| 10 | Growth hormone receptor expression in human primary gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘The aim of this study was to determine the expression of growth hormone receptor(GHR) in patients with pri-mary gastric adenocarcinoma.We investigated 48 specimens of primary gastric adenocarcinoma and their cor-responding normal gastric mucosa.Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used to detect the expression of GHR.Immunohistochemical analyses revealed that GHR was expressed in human primary gastric adenocarcinoma(36/48,75.0%) and appeared to be upregulated,compared to the normal mucosa(28/48,58.3%,P < 0.001).A significant correlation was found between GHR expression and tumor stage(P < 0.001) and tumor differentiation(P < 0.001).The average positive rate of ki-67 in GHR-positive tumors was 16.06%,while the positive rate in GHR-negative tumors was 6.17%(P < 0.01).The average apoptosis index(AI) of GHR-positive tumors was 3.36%,which was significantly lower than that(7.33%) of GHR-negative tumors.In addition,27 of 48 cases of tumors had GHR mRNA expression,while only 17 of all 48 cases of normal mucosa did so.Our results indicate that the frequency of GHR was significantly higher in primary gastric adeno-carcinoma than that in normal gastric mucosa.GHR expression was significantly correlated with tumor differen-tiation and tumor grade.This finding supported a possible role of growth hormone in primary gastric adenocarci-noma pathophysiology. | Xiaodong Yang Ping Huanga Feng Wang Zekuan Xu Xiaonin Wang | 2012 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,5: | 0 |
| 11 | 指定居所监视居住的价值证成与规范运行(英文)显示文摘The Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China,passed on March14,2012,systematically reformed the residential surveillance system on the basis of the issues explored in the process of operating this system. This reform not only separated the issue of residential surveillance from China's awaiting trial on bail,but also distinguished many residential surveillance issues,based on designated residence and residential surveillance. In order to ensure the new criminal procedural law was implemented correctly,the 80th Session of the Eleventh Procuratorial Committee of the Supreme People's Procuratorate,passed the Rules of Criminal Procedure of the People's Procuratorate( for Trial Implementation),on October 16,2012,the 1559th Session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court passed the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Implementing the Criminal Procedural Law of People's Republic of China on November 5,2012,the Ministry of Public Security comprehensively amended the Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Public Security Organs,and the Supreme People's Court,the Supreme People's Procuratorate,the Ministry of Public Security,the Ministry of State Security,the Ministry of Justice,and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress jointly amended and published the Provisions on Several Issues concerning the Implementation of the Criminal Procedure Law.According to legislative purposes,all these regulations and provisions defined particularly serious crime like bribery, fixed residence, impeding an investigation,designated residence,nihil habet,and other important concepts,detailed the residential surveillance's prosecutorial supervision,decisions and alterations,and the costs of residential surveillance at a designated residences,and enhanced the operability of residential surveillance at a designated residences to a certain degree. | 12 | Study on Improvement of Hygroscopicity of Magnesite-Bonded Wood Wool Panel显示文摘Magnesite-bonded wood wool panel(MWWP)is an inorganic-bonded panel product in which wood excelsior is bonded with magnesite.Lowering the hygroscopicity is one of the key measures to improve the quality of the panel.In this study,moisture absorption mechanism of MWWP and measures generally applied to lower its hygroscopicity were reviewed.Three methods were then experimented to improve the dimensional stability of the panel,including adjusting the molar ratio of raw materials,adding additives and optimizing the conditioning process.The results showed that satisfying dimensional stability could be achieved when the molar ratio of MgO to MgCl_(2) was 5:1,the No.2 composite additive(aluminum powder+NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)+ferric alum)was adopted and a constant temperature and humidity treatment was applied in the first stage of conditioning. | Li Luo Xiaoyu Wang Kang Zhou Shenjian Ni Xiaonin Lu Bin Na | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,10: | 0 |
