1Genetic Mechanism of Dolomitization in Fengcheng Formation in the Wu-Xia area of Junggar Basin,China显示文摘The dolomitic rocks of the Fengcheng Formation are considered to be formed under special geologic conditions,and are significant hydrocarbon reservoir rocks in the Wu-Xia area in the Junggar Basin.Analyses of petrologic characteristics and stable isotope composition indicate that the dolomitizing host rock is volcanic and the dolomitizing fluids probably consists of brine from shore-shallow lakes with great evaporation and salinity in the Fengcheng Formation,which have formed under arid climatic conditions,as well as residual Mg-rich seawater from the underlying Jiamuhe Formation and Carboniferous.Dust tuff in the area has significant plagioclase content.Anorthite and labradorite hydrolysis by CO2 can be coupled with calcite precipitation.Late Mg-rich brine percolated and replaced calcite formed in the early time,which lead to precipitate dolostones with different occurrences,such as graniphyric,random bedded or lumpy.The diagenetic dolostones with different occurrences resulting from particular formation conditions occurred in different tectonic settings.The dolomitizing fluid has been driven by the thermal convection flow generated by volcanic eruptions.At the same time,the overthrusts of the Wu-Xia growth fault have speeded up the flow of deep Mg-rich water upwards,and induced the water to quickly penetrate and horizontally migrate in the strata.Fracture is the major and the most important reservoir space in dolomitic reservoir of the Fengcheng Formation.Fracture and fault plays a decisive role in controlling the formation of dolostone and the distribution of favorable reservoirs.The deliverability of oil and gas is determined by the development and match relations of dissolved pores and fractures to a certain degree.ZHU Shifa ZHU Xiaomin NIU Huapeng HAN Xuefang ZHANG Yueqian YOU Xincai 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:12
2Influence of Substrate Negative Bias on Structure and Properties of TiN Coatings Prepared by Hybrid HIPIMS Method显示文摘TiN coatings were deposited using a hybrid home-made high power impulse magnetron sputtering(HIPIMS)technique at room temperature.The effects of substrate negative bias voltage on the deposition rate,composition,crystal structure,surface morphology,microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results revealed that with the increase in bias voltage from-50 to-400 V,TiN coatings exhibited a trend of densification and the crystal structure gradually evolved from(111) orientation to(200)orientation.The growth rate decreased from about 12.2 nm to 7.8 nm per minute with the coating densification.When the bias voltage was-300 V,the minimum surface roughness value of 10.1 nm was obtained,and the hardness and Young's modulus of TiN coatings reached the maximum value of 17.4 GPa and 263.8 GPa,respectively.Meanwhile,the highest adhesion of 59 N was obtained between coating and substrate.Zhenyu Wang Dong Zhang Peiling Ke Xincai Liu Aiying Wang 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,1:10
3Reservoir differences and formation mechanisms in the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,China显示文摘There are some differences in reservoir quality of clastic rock between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust belt,northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin,western China,which affect the effi cient petroleum exploration in this highly mature exploration area. Based on a large number of thin-sections,cast thin-sections,and physical property analysis of cores,we systematically discuss the Permian-Jurassic reservoir differences between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust fault from the aspects of structural evolution,time-space distribution of the depositional system,diagenesis characteristics,and reservoir quality and analyzed the reasons for the differences in reservoir properties. The overthrusting of the Ke-Bai fault directly results in different burial histories,diagenesis evolution,and porosity evolution between the hanging wall and the foot wall. The differences of reservoir characteristics are mainly embodied in buried depth,grain size,sedimentary facies,diagenetic stage,and reservoir quality. The analysis results showed that burial history and depositional characteristics controlled by overthrusting are direct influencing factors of reservoir differences. Because of shallow burial depth of the hanging wall,the reservoir compaction is weak and primary pores are preserved well. The porosity of reservoir on the hanging wall is generally 10%-25%. The strata on the foot wall are deeply buried,and there are mainly mixed pores with the average porosity of 5%-20%. 4Research progress of aconitine toxicity and forensic analysis of aconitine poisoning显示文摘Chinese herbal medicines have been extensively used in China and other countries for cen-turies.Aconitine,a diterpenoid alkaloid extracted from Aconitum plants,has anti-inflamma-tory and analgesic activities,but can also induce severe arrhythmia and neurotoxicity.Aconitine poisoning accidents caused by misuse,suicide,or homicide have been reported in recent years.In China,fatal aconitine poisoning can occasionally happen on account of acci-dental ingestion of some wild plants or consumption of herbal decoction made from the roots of Aconitum plants.However,it is rather difficult for forensic experts to find the specific results in present forensic autopsy of aconitine-induced death.To further clarify its potential risk following the widespread application of aconitine,toxicological characteristics and pharmacokinetics of aconitine are reviewed.Moreover,gastrointestinal,neurological,and car-diovascular symptoms were observed frequently in aconitine poisoning cases.In addition,the review also aims at providing some convincing evidences for forensic experts to identify unexplained death with postmortem examination.Xiangting Gao Jun Hu Xincai Zhang Yuanyi Zuo Yun Wang Shaohua Zhu 2020Forensic Sciences Research2020,5,1:6
5Electrochemical oxidation of recalcitrant organic compounds in biologically treated municipal solid waste leachate in a flow reactor显示文摘Biologically-treated municipal solid waste(MSW) leachate still contains many kinds of bio-recalcitrant organic matter. A new plate and frame electrochemical reactor was designed to treat these materials under flow conditions. In the electrochemical oxidation process, NH3and color could be easily removed by means of electro-generated chlorine/hypochlorite within 20 min. The efects of major process parameters on the removal of organic pollutants were investigated systematically. Under experimental conditions, the optimum operation parameters were current density of 65 mA/cm2, flow velocity of 2.6 cm/sec in electrode gap, and initial chloride ion concentration of 5000 mg/L. The COD in the leachate could be reduced below 100 mg/L after 1 hr of treatment. The kinetics and mechanism of COD removal were investigated by simultaneously monitoring the COD change and chlorine/hypochlorite production.The kinetics of COD removal exhibited a two-stage kinetic model, and the decrease of electro-generated chlorine/hypochlorite production was the major mechanism for the slowing down of the COD removal rate in the second stage. 6Picosecond Laser Surface Texturing of a Stavax Steel Substrate for Wettability Control显示文摘In this investigation,a picosecond laser was employed to fabricate surface textures on a Stavax steel substrate,which is a key material for mold fabrication in the manufacturing of various polymer products.Three main types of surface textures were fabricated on a Stavax steel substrate:periodic ripples,a two-scale hierarchical two-dimensional array of micro-bumps,and a micro-pits array with nanoripples.The wettability of the laser-textured Stavax steel surface was converted from its original hydrophilicity into hydrophobicity and even super-hydrophobicity after exposure to air.The results clearly show that this super-hydrophobicity is mainly due to the surface textures.The ultrafast laserinduced catalytic effect may play a secondary role in modifying the surface chemistry so as to lower the surface energy.The laser-induced surface textures on the metal mold substrates were then replicated onto polypropylene substrates via the polymer injection molding process.The surface wettability of the molded polypropylene was found to be changed from the original hydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity.This developed process holds the potential to improve the performance of fabricated plastic products in terms of wettability control and easy cleaning.Xincai Wang Hongyu Zheng Yinchi Wan Wenhe Feng Yee Cheong Lam 2018Engineering2018,4,6:4
7Fabrication and Characterization of One Interpenetrating Network Hydrogel Based on Sodium Alginate and Polyvinyl Alcohol显示文摘One interpenetrating network hydrogel based on sodium alginate (SA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was synthesized by combining the raw materials of PVA and SA with the double physical crosslinking methods of freezing thawing and Ca2+ crosslinking. The PVA-SA composite hydrogel have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy for surface morphology, infrared spectroscopy for investigating the chemical interactions between PVA and SA, X-ray diffraction for studying the PVA-SA composite structure property and thermal gravimetric for understanding the PVA-SA composite thermal stability. The swelling behavior and the degradation rate of the PVA-SA composite hydrogel were studied in simulated gastrointestinal fluid. Using bovine serum albumin (BSA) and salicylic acid as the model drugs, the release behavior of the PVASA composite hydrogel on macromolecular protein drugs and small molecule drug were evaluated. The results showed that the water absorption and degradation ability of the PVA-SA composite hydrogel was much better compared to the pure SA hydrogel or pure PVA hydrogel. The hydrogel exhibited remarkable pH sensitivity and the network was stable in the simulated intestinal fluid for more than 24 h. 8Ultrathin, flexible, and high-strength Ni/Cu/metallic glass/Cu/Ni composite with alternate magneto-electric structures for electromagnetic shielding显示文摘Electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with ultrathin,flexible,superior mechanical and thermal management properties are highly desirable for smart and wearable electronics.Here,ultrathin and flexible Ni/Cu/metallic glass/Cu/Ni(Ni/Cu/MG)multilayer composite with alternate magnetic and electrical structures was designed via facial electroless plating of Cu and Ni on an Fe-based metallic glass.The resultant 0.02 mm-thick Ni/Cu/MG composite displays a superior EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)of 35 dB and a great EMI SE/t of 1750 dB/mm,which is greater than those of composites with monotonous multilayer or homogeneous structures.The improved EMI SE originates from the massive ohmic losses,the enhanced internal reflection/absorption,and the abundant interfacial polarization loss.Particularly,Ni/Cu/MG exhibits a high tensile strength of up to 1.2 GPa and outstanding mechanical stability,enabling the EMI SE remains unchanged after 10,000 times of bending.Moreover,Ni/Cu/MG has excellent Joule heating characteristics and thermal stability,which is very suitable for heating components of wearable hyperthermia devices.Zenan Ma Jiawei Li Jijun Zhang Aina He Yaqiang Dong Guoguo Tan Mingqiang Ning Qikui Man Xincai Liu 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,22:3
9Structure and magnetostriction of Tb_(0.4)Nd_(0.6)(Fe_(0.8)Co_(0.2))_(1.90) alloy prepared by solid-state synthesis显示文摘Mechanical alloying (MA) and subsequent solid sintering process was used to prepare the Nd-containing magnetostrictive Tb0.4Nd0.6(Fe0.8Co0.2)1.90 alloy. The structure, thermal stability and phase transformation were investigated as functions of composition, milling process and annealing temperature. An amorphous phase was formed by high-energy ball milling for 5 h with the ball-to-powder weight ratio of 20:1, which crystallized into MgCu2-type and PuNi3-type crystalline structure with different annealing temperatures. The magnetoelastic properties were investigated by means of a standard strain technique. 10Structure and magnetic properties of mechanically alloyed Tb_(0.2)Pr_(0.8)(Fe_(0.4)Co_(0.6))_(1.93) and magnetostriction of its epoxy composite显示文摘The C15 Laves phase with composition Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 was synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA) and subsequent annealing process. The structure and magnetic properties of Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), a vibrating sample magnetometer, and a standard strain technique. The effect of annealing on the structure and magnetic properties was studied. The analysis of XRD shows that the high Pr-content Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 alloy with the single phase of MgCu2-type structure can be success-fully synthesized by MA method. The sample annealed at 450°C is found to have a coercivity of 196 kA/m at room temperature. An ep-oxy/Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.93 composite was produced by a cold isostatic pressing technique. A large magnetostriction of 400 ppm, at an ap-plied magnetic field of 800 kA/m, was found for the composite. 16Crystallization behaviour and high coercivity of (Nd,Pr)_(13)Fe_(80)Nb_1B_6 melt-spun ribbons显示文摘Amorphous (Nd,Pr)13Fe80Nb1B6 ribbons were crystallized at 670-730°C for 5-25 min to study the effects of isothermal crystallization on their behavior and magnetic properties. XRD results indicate that the isothermal incubation time is 12, 5, and less than 5 min at 670, 700, and 730°C, respectively. High coercivities, with the maximum value of iHc = 1616 kA/m at 700°C for 19 min, measured by a physical property measurement system, are obtained in the crystallized ribbons. This is mainly attributed to the addition of Pr and Nb, because Pr2Fe14B has a higher anisotropic field than Nd2Fe14B, and Nb enriched in the grain boundary regions can not only reduce the exchange-coupling effects among hard grains, but also impede grain growth during the crystallization process.
