| 1 | Landscape Effects of Land Consolidation Projects in Central China——A Case Study of Tianmen City, Hubei Province显示文摘The goal of land consolidation in China is still to develop agricultural production. The study of landscape effects of land consolidation projects(LCPs)faces many difficulties because of the lack of government's interest and data. This paper, taking Tianmen City of Hubei Province in Central China as an example, presents a methodology for analyzing landscape effects of LCPs by GIS and Fragstats3.3.It describes landscape effects with indexes of Patch Density(PD),Largest Patch Index(LPI),Landscape Shape Index(LSI),Interspersion and Juxtaposition Index(IJI),Aggregation Index(AI),and Shannon's Diversity Index(SHDI),showing more regular shape, simpler structure and less habitat diversity after LCPs.It computes ten landscape indexes of four categories of patches including Cultivated Land,Road,Water Channel, and River and Pond. The indexes show that 1)cultivated land becomes more fragmental in patch area, less irregular in patch shape and more concentrated in block;2)the transport capacity of roads and irri-gation and drainage capacity of water channels have been improved;3)the landscape change of river and pond can be summarized as decreasing scale, more regular shape, reducing connectivity and diversity of the class.LCPs can facili-tate agricultural production as well as protect cultivated land and food security. However,it is doubted that the increase of cultivated land from LCPs results from the reducing in landscape diversity of water area. | GU Xiaokun DAI Bing CHEN Baiming | 2008 | Chinese Geographical Science2008,18,1: | 9 |
| 2 | Application of stem cells in peripheral nerve regeneration显示文摘Traumatic peripheral nerve injury is a worldwide clinical issue with high morbidity. The severity of peripheral nerve injury can be classified as neurapraxia, axonotmesis or neurotmesis, according to Seddon’s classification,or five different degrees according to Sunderland’s classification.Patients with neurotmesis suffer from a complete transection of peripheral nerve stumps and are often in need of surgical repair of nerve defects. The applications of autologous nerve grafts as the golden standard for peripheral nerve transplantation meet some difficulties, including donor nerve sacrifice and nerve mismatch.Attempts have been made to construct tissue-engineered nerve grafts as supplements or even substitutes for autologous nerve grafts to bridge peripheral nerve defects. The incorporation of stem cells as seed cells into the biomaterial-based scaffolds increases the effectiveness of tissue-engineered nerve grafts and largely boosts the regenerative process.Numerous stem cells, including embryonic stem cells, neural stem cells, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, adipose stem cells,skin-derived precursor stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells, have been used in neural tissue engineering. In the current review, recent trials of stem cell-based tissue-engineered nerve grafts have been summarized;potential concerns and perspectives of stem cell therapeutics have also been contemplated. | Sheng Yi Yu Zhang Xiaokun Gu Li Huang Kairong Zhang Tianmei Qian Xiaosong Gu | 2020 | Burns & Trauma2020,8,1: | 7 |

| 4 | Three-Dimensional Space Interpolation of Grey / Depth Image Sequence-A New Technique of Computer Graphics Synthesis显示文摘This paper advances a three-dimensional space interpolation method of grey / depth image sequence, which breaks free from the limit of original practical photographing route. Pictures can cruise at will in space. By using space sparse sampling, great memorial capacity can be saved and reproduced scenes can be controlled. To solve time consuming and complex computations in three-dimensional interpolation algorithm, we have studied a fast and practical algorithm of scattered space lattice and that of 'Warp' algorithm with proper depth. By several simple aspects of three dimensional space interpolation, we succeed in developing some simple and practical algorithms. Some results of simulated experiments with computers have shown that the new method is absolutely feasible. | Wang Xincheng, Zhu Weile, Zhu Xiaokun and Gu DerenChengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu 610054 | 1993 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics1993,4,3: | 0 |
| 5 | Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity response to SARS-CoV-2 in COVID-19 patients显示文摘Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity(ADCC)responses to viral infection are a form of antibody regulated immune responses mediated through the Fc fragment.Whether severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)triggered ADCC responses contributes to COVID-19 disease development is currently not well understood. To understand the potential correlation between ADCC responses and COVID-19 disease development,we analyzed the ADCC activity and neutralizing antibody response in 255 individuals ranging from asymptomatic to fatal infections over 1 year post disease.ADCC was elicited by 10 days post-infection,peaked by 11-20 days, and remained detectable until 400 days post-infection.In general, patients with severe disease had higher ADCC activities.Notably, patients who had severe disease and recovered had higher ADCC activities than patients who had severe disease and deceased.Importantly,ADCC activities were mediated by a diversity of epitopes in SARS-COV-2-infected mice and induced to comparable levels against SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern(VOCs)(B.1.1.7,B.1.351,and P.1)as that against the D614G mutant in human patients and vaccinated mice. Our study indicates anti-SARS-CoV-2 ADCC as a major trait of COVID-19 patients with various conditions, which can be applied to estimate the extra-neutralization level against COVID-19,especially lethal COVID-19. | Yuanling Yu Meiyu Wang Xiaoai Zhang Shufen Li Qingbin Lu Haolong Zeng Hongyan Hou Hao Li Mengyi Zhang Fei Jiang Jiajing Wu Ruxia Ding Zehua Zhou Min Liu Weixue Si Tao Zhu Hangwen Li Jie Ma Yuanyuan Gu Guangbiao She Xiaokun Li Yulan Zhang Ke Peng Weijin Huang Wei Liu Youchun Wang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,10: | 0 |
