2我国新能源汽车产业创新发展对策研究——基于中德日韩美五国的问卷调查显示文摘新常态下,经济转型升级越来越受到关注。在汽车产业中,新能源汽车节能减排的特性符合社会发展潮流,其健康发展将促进我国汽车产业转型升级。通过对中、日、韩、美、德五国共2 567位受访者关于新能源汽车态度调查的对比分析,从消费者角度讨论了我国新能源汽车发展的前景和优劣势。分析表明,我国发展新能源汽车的消费者优势在于:消费者因新能源汽车节能环保的性能而对其发展具有较高的支持度;潜在购买热情高;对政府发展新能源汽车期望大。劣势在于:新能源汽车的技术研究较弱;消费者对新能源汽车除节能环保之外的其它性能了解不够。最后,从企业和政府两个方面为我国新能源汽车产业的创新发展提出了对策建议。刘学元 孙敏 Wujin Chu 2015科技进步与对策2015,32,21:15
3Mesoporous silica rods with cone shaped pores modulate inflammation and deliver BMP-2 for bone regeneration显示文摘Biomaterials with suitable osteoimmunomodulation properties and ability to deliver osteoinductive biomolecules,such as bone morphogenetic proteins,are desired for bone regeneration.Herein,we report the development of mesoporous silica rods with large cone-shaped pores(MSR-CP)to load and deliver large protein drugs.It is noted that those cone-shaped pores on the surface modulated the immune response and reduced the pro-inflammatory reaction of stimulated macrophage.Furthermore,bone morphogenetic proteins 2(BMP-2)loaded MSR-CP facilitated osteogenic differentiation and promoted osteogenesis of bone marrow stromal cells.In vivo tests confirmed BMP-2 loaded MSR-CP improved the bone regeneration performance.This study provides a potential strategy for the design of drug delivery systems for bone regeneration.Chun Xu Lan Xiao Yuxue Cao Yan He Chang Lei Yin Xiao Wujin Sun Samad Ahadian Xueting Zhou Ali Khademhosseini Qingsong Ye 2020Nano Research2020,13,9:5

5A 5.3-GHz 32-bit accumulator designed for direct digital frequency synthesizer显示文摘A 32-bit pipeline accumulator with carry ripple topology is implemented for direct digital frequency synthesizer.To increase the throughout while hold down the area and power consumption,a method to reduce the number of the pre-skewing registers is proposed.The number is reduced to 29% of a conventional pipeline accumulator.The propagation delay versus bias current of the adder circuit with different size transistors is investigated.We analyze the delay by employing the open circuit time constant method.Compared to the simulation results,the maximum error is less than 8%.A method to optimum the design of the adder based on the propagation delay is discussed.The clock traces for the 32-bit adder are heavily loaded,as there are 40 registers being connected to them.Moreover,the differential clock traces,which are much longer than the critical length,should be treated as transmission lines.Thus a clock distribution method and a termination scheme are proposed to get high quality and low skew clock signals.A multiple-type termination scheme is proposed to match the transmission line impedance.The 32-bit accumulator was measured to work functionally at 5.3 GHz.CHENJianWu WUDanYU ZHOULei WUJin JINZhi LIUXinYu 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,19:3

8EST-based Analysis of Gene Expression in the Porcine Brain显示文摘Since pig is an important livestock species worldwide, its gene expression has been investigated intensively, but rarely in brain. In order to study gene expression profiles in the pig central nervous system, we sequenced and analyzed 43,122 highquality 5′ end expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from porcine cerebellum, cortex cerebrum, and brain stem cDNA libraries, involving several different prenatal and postnatal developmental stages. The initial ESTs were assembled into 16,101 clusters and compared to protein and nucleic acid databases in GenBank. Of these sequences, 30.6% clusters matched protein databases and represented function known sequences; 75.1% had significant hits to nucleic acid databases and partial represented known function; 73.3% matched known porcine ESTs; and 21.5% had no matches to any known sequences in GenBank.
