| 1 | Antioxidant capacity of extract from Jiangtang Xiaozhi recipe in vitro显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the extract from Jiangtang Xiaozhi recipe(JXR) of in vitro.METHODS: JXR extract was prepared according to previously reported method. In vitro antioxidant assays were used in this experiment, including 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical(DPPH) radical scavenging ability, 2-2’-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sul phonate(ABTS) radical scavenging ability, reducing power assay, fluorescence recovery after photo bleaching assay, β-carotene bleaching assay, ferric thiocyanate assay, and thiobarbituric acid method.RESULTS: DPPH, ABTS assay showed that JXR extract had distinct effect on scavenging free radicals;reducing power and ferricreducing-antioxidant power assay showed that JXR extract possessed redox ability;β-Carotene bleaching assay and antioxidant activity in a linoleic acid system using ferric thiocyanate method, thiobarbituric acid assay indicated that JXR extract could effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation, and the effect was better than that of Vitamin C.CONCLUSION: JXR extract has significant antioxidant capacity in vitro. | Song Wang Yuan Yuan Yu Naixin Gu Haike Zhou Yunfeng Chen Xigong Wang Shuaiyu Fan Kai Ge Zhengyan Jin Long Xu Yang | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Cladophora as ecological engineer:A new test from the largest lake of Qinghai-Tibet plateau with filamentous algal blooms显示文摘Filamentous algae blooms(FABs)have been increasing globally in recent years,and their presence can have both harmful and beneficial effects on aquatic ecosystems.As one of the most common FABs,Cladophora blooms have been reported in the lakes of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during the past few years.However,there have been few studies focused on how FABs impact other aquatic organisms,especially in alpine lakes since these are at the forefront of responding to global climate change.In this study,the phytoplankton communities in different regions of Qinghai Lake were profiled in different seasons using meta-barcode sequencing.The phytoplankton assemblages in areas with Cladophora blooms were compared to those without Cladophora.The phytoplankton community structure correlated with physicochemical properties including water temperature,electrical conductivity,nitrate,and the presence or absence of Cladophora blooms.The relative abundance of Bacillariophytes was found to be higher in zones with Cladophora blooms than in other regions.Significant seasonal changes in phytoplankton biomass andβdiversity were observed in zones with Cladophora blooms.Growth and microbial degradation of Cladophora can change the pH,dissolved oxygen,secchi depth,and nitrate.Together with seasonal temperature and electrical conductivity changes,Cladophora growth can significantly impact the phytoplankton biomass,community dissimilarity and assembly process.These results showed that Cladophora plays a key role in littoral aquatic ecosystem ecology. | Zhihua Wu Xigong Yuan Xiong Xiong Hongyi Ao Chenxi Wu Guoxiang Liu Huan Zhu | 2024 | Water Biology and Security2024,3,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Research on the Design Method of Equipment in Service Assessment Subjects显示文摘Combined with equipment activities such as combat readiness,training, exercises and management, it is proposed that the design of equipment in-service assessment subjects should follow the principles of combination, stage and operability. Focusing on the design of equipment in-serviceassessment subjects, a design method for in-service assessment subjects basedon the combination of trial and training mode is proposed. Based on theactual use of high-equipment use management and training and the established indicator system, the army’s bottom-level equipment activity subjectsand bottom-level assessments are combined. The indicators are mapped andanalyzed. Through multiple rounds of iterations, the mapping relationshipbetween in-service assessment indicators and military equipment activitysubjects is established. Finally, the equipment activity subjects whose data iscollected (reflecting the underlying assessment indicators) are generated inservice assessment subjects. The orthogonal test method is used to optimizethe samples in the assessment subjects to form an in-service assessmentimplementation plan. Taking a certain type of armored infantry fightingvehicle as an example, the sample optimization design of the initially generatedin-service assessment subjects is analyzed. | 7 | Biochanin A attenuates spinal cord injury in rats during early stages by inhibiting oxidative stress and inflammasome activation显示文摘Previous studies have shown that Biochanin A,a flavonoid compound with estrogenic effects,can serve as a neuroprotective agent in the context of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury;howeve r,its effect on spinal cord injury is still unclea r. In this study,a rat model of spinal cord injury was established using the heavy o bject impact method,and the rats were then treated with Biochanin A(40 mg/kg) via intrape ritoneal injection for 14 consecutive days.The res ults showed that Biochanin A effectively alleviated spinal cord neuronal injury and spinal co rd tissue injury,reduced inflammation and oxidative stress in spinal cord neuro ns,and reduced apoptosis and pyroptosis.In addition,Biochanin A inhibited the expression of inflammasome-related proteins(ASC,NLRP3,and GSDMD)and the Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor-κB pathway,activated the Nrf2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling pathway,and increased the expression of the autophagy markers LC3 Ⅱ,Beclin-1,and P62.Moreove r,the therapeutic effects of Biochanin A on early post-s pinal cord injury were similar to those of methylprednisolone.These findings suggest that Biochanin A protected neurons in the injured spinal cord through the Toll-like receptor 4/nuclear factor κB and Nrf2/heme oxygenase 1 signaling pathways.These findings suggest that Biochanin A can alleviate post-spinal cord injury at an early stage. | Xigong Li Jing Fu Ming Guan Haifei Shi Wenming Pan Xianfeng Lou | 2024 | Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,9: | 0 |
