method is investigated in terms of efficiency and accuracy using various examples, including steady flow over a bump, dam-break flow over wet and dry downstream channels, wetting and drying in a parabolic bowl, and dam-break floods in laboratory physical models. Numerical solutions from the hybrid method are compared with solutions from a finite volume method along with analytic solutions or experimental measurements. Comparisons demonstrates that the hybrid method is efficient, accurate, and robust in modeling various flow scenarios, including subcritical, supercritical, and transcritical flows. | 19 | Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and antioxidants mining from marine fungi:bioassays,bioactivity coupled LC-MS/MS analyses and molecular networking显示文摘Marine fungi are potentially important resources for bioactive lead compounds for discovering new drugs for diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.In this paper,the combined bioassay model of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibition,1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical scavenging,and Artemi ci larval lethality was used to evaluate the activity and toxicity of 35 n narine fun gal strains from seas around China.Their bioactive constitue nfs were revealed by thin layer chromatography(TLC)autography,bioactivity coupled LC-MS/MS and Global Natural Products Social Molecular Networking(GNPS).The results show that the extracts of five strains exhibited higher AChE inhibition ratios than the positive control compound,'tacrine;for which the ratio was 89.8%at 200 pig/ml.Six strains displayed both AChE inhibition(inhibition ratios>20%at 200 pg/ml)and DPPH scavenging activity(scavenging ratios>30%at 200 pg/ml)together with low Artemia larval toxicity(lethal rates<12%).TLC autography showed that the fractioned extracts of four strains contained highly diverse and different bioactive constituents,includi ng strains Talaromyces sp.C2\-\,Aspergillus ter re us C23-3,Trichoderma harzianum DLEN2008005,and Penicillium corylophilum TBG1-17.From the most potent sample F-l 1-1-b(derived from Aspergillus tern us C23-3),five AChE inhibitors and seven antioxida nts were recognized as bioactive molecules by AChE coupled ultrafiltration followed by LC-MS/MS,and LC-MS/MS coupled with DPPH incubation.Furthermore,with the aid of GNPS,the AChE inhibitors were plausibly annotated as territrem analogues including territrems A-C/D,arisugacin A and an unknown compound 4,and the seven antioxidants were assigned as butyrolactone I.aspernolide E,a phenolic derivative and possibly unknown compounds 8-10 and 12. | Yingying Nie Wencong Yang Yayue Liu Jingming Yang Xiaoling Lei William HGerwick Yi Zhang | 2020 | Marine Life Science & Technology2020,2,4: | 2 |
| 20 | Microstructure,texture evolution and yield strength symmetry improvement of as-extruded ZK60 Mg alloy via multi-directional impact forging显示文摘Multi-direction impact forging(MDIF)was applied to the as-extruded ZK60 Mg alloy,and the microstructure,texture evolution and yield strength symmetry were investigated in the current study.The results showed that the average grain size of forged piece was greatly refined to 5.3μm after 120 forging passes,which was ascribed to the segmenting effect of{10–12}twins and the subsequent multiple rounds of dynamic recrystallization(DRX).A great deal of{10–12}twins were activated at the beginning of MDIF process,which played an important role in grain refinement.With forging proceeding,continuous and discontinuous DRX were successively activated,resulting in the fully DRXed microstructure.Meanwhile,the forged piece exhibited a unique four-peak texture,and the initial<10-10>//ED fiber texture component gradually evolved into multiple texture components composed of<0001>//FFD(first forging direction)and<11–20>//FFD texture.The special strain path was the key to the formation of the unique four-peak texture.The{10–12}twinning and basal slip were two dominant factors to the evolution of texture during MDIF process.Grain strengthening and dislocation strengthening were two main strengthening mechanisms of the forged piece.Besides,the symmetry of yield strength was greatly improved by MDIF process. | Chao Cui Wencong Zhang Wenzhen Chen Jian He Xuemin Chen Jiabin Hou | 2022 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,10: | 2 |
