1MD simulation of nanometric cutting of copper with and without water lubrication显示文摘Three-dimensional molecular dynamics(MD)simulation was carried out to understand the mechanism of water lubrication in nanometric cutting.The water-lubricated cutting was compared with the dry cutting process in terms of lattice deformation,cutting force,heat and pressure distribution,and machined surface integrity.It was found that water molecules effectively reduce the friction between the tool and workpiece,the heat in the cutting zone and the pressure being generated on the tool surface,thus leading to prolonged tool life.Water molecules also enlarged the pressure-affected area,which decreased the roughness of the machined surface.CHEN YunHui HAN Huang FANG FengZhou HU XiaoTang 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,6:5
2Luminescence enhancement of CaMoO_(4):Eu^(3+) phosphor by charge compensation using microwave sintering method显示文摘CaMoO_(4):Eu^(3+)and CaMoO_(4):Eu^(3+),A+(A=Li,Na,K)phosphors for light-emitting diode(LED)applications have been prepared by microwave sintering method(MSM),and their structure and luminescence properties are investigated.The influences of microwave reaction time and concentration of different kinds of charge compensation A+and Eu^(3+)on luminescence have also been discussed.The samples emit a red luminescence at 615 nm attributed to the^(5)D0→^(7)F2 transition of Eu^(3+)under 464 nm excitation.It is observed that adding charge compensation A+in the sample synthesis increases luminescence intensity.The optimized sample made with 32 mol%Li+and 32 mol%Eu^(3+)has an enhancement factor of 4 in photoluminescence compared to the sample made without charge compensation.The CIE(Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage)coordinates of Ca0.36MoO_(4):0.32Eu^(3+),0.32Li+are x=0.661 and y=0.339,which indicate that the obtained phosphor can be a promising red color candidate for white LED fabrications.Zhiping ZHOU Yingsen YU Xiaotang LIU Weihao YE Guangqi HU Bingfu LEI Yun YAN 2015Journal of Advanced Ceramics2015,4,4:2
3Simultaneous, hybrid single-molecule method by optical tweezers and fluorescence显示文摘As studies on life sciences progress toward the single-molecule level,new experiments have put forward more requirements for simultaneously displaying the mechanical properties and conformational changes of biomolecules.Optical tweezers and fluorescence microscopy have been combined to solve this problem.The combination of instruments forms a new generation of hybrid single-molecule technology that breaks through the limitations of traditional biochemical analysis.Powerfulmanipulation and fluorescence visualization have beenwidely used,and these techniques provide new possibilities for studying complex biochemical reactions at the singlemolecule level.This paper explains the features of this combined technique,including the application characteristics of single-trap and dual-traps,the anti-bleaching method,and optical tweezers combined with epifluorescence,confocal fluorescence,total internal reflection fluorescence,and other fluorescence methods.Using typical experiments,we analyze technical solutions and explain the factors and principles that instrument designers should consider.This review aims to give an introduction to this novel fusion technology process and describe important biological results.Guoteng Ma Chunguang Hu Shuai Li Xiaoqin Gao Hongbin Li Xiaotang Hu 2019Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2019,2,4:1

14Nonlinear phase error analysis of equivalent thickness in a white-light spectral interferometer显示文摘A white light spectral interferometry based on a Linnik type system was established to accurately measure the thin film thickness through transparent medium.In practical work,the equivalent thickness of a beam splitter and the mismatch of the objective lens introduce nonlinear phase errors.Adding a transparent medium also increases the equivalent thickness.The simulation results showthat the equivalent thickness has a significant effect on thin film thickness measurements.Therefore,it is necessary to perform wavelength correction to provide a constant equivalent thickness for beamsplitters.In the experiments,some pieces of cover glasses as the transparent medium were added to the measured beam and then a standard thin film thickness of 1052.2±0.9 nm was tested through the transparent medium.The results demonstrate that our system has a nanometer-level accuracy for thin film thickness measurement through transparent medium with optical path compensation.Tong Guo Qianwen Weng Bei Luo Jinping Chen Xing Fu Xiaotang Hu 2019Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering2019,2,2:0
