1Zircon SHRIMP Dating for the Weiya Pluton, Eastern Tianshan: Its Geological Implications显示文摘The timing of the emplacement of the Weiya pluton remains controversial due to the absence of systematic and precise dating. This paper reports zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating of different lithologic phases in the Weiya pluton, and discusses the genesis and tectonic environment. The ages of gabbro, quartz syenite, diorite porphyrite and fine-grained granite are 236?6 Ma, 246?6 Ma, 233?8 Ma and 237?8 Ma, respectively. All these phases were formed in early-middle Indosinian (Triassic) in a post-orogenic environment. In addition to underplating, intraplating of mantle-derived magmas is also a substantial mechanism for magma generation and vertical accretion of the continental crust. Granitoid rocks are important products of vertical continental accretion as underplating evolves gradually to intraplating. 2Effect of transverse static magnetic field on radial microstructure of hypereutectic aluminum alloy during directional solidification显示文摘The effect of different scales thermoelectric magnetic convection(TEMC)on the radial solidification microstructure of hypereutectic Al alloy has been investigated under transverse static magnetic field during directional solidification,focusing on the formation of freckle.Our experimental and numerical simulation results indicate that the TEMC circulation at sample scale under transverse static magnetic field leads to the enrichment of solute Al on one side of the sample.The TEMC and the solute enrichment degree increase with the increase of magnetic field when the magnetic field increases to 0.5 T.The enrichment degree of solute elements under magnetic field is affected by temperature gradient and growth rate.The non-uniform distribution of solute Al in the radial direction of the sample results in the non-uniform distribution of primary dendrite arm spacing(PDAS).Moreover,the applied magnetic field can lead to freckle formation and its number increases with the increase of magnetic field.The change of freckle is consistent with the anisotropy TEMC caused by the anisotropy of primary dendrite or primary dendrite network under magnetic field.Finally,the mechanism of synergism effect of the anisotropy TEMC,the distribution of solute Al and the PDAS on freckle formation and evolution is studied during directional solidification under magnetic field.Shaodong Hu Long Hou Kang Wang Zhongmiao Liao Wen Zhu Aihua Yi Wenfang Li Yves Fautrelle Xi Li 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,17:4
3Nonlinear short-term heart rate variability prediction of spontaneous ventricular tachyarrhythmia显示文摘As malign ventricular tachyarrhythmias triggering sudden cardiac death (SCD), both ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) are major causes of mortality. The most efficient ther- apy for SCD prevention is implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD). The ICD can accurately and ef- fectively identify the forthcoming of fatal ventricular tachyarrhythmias and deliver a shock in order to restore patients’ normal sinus rhythm. In this study, two nonlinear complexity measures based on en- tropy: approximate entropy (ApEn) and sample entropy (SampEn) as well as two time linear indices: the mean RR interval (the average of time intervals between consecutive R-waves) and the standard devia- tion of RR intervals were used for short-term forecasting of VT-VF occurrence. The last small sections of interbeat intervals preceding 135 VT-VF episodes from 78 patients stored by the ICD were analyzed and compared with individually acquired control time series (CON series) from the same patients, which are normally intrinsic sinus rhythms. The results demonstrate that in addition to an obvious in- crease in heart rates of the patients, the values of two entropy measures are significantly smaller for VT-VF episodes than those for CON series. Conclusions can be drawn that when a ventricular tach- yarrhythmia approaches, the sympathetic tone of the patients is increased, and the complexity of their RR intervals immediately before the onset of VT-VF events is obviously lower than that of RR intervals recorded during sinus rhythms. For a better separation, the optimal range of threshold r is determined for two algorithms. 4Magnetic mineralogy of the Hongqiling Cu-Ni sulphide deposit: Implications for ore genesis显示文摘Pyrrhotite is one of the common ore minerals in Cu-Ni sulphide deposits, but only monoclinic pyrrhotite is ferromagnetic at room temperature. X-ray and EPA analyses reveal that most pyrrhotite forming sideronitic texture in the Hongqiling Cu-Ni sulphide deposit is monoclinic, but that in the massive ore is a mixture of monoclinic and hexagonal pyrrhotites. Differential thermal and magnetic- thermogravimetric analyses of massive ore indicate a magnetic transition and heat absorption at 323℃, suggesting that this temperature is the thermomagnetic and phase transition point of pyrrhotite. For massive pyrrhotite ores heated at 400oC for 30 h and then quenched by cool water, the monoclinic pyrrhotite (mpo) transforms completely into the hexagonal pyrrhotite (hpo). However, all the pyrrhotites resulting from slow cooling of the sample in air are mpo. These results indicate that transformation between hpo and mpo depends upon the cooling rate. Therefore, massive ores in this deposit might have been formed via rapid cooling of ore melts. 8Highly efficient and selective removal of phosphate from wastewater of sea cucumber aquaculture for microalgae culture using a new adsorption-membrane separation-coordinated strategy显示文摘Enhanced phosphorus treatment and recovery has been continuously pursued due to the stringent wastewater discharge regulations and a phosphate supply shortage. Here, a new adsorption-membrane separation strategy was developed for rational reutilization of phosphate from sea cucumber aquaculture wastewater using a Zr-modified-bentonite filled polyvinyl chloride membrane. The as-obtained polyvinyl chloride/Zr-modified-bentonite membrane was highly permeability (940 L/(m2·h)), 1–2 times higher than those reported in other studies, and its adsorption capacity was high (20.6 mg/g) when the phosphate concentration in water was low (5 mg/L). It remained stable under various conditions, such as different pH, initial phosphate concentrations, and the presence of different ions after 24 h of adsorption in a cross-flow filtration system. The total phosphorus and phosphate removal rate reached 91.5% and 95.9%, respectively, after the membrane was used to treat sea cucumber aquaculture wastewater for 24 h and no other water quality parameters had been changed. After the purification process, the utilization of the membrane as a new source of phosphorus in the phosphorus-free f/2 medium experiments indicated the high cultivability of economic microalgae Phaeodactylum tricornutum FACHB-863 and 1.2 times more chlorophyll a was present than in f/2 medium. The biomass and lipid content of the microalgae in the two different media were similar.
