2Plasmon-tunable Au@Ag core-shell spiky nanoparticles for surfaceenhanced Raman scattering显示文摘A facile synthetic approach has been developed to prepare uniform and size-tunable spiky Au@Ag core-shell nan oparticles (NPs) to tailor the localized surface plasm on res onance (LSPR) properties. The gradual assembly of small Au nano crystals allows the size of spiky Au NPs to be modulated from tens to several hundreds of nano meters by tuning the concentration of initial Au seeds and Au source;and the thick ness of the Ag shell can be adjusted with stepwise reduction of Ag(l)ions. The LSPR bands of such spiky Au@Ag core-shell NPs resemble those of pure spiky Au NP cores of similar sizes in near-infrared region, and increasing the Ag shell thickness results in a blue shift and broadening of the LSPR band in the n ear-i nfrared regi on. Additi on ally, the spiky Au@Ag core-shell NPs exhibit improved surface-e nhan ced Rama n scattering (SERS) activity as compared to the bare spiky Au NPs and spherical Ag@Au NPs. 3Applying the WRF Double-Moment Six-Class Microphysics Scheme in the GRAPES_Meso Model: A Case Study显示文摘This study incorporated the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model double-moment 6-class(WDM6) microphysics scheme into the mesoscale version of the Global/Regional Assimilation and Pr Ediction System(GRAPES_Meso). A rainfall event that occurred during 3–5 June 2015 around Beijing was simulated by using the WDM6, the WRF single-moment 6-class scheme(WSM6), and the NCEP 5-class scheme, respectively. The results show that both the distribution and magnitude of the rainfall simulated with WDM6 were more consistent with the observation. Compared with WDM6, WSM6 simulated larger cloud liquid water content, which provided more water vapor for graupel growth, leading to increased precipitation in the cold-rain processes. For areas with the warmrain processes, the sensitivity experiments using WDM6 showed that an increase in cloud condensation nuclei(CCN)number concentration led to enhanced CCN activation ratio and larger cloud droplet number concentration(Nc) but decreased cloud droplet effective diameter. The formation of more small-size cloud droplets resulted in a decrease in raindrop number concentration(Nr), inhibiting the warm-rain processes, thus gradually decreasing the amount of precipitation. For areas mainly with the cold-rain processes, the overall amount of precipitation increased; however, it gradually decreased when the CCN number concentration reached a certain magnitude. 5Comprehensive analyses for genetic diversities of 19 autosomal STRs in Chinese Kazak group and its phylogenetic relationships with other continental populations显示文摘Short tandem repeats(STRs)play an essential role in forensic genetics due to their high degree of polymorphisms,wide distributions and easy detection method.In this study,allelic frequencies and forensic statistical parameters of the 19 autosomal STR loci in a Kazak ethnic group were calculated,and its genetic relationships with reference populations were assessed in order to understand population structure better and enrich population genetic data for forensic practice in Chinese Kazak ethnic group.There were 226 identified alleles with the corresponding allelic frequencies ranging from 0.0008 to 0.5295 in the 628 unrelated healthy Kazak individuals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.All autosomal STRs were conformed to the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni’s correction.The cumulative power of discrimination and the combined probability of exclusion of all the 19 autosomal STRs were 0.999999999999999999999997162 and 0.999999994484,respectively.Furthermore,the DA distances and Fixation index values of pairwise populations,principal component analysis,multidimensional scaling analysis,phylogenetic tree analysis and structure analysis were conducted to probe the genetic relationships between the Kazak group and other reference populations.The population genetic results showed that these 19 autosomal STR loci were characterised by high genetic diversities in the Kazak group.Furthermore,the studied Kazak group had close genetic relationships with the Uyghur group and the Uzbek group.The present results may facilitate understanding the genetic background of the Chinese Xinjiang Kazak group.Yijie Wang Xiaoye Jin Wenqing Zhang Wei Cui Tingting Kong Chong Chen Yuxin Guo Haotian Meng Bofeng Zhu 2022Forensic Sciences Research2022,7,2:0
6LncRNA109897-JrCCR4-JrTLP1b forms a positive feedback loop to regulate walnut resistance against anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides显示文摘Walnut anthracnose induced by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is a disastrous disease that severely restricts the development of the walnut industry in China.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are involved in adaptive responses to disease,but their roles in the regulation of walnut anthracnose resistance response are not well defined.In this study,transcriptome analysis demonstrated that a C.gloeosporioides-induced lncRNA,lncRNA109897,located upstream from the target gene JrCCR4,upregulated the expression of JrCCR4.JrCCR4 interacted with JrTLP1b and promoted its transcriptional activity.In turn,JrTLP1b induced the transcription of lncRNA109897 to promote its expression.Meanwhile,transient expression in walnut leaves and stable transformation of Arabidopsis thaliana further proved that lncRNA,JrCCR4,and JrTLP1b improve the resistance of C.gloeosporioides.Collectively,these findings provide insights into the mechanism by which the lncRNA109897-JrCCR4-JrTLP1b transcriptional cascade regulates the resistance of walnut to anthracnose.Rui Zhou Yuhui Dong Changxi Wang Jianning Liu Qiang Liang Xiaoye Meng Xinya Lang Shengyi Xu Wenjun Liu Shuhui Zhang Nan Wang Ke Qiang Yang Hongcheng Fang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,6:0
7Genetic and structural characterization of 20 autosomal short tandem repeats in the Chinese Qinghai Han population and its genetic relationships and interpopulation differentiations with other reference populations显示文摘China is a multinational country composed of 56 ethnic groups of which the Han Chinese accounts for 91.60%.Qinghai Province is located in the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,has an area of 72.12 km2,and is the fourth largest province in China.In the present study,we investigated the genetic polymorphisms of 20 short tandem repeat (STR) loci in a Qinghai Han population,as well as its genetic relationships with other populations.A total of 273 alleles were identified in 2 000 individuals at 20 loci,and the allelic frequency ranged from 0.0002 to 0.5327.The 20 STR loci showed a relatively high polymorphic rate in the studied group.Observed and expected heterozygosities ranged 0.613 0-0.907 5 and 0.614 8-0.920 0,respectively.The combined power of discrimination,and the probability of exclusion in duo and trio cases were 0.999 999 999 999 999 999 999 999 34,0.9999960 and 0.9999999965,respectively.Analyses of interpopulation differentiation revealed that the most significant differences were found between the Qinghai Han and Malaysian,while no significant differences were found between the Qinghai Han and Han people from Shaanxi and Jiangsu.The results of principal component analysis,multidimensional scaling analysis and phylogenetic reconstructions also suggested the close relationships between the Qinghai Han and other two Han populations.The present results,therefore,indicated that these 20 STR loci could be used for paternity testing and individual identification in forensic applications,and may also provide information for the studies of genetic relationships between Qinghai Han and other groups.Zhanhai Wang Bin Lu Xiaoye Jin Jiangwei Yan Haotian Meng Bofeng Zhu 2018Forensic Sciences Research2018,3,2:0
8Nonlinear vibrations of a composite circular plate with a rigid body显示文摘The influence of weights is usually ignored in the study of nonlinear vibrations of plates.In this paper,the effect of structure weights on the nonlinear vibration of a composite circular plate with a rigid body is presented.The nonlinear governing equations are derived from the generalized Hamilton's principle and the von Kármán plate theory.The equilibrium configurations due to weights are determined and validated by the finite element method(FEM).A nonlinear model for the vibration around the equilibrium configuration is established.Moreover,the natural frequencies and amplitude-frequency responses of harmonically forced vibrations are calculated.The study shows that the structure weights introduce additional linear and quadratic nonlinear terms into the dynamical model.This leads to interesting phenomena.For example,considering weights increases the natural frequency.Furthermore,when the influence of weights is considered,the vibration response of the plate becomes asymmetrical.Ying MENG Xiaoye MAO Hu DING Liqun CHEN 2023Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,6:0
