2Class I phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K) pathway is frequently activated in human cancers.Class I PI3 Ks are lipid kinases that phosphorylate phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate(PIP2) at the 3-OH of the inositol ring to generate phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate(PIP3), which in turn activates Akt and the downstream effectors like mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) to play key roles in carcinogenesis. Therefore, PI3 K has become an important anticancer drug target, and currently there is very high interest in the pharmaceutical development of PI3 K inhibitors. Idelalisib has been approved in USA and Europe as the first-in-class PI3 K inhibitor for cancer therapy. Dozens of other PI3 K inhibitors including BKM120 and ZSTK474 are being evaluated in clinical trials. 4Conformable,programmable and step-linear sensor array for large-range wind pressure measurement on curved surface显示文摘The wind pressure measurement,especially on curved surfaces is imperative in revealing flow characteristics.The flexible sensor with high linear sensitivity over large pressure range is still a significant challenge,especially for commutatively positive and negative pressure measurement.Here,we propose a conformable,range-programmable capacitive sensor that can extremely extend the measuring range but with high linear sensitivity.The key point is to precisely control the reference pressure of the flexible capacitive sensor array through microchannel network.The proposed sensor with reference pressure 0 kPa keeps stable at a highly-linear sensitivity of 0.28 kPa-1 in an initial measurement regime from 0 to 3 kPa,beyond which the linearity changes significantly.Via the tunable reference pressure,the linear ranges can be customized arbitrarily according to different flight conditions and measured positions,but without any deterioration of sensitivity.The theoretical model is built for the flexible capacitive sensor with tunable reference pressure,agreeing well with the experimental and finite element method results.Additionally,the bending effect is discovered when the flexible sensor is conformed on curved surfaces.This surface-mounted sensor skin is tested on a plate and is integrated with acquisition circuits on a standard airfoil NACA0012 in a wind tunnel and compares with the standard destructive method of pressure taps.It shows great potential applications in measuring wind pressure on curved surfaces,such as for'Fly-by-Feel'of unmanned aerial vehicles and wind tunnel test.XIONG WenNan GUO DongLiang YANG ZhaoXi ZHU Chen HUANG YongAn 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,10:5
5Forms of potassium and chlorine from oxy-fuel co-combustion of lignite coal and corn stover显示文摘In this work,the forms of potassium and chlorine from oxy-fuel co-combustion of lignite coal and corn stover under atmospheric pressure were investigated.In order to check transitional stage,the feedstocks were combusted stepwise,first by pyrolysis to form coke under N2 environment and later by coke combustion into the ash at 850℃ in O_(2)/CO_(2) atmosphere.The results show that an increase in blend ratio from 15%to 40%results in an increase in water-soluble potassium in the feedstock and the ashes from 0.15%to 0.4%and 0.015%to 0.038%in weight respectively.The water-soluble potassium is present mainly as KCl and K2SO4.For ammonium acetate soluble potassium,a similar trend to water-soluble potassium is presented but with a much lower content of potassium.The bound potassium in the fuel matrix exists,likely in the form of AlKSi_(2)O_(6).Chlorides are present mainly in the form of KCl which is the dominant water-soluble compound.Chansa Oris Zhongyang Luo Wennan Zhang Chunjiang Yu 2019Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,2:2
6Influence of uniaxial tensile pre-strain on forming limit curve by using biaxial tensile test显示文摘This paper focused on the effect of pre-strain on forming limit curves(FLC)of 5754-O aluminum alloy sheet through utilizing biaxial tensile approach.Based on Swift model and Yld2000-2 d yield criterion,the dimensions of cruciform specimen was optimized through applying finite element method for increasing the strain at specimen center.After that,with the recommended specimen size,the cruciform specimen was tested under various stroke ratios to experimentally characterize the limit strains under different pre-strain levels.Subsequently,the biaxial tensile tests were simulated by Abaqus to obtain the limit strains and validate the material models.It can be observed in both experiments and simulations that the pre-strained uniaxial tension followed by plane tension or equi-biaxial tension can improve the formability of sheet metals.Besides,the strain path change affects the trend of first derivative of strain rate difference between neighboring points with respect to time.An early increase occurred and then fell back to the stable value,the steady evolution continued until to a new increase reaching the critical value.The M–K prediction approach was simulated to verify the influence of pre-strain on FLC.It can be found that the early increase peaks of the major strain incremental ratio rose with the amplitude of pre-strain.Finally,the phenomenon of pseudolocalization caused by the strain path change was explained through evolution of stress state inside the groove.Wennan YUAN Min WAN Xiangdong WU Bolin MA Xu LU Bing YANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,8:2

14Programmable robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing for large,3D curved electronics on complex surfaces显示文摘Large,3D curved electronics are a trend of the microelectronic industry due to their unique ability to conformally coexist with complex surfaces while retaining the electronic functions of 2D planar integrated circuit technologies.However,these curved electronics present great challenges to the fabrication processes.Here,we propose a reconfigurable,mask-free,conformal fabrication strategy with a robot-like system,called robotized‘transfer-and-jet’printing,to assemble diverse electronic devices on complex surfaces.This novel method is a ground-breaking advance with the unique capability to integrate rigid chips,flexible electronics,and conformal circuits on complex surfaces.Critically,each process,including transfer printing,inkjet printing,and plasma treating,are mask-free,digitalized,and programmable.The robotization techniques,including measurement,surface reconstruction and localization,and path programming,break through the fundamental constraints of 2D planar microfabrication in the context of geometric shape and size.The transfer printing begins with the laser lift-off of rigid chips or flexible electronics from donor substrates,which are then transferred onto a curved surface via a dexterous robotic palm.Then the robotic electrohydrodynamic printing directly writes submicrometer structures on the curved surface.Their permutation and combination allow versatile conformal microfabrication.Finally,robotized hybrid printing is utilized to successfully fabricate a conformal heater and antenna on a spherical surface and a flexible smart sensing skin on a winged model,where the curved circuit,flexible capacitive and piezoelectric sensor arrays,and rigid digital–analog conversion chips are assembled.Robotized hybrid printing is an innovative printing technology,enabling additive,noncontact and digital microfabrication for 3D curved electronics.YongAn Huang Hao Wu Chen Zhu Wennan Xiong Furong Chen Lin Xiao Jianpeng Liu Kaixin Wang Huayang Li Dong Ye Yongqing Duan Jiankui Chen Hua Yang Wenlong Li Kun Bai Zhouping Yin Han Ding 2021International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,4:1

20Taurocholic acid inhibits the response to interferon-αtherapy in patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B by impairing CD8^(+)T and NK cell function显示文摘Pegylated interferon-alpha (PegIFNα) therapy has limited effectiveness in hepatitis B e-antigen (HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients. However, the mechanism underlying this failure is poorly understood. We aimed to investigate the influence of bile acids (BAs), especially taurocholic acid (TCA), on the response to PegIFNα therapy in CHB patients. Here, we used mass spectrometry to determine serum BA profiles in 110 patients with chronic HBV infection and 20 healthy controls (HCs). We found that serum BAs, especially TCA, were significantly elevated in HBeAg-positive CHB patients compared with those in HCs and patients in other phases of chronic HBV infection. Moreover, serum BAs, particularly TCA, inhibited the response to PegIFNα therapy in HBeAg-positive CHB patients. Mechanistically, the expression levels of IFN-γ, TNF-α, granzyme B, and perforin were measured using flow cytometry to assess the effector functions of immune cells in patients with low or high BA levels. We found that BAs reduced the number and proportion and impaired the effector functions of CD3^(+)CD8^(+) T cells and natural killer (NK) cells in HBeAg-positive CHB patients. TCA in particular reduced the frequency and impaired the effector functions of CD3^(+)CD8^(+) T and NK cells in vitro and in vivo and inhibited the immunoregulatory activity of IFN-α in vitro. Thus, our results show that BAs, especially TCA, inhibit the response to PegIFNα therapy by impairing the effector functions of CD3^(+)CD8^(+) T and NK cells in HBeAg-positive CHB patients.
