1Target maneuver trajectory prediction based on RBF neural network optimized by hybrid algorithm显示文摘Target maneuver trajectory prediction plays an important role in air combat situation awareness and threat assessment.To solve the problem of low prediction accuracy of the traditional prediction method and model,a target maneuver trajectory prediction model based on phase space reconstruction-radial basis function(PSR-RBF)neural network is established by combining the characteristics of trajectory with time continuity.In order to further improve the prediction performance of the model,the rival penalized competitive learning(RPCL)algorithm is introduced to determine the structure of RBF,the Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)and the hybrid algorithm of the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm and the k-means are introduced to optimize the parameter of RBF,and a PSR-RBF neural network is constructed.An independent method of 3D coordinates of the target maneuver trajectory is proposed,and the target manuver trajectory sample data is constructed by using the training data selected in the air combat maneuver instrument(ACMI),and the maneuver trajectory prediction model based on the PSR-RBF neural network is established.In order to verify the precision and real-time performance of the trajectory prediction model,the simulation experiment of target maneuver trajectory is performed.The results show that the prediction performance of the independent method is better,and the accuracy of the PSR-RBF prediction model proposed is better.The prediction confirms the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method and model.XI Zhifei XU An KOU Yingxin LI Zhanwu YANG Aiwu 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,2:8

3A novel epoxy methacrylate resin containing phthalazinone moiety for UV coatings显示文摘A novel phthalazinone modified epoxy acrylate resin for the high temperature resistant ultravioet (UV) curable coating was synthesized. The methacrylated epoxy resins obtained were utilized to UV radiation curing by taking 2.5% (wt%) of photoinitiator in combination with 20% (wt%) of diluent, and generated the interpenetraring polymer networks. 4Clinical observation of mineralized collagen bone grafting after curettage of benign bone tumors显示文摘Curettage of benign bone tumor is a common cause for bone defect.For such bone defect repair,autogenous bone,allogeneic bone and traditional artificial bone graft substitutes have many disadvantages.In recent years,a biomimetic mineralized collagen(MC)with similar composition and microstructures to the natural bone matrix was developed and used for treating various bone defects.In this work,a retrospective study analyzed clinical outcomes of patients treated with curettage of benign bone tumors and bone grafting with MC,in comparison to another group treated with the same surgical method and autogenous bone.Lane-Sandhu X-ray score of the autogenous bone group was superior to the MC group at 1 month after the operation,but the two groups had no statistical difference at 6 and 12 months.The MC group was better in Musculoskeletal Tumor Society scoring at 1 and 6 months after the operation,and the two groups had no statistical difference at 12 month.Therefore,the MC performed not as good as autogenous bone in early stage of bone healing but achieved comparable outcomes in long-term follow-ups.Moreover,the MC has advantages in function recovery and avoided potential complications induced by harvesting autogenous bone.Chong Gao Zhi-Ye Qiu Jian-Wen Hou Wei Tian Jian-Ming Kou Xi Wang 2020Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,6:3

6Finite element simulation on the deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part显示文摘The deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part was simulated based on a self-developed three-dimensional finite element model. After an investigation on forming rules, a virtual orthogonal experimental design was adopted to determine the significance of processing parameters, such as die radius, blank holder force, and friction coefficient, on the forming process. The distributions of thickness and equivalent plastic strain of the drawn part were evaluated. 8High-resolution angle-Doppler imaging by sparse recovery of underwater acoustic signals显示文摘The low resolution of Fourier two-dimensional spatial temporal spectrum estimation and the insufficient sample size of sonar space time sampling data often caused difficulties in high-resolution space time spectrum estimation. Aiming to solve this problem, we proposed a high-resolution angle-Doppler imaging method and designed an anti-reverberation space time filter based on the sparse recovery of underwater acoustic signals. The proposed imaging method established the spatial temporal sparse representation model of array signal under the condition of few observation samples of single measurement vector(SMV), and reconstructed the high-resolution angle-Doppler profile of echo and reverberation through the matching pursuit(MP) algorithm and basis pursuit(BP) algorithm. By utilizing the space time distribution characteristics of echo and reverberation and the prior information of sonar rangecell under test(RUT), a reverberation dictionary composed of special space time guidance vectors was designed, and was used to reconstruct the reverberation and formed an anti-reverberation space time filter to suppress the reverberation interference of angle-Doppler plane. Computer simulations indicated that, under two conditions of forward and side-view array of moving sonar, the single measurement vector of sonar array was successfully used in the reverberation background to reconstruct the high-resolution angle-Doppler profile of low-speed moving target multi-spot echo. 10A brain structural connectivity biomarker for autism spectrum disorder diagnosis in early childhood显示文摘Background:Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is associated with altered brain development,but it is unclear which specific structural changes may serve as potential diagnostic markers,particularly in young children at the age when symptoms become fully estab-lished.Furthermore,such brain markers need to meet the requirements of precision medicine and be accurate in aiding diagnosis at an individual rather than only a group level.Objective:This study aimed to identify and model brain-wide differences in structural connectivity using diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in young ASD and typically developing(TD)children.Methods:A discovery cohort including 93 ASD and 26 TD children and two independent validation cohorts including 12 ASD and 9 TD children from three different cities in China were included.Brain-wide(294 regions)structural connectivity was measured using DTI(fractional anisotropy,FA)together with symptom severity and cognitive development.A connection matrix was constructed for each child for comparisons between ASD and TD groups.Pattern classification was performed on the discovery dataset and the resulting model was tested on the two independent validation datasets.Results:Thirty-three structural connections showed increased FA in ASD compared to TD children and associated with both autistic symptom severity and impaired general cognitive development.The majority(29/33)involved the frontal lobe and comprised five different networks with functional relevance to default mode,motor control,social recognition,language and reward.Overall,clas-sification achieved very high accuracy of 96.77%in the discovery dataset,and 91.67%and 88.89%in the two independent validation datasets.Conclusions:Identified structural connectivity differences primarily involving the frontal cortex can very accurately distinguish novel individual ASD from TD children and may therefore represent a robust early brain biomarker which can address the requirements of precision medicine.Xi Jiang Xiao-Jing Shou Zhongbo Zhao Yuzhong Chen Fan-Chao Meng Jiao Le Tian-Jia Song Xin-Jie Xu Weitong Guo Xiaoyan Ke Xiao-E Cai Weihua Zhao Juan Kou Ran Huo Ying Liu Hui-Shu Yuan Yan Xing Ji-Sheng Han Song-Ping Han Yun Li Hua Lai Lan Zhang Mei-Xiang Jia Jing Liu Xuan Liu Keith M.Kendrick Rong Zhang 2023Psychoradiology2023,3,1:0
11Air combat target maneuver trajectory prediction based on robust regularized Volterra series and adaptive ensemble online transfer learning显示文摘Target maneuver trajectory prediction is an important prerequisite for air combat situation awareness and maneuver decision-making.However,how to use a large amount of trajectory data generated by air combat confrontation training to achieve real-time and accurate prediction of target maneuver trajectory is an urgent problem to be solved.To solve this problem,in this paper,a hybrid algorithm based on transfer learning,online learning,ensemble learning,regularization technology,target maneuvering segmentation point recognition algorithm,and Volterra series,abbreviated as AERTrOS-Volterra is proposed.Firstly,the model makes full use of a large number of trajectory sample data generated by air combat confrontation training,and constructs a Tr-Volterra algorithm framework suitable for air combat target maneuver trajectory prediction,which realizes the extraction of effective information from the historical trajectory data.Secondly,in order to improve the real-time online prediction accuracy and robustness of the prediction model in complex electromagnetic environments,on the basis of the TrVolterra algorithm framework,a robust regularized online Sequential Volterra prediction model is proposed by integrating online learning method,regularization technology and inverse weighting calculation method based on the priori error.Finally,inspired by the preferable performance of models ensemble,ensemble learning scheme is also incorporated into our proposed algorithm,which adaptively updates the ensemble prediction model according to the performance of the model on real-time samples and the recognition results of target maneuvering segmentation points,including the adaptation of model weights;adaptation of parameters;and dynamic inclusion and removal of models.Compared with many existing time series prediction methods,the newly proposed target maneuver trajectory prediction algorithm can fully mine the prior knowledge contained in the historical data to assist the current prediction.The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulation on three sets of chaotic time series data sets and a set of real target maneuver trajectory data sets.Xi Zhi-fei Kou Ying-xin Li Zhan-wu Lv Yue Xu An Li You Li Shuang-qing 2023Defence Technology(防务技术)2023,20,2:0
12An online ensemble semi-supervised classification framework for air combat target maneuver recognition显示文摘Online target maneuver recognition is an important prerequisite for air combat situation recognition and maneuver decision-making.Conventional target maneuver recognition methods adopt mainly supervised learning methods and assume that many sample labels are available.However,in real-world applications,manual sample labeling is often time-consuming and laborious.In addition,airborne sensors collecting target maneuver trajectory information in data streams often cannot process information in real time.To solve these problems,in this paper,an air combat target maneuver recognition model based on an online ensemble semi-supervised classification framework based on online learning,ensemble learning,semi-supervised learning,and Tri-training algorithm,abbreviated as Online Ensemble Semi-supervised Classification Framework(OESCF),is proposed.The framework is divided into four parts:basic classifier offline training stage,online recognition model initialization stage,target maneuver online recognition stage,and online model update stage.Firstly,based on the improved Tri-training algorithm and the fusion decision filtering strategy combined with disagreement,basic classifiers are trained offline by making full use of labeled and unlabeled sample data.Secondly,the dynamic density clustering algorithm of the target maneuver is performed,statistical information of each cluster is calculated,and a set of micro-clusters is obtained to initialize the online recognition model.Thirdly,the ensemble K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)-based learning method is used to recognize the incoming target maneuver trajectory instances.Finally,to further improve the accuracy and adaptability of the model under the condition of high dynamic air combat,the parameters of the model are updated online using error-driven representation learning,exponential decay function and basic classifier obtained in the offline training stage.The experimental results on several University of California Irvine(UCI)datasets and real air combat target maneuver trajectory data validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with other semi-supervised models and supervised models,and the results show that the proposed model achieves higher classification accuracy.Zhifei XI Yue LYU Yingxin KOU Zhanwu LI You LI 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,6:0
13Current perspectives on shoot branching regulation显示文摘Shoot branching is regulated by the complex interactions among hormones, development, and environmental factors. Recent studies into the regulatory mechanisms of shoot branching have focused on strigolactones,which is a new area of investigation in shoot branching regulation. Elucidation of the function of the D53 gene has allowed exploration of detailed mechanisms of action of strigolactones in regulating shoot branching. In addition,the recent discovery that sucrose is key for axillary bud release has challenged the established auxin theory, in which auxin is the principal agent in the control of apical dominance. These developments increase our understanding of branching control and indicate that regulation of shoot branching involves a complex network. Here, we first summarize advances in the systematic regulatory network of plant shoot branching based on current information.
