| 1 | Chemical formation and source apportionment of PM_(2.5) at an urban site at the southern foot of the Taihang mountains显示文摘The region along the Taihang Mountains in the North China Plain(NCP) is characterized by serious fine particle pollution. To clarify the formation mechanism and controlling factors, an observational study was conducted to investigate the physical and chemical properties of the fine particulate matter in Jiaozuo city, China. Mass concentrations of the water-soluble ions(WSIs) in PM_(2.5) and gaseous pollutant precursors were measured on an hourly basis from December 1, 2017, to February 27, 2018. The positive matrix factorization(PMF) method and the FLEXible PARTicle(FLEXPART) model were employed to identify the sources of PM_(2.5). The results showed that the average mass concentration of PM_(2.5) was 111 μg/m^(3) during the observation period. Among the major WSIs, sulfate, nitrate, and ammonium(SNA) constituted 62% of the total PM_(2.5) mass, and NO_(3)^(-) ranked the highest with an average contribution of 24.6%. NH_(4)^(+) was abundant in most cases in Jiaozuo. According to chemical balance analysis, SO_(2)-4, NO_(3)^(-), and Cl^(-) might be present in the form of(NH_4)_(2)SO_4, NH_4NO_3, NH_4Cl, and KCl. The liquid-phase oxidation of SO_(2) and NO_(2) was severe during the haze period. The relative humidity and pH were the key factors influencing SO_(4)^(2-) formation. We found that NO_(3)^(-) mainly stemmed from homogeneous gas-phase reactions in the daytime and originated from the hydrolysis of N_(2)O_5 in the nighttime, which was inconsistent with previous studies. | 4 | Gate voltage control of helicity-dependent photocurrent and polarization detection in(Bi_(1-x)Sb_(x))_(2)Te_(3)topological insulator thin films显示文摘Optical helicity provides us with an effective means to control the helicity-dependent photocurrent in the spinmomentum-locked surface states of topological insulators(TIs).Also,the TIs show potential in polarization detection as an intrinsic solid-state optical chirality detector for easier integration and fabrication.However,the complex photoresponses with the circular photogalvanic effect,the linear photogalvanic effect,and the photon drag effect in the TIs prevent them from direct chirality detection of the elliptically polarized light.Here,by fitting with the theoretical models to the measured photocurrents,the microscopic origin of different components of the helicity-dependent photocurrent has been demonstrated.We show a comprehensive study of the helicitydependent photocurrent in(Bi_(1-x)Sb_(x))_(2)Te_(3)thin films of different thicknesses as a function of the light incident angle and the gate-tuned chemical potential.The observation of the light incident angle dependence of the helicitydependent photocurrent provides us with a polarization detection strategy using a TI thin film without the use of any additional optical elements,and the detection accuracy can be enhanced by gate tuning.Additionally,the Stokes parameters can be extracted by arithmetic operation of photocurrents measured with different incident angles and gating voltages for complete characterization of the polarization states of a light beam.Using this means,we realize the polarization detection and the Stokes parameters analysis with a single device.Our work provides an alternative solution to develop miniaturized intrinsic polarization-sensitive photodetectors. | SHENZHONG CHEN JINLING YU XIYU HONG KEJING ZHU YONGHAI CHEN SHUYING CHENG YUNFENG LAI KE HE QIKUN XUE | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,11: | 0 |

This structure provides a computational platform for cooperative design and sharing learning of multiple design agents. The paper analyses the principle of design activity and puts forward the architecture and learning mechanism of a design agent in datail. The architecture of a design agent is for providing support to learning activity and is based on the analysis of the design activity This is followed by a description of the design knowledge base framework and sharing learning process of multiagent. The main advantages of the system is that complex design task can be done by multiagent in a distributed environment and leaming results can be shared by a group of design agents. | 6 | Mapping QTL affecting the vertical distribution and seed set of soybean [Glycine max(L.) Merr.] pods显示文摘Number of pods per plant and number of seeds per pod are quantitative,multigenic traits and important components of yield in soybean[Glycine max(L.)Merr.].Pods are distributed unevenly in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant and this distribution is affected by sowing date(SD).A population of four-way recombinant inbred lines(FW-RIL),containing 160 F2:8 individuals,was generated from the cross(Kenfeng 14×Kenfeng 15)×(Heinong 48×Kenfeng 19).A linkage map consisting of 275 simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with the production of one,two,three,and four seeds per pod in the upper,middle,and lower segments of plants at two SDs,totaling 12 measurements per SD.A wide range of variation in the twelve characteristics was observed among the four parental lines and the FW-RIL population at the two SDs.The effect of SD2(May 17,2016)on pod number was stronger than that of SD1(May 7,2016)because the heritability of each trait in the SD1 experiment was generally greater than that of SD2.The study identified 76 QTL controlling pod number,with the phenotypic variation explained by each QTL ranging from 1.86%to 13.71%.The numbers of QTL controlling one,two,three,and four seeds per pod were 28,23,23,and 23,respectively.There were 30,28,and 28 QTL controlling the pod number in the upper,middle,and lower segments of the plant,respectively.Forty-five QTL were identified at SD1 and 38 QTL were identified at SD2.Seventeen QTL were associated with pod-number traits.The QTL qPNA1–3 was associated with the number of pods containing one seed in the middle segment of the plant at both SDs.Sixty-three QTL were published QTL(common areas existed when integrating on a map GmComposite2003 of Wm82 based on left and right markers).and 13 QTL related to pod number were newly discovered.These results provide a reference for breeders to improve soybean yield by combining advantageous alleles for these QTL.Future studies may reveal candidate genes for these QTL and identify causal alleles for markerassisted selection. | Shiping Liu Hong Xue Kaixin Zhang Ping Wang Daiqun Su Wenbin Li Shichao Xu Jianan Zhang Zhongying Qi Yanlong Fang Xiyu Li Yue Wang Xiaocui Tian Jie Song Jiajing Wang Chang Yang Sitong Jiang Wen-Xia Li Hailong Ning | 2019 | The Crop Journal2019,7,5: | 0 |
