| 1 | Genome Warehouse: A Public Repository Housing Genome-scale Data显示文摘The Genome Warehouse(GWH)is a public repository housing genome assembly data for a wide range of species and delivering a series of web services for genome data submission, storage, release, and sharing. As one of the core resources in the National Genomics Data Center(NGDC),part of the China National Center for Bioinformation(CNCB;https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn),GWH accepts both full and partial(chloroplast, mitochondrion, and plasmid)genome sequences with different assembly levels,as well as an update of existing genome assemblies. For each assembly,GWH collects detailed genome-related metadata of biological project, biological sample, and genome assembly,in addition to genome sequence and annotation. To archive high-quality genome sequences and annotations,GWH is equipped with a uniform and standardized procedure for quality control.Besides basic browse and search functionalities, all released genome sequences and annotations can be visualized with JBrowse.By May 21,2021,GWH has received 19,124 direct submissions covering a diversity of 1108 species and has released 8772 of them.Collectively,GWH serves as an important resource for genomescale data management and provides free and publicly accessible data to support research activities throughout the world.GWH is publicly accessible at https://ngdc.cncb.ac.cn/gwh. | Meili Chen Yingke Ma Song Wu Xinchang Zheng Hongen Kang Jian Sang Xingjian Xu Lili Hao Zhaohua Li Zheng Gong Jingfa Xiao Zhang Zhang Wenming Zhao Yiming Bao | 2021 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2021,19,4: | 12 |
| 2 | Assessment of the fused image of multispectral and panchromatic images of SPOT5 in the investigation of geological hazards显示文摘The investigated area in this paper is located on the northern mountain in Guangzhou City.It is characterized by high relief and inaccessibility.Multispectral and pan Images of SPOT5 were used as the remote sensing data source, and high-pass filtering(HPF),Brovery transform(BT),intensity-hue-saturation(IHS),principal component analysis(PCA) and the modified IHS(MIHS) methods were adopted for image fusion. Here,a comparison has been made between the entire fused images and the original multispectral images.Subjective evaluation and objective evaluation(entropy, average gradient, correlation coefficient, distribution of gray) have been adopted to assess the quality of the fused images. Also regional geological survey has been taken to find the interpretation veracity. Results show that the MIHS is the best image fusion method for geological hazards interpretation, and the fused image can provide abundant textural and spectral information for easy interpretation of such geological hazards as collapse, landslip, and debris flow. | KANG TingJun,ZHANG XinChang & WANG HaiYing Department of Remote Sensing and GIS Engineering,Sun Yat-sen University,Guangzhou 510275,China | 2008 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,S2: | 5 |
| 3 | A shape-persistent plasticine-like conductive hydrogel with self-healing properties for peripheral nerve regeneration显示文摘In recent years, electrically conductive hydrogel-based nerve guidance conduits(NGCs)have yielded promising results for treating peripheral nerve injuries(PNIs).However, developed ones are generally pre-manufactured and exhibit a limited ability to achieve good contact with nerve tissue with irregu-lar surfaces.Herein,we developed a plasticine-like electrically conductive hydrogel consisting of gelatin, conducting polypyrrole, and tannic acid(named GPT)and assessed its ability to promote peripheral nerve regeneration. The shape-persistent GPT hydrogel exhibited good self-healing properties and could easily be molded to form a conduit that could match any injured nerve tissue.Their electrical properties could be tuned by changing the PPy concentration. In vitro, the improved conductivity of the hydrogel pro-moted dorsal root ganglion(DRG)axonal extension.More importantly,we found that the GPT hydrogel enhanced axonal regeneration and remyelination in vivo, preventing denervation atrophy and enhancing functional recovery in a mice model of sciatic nerve injury. These results suggest that our plasticine-like NGC has huge prospects for clinical application in the repair of PNI. | Xinchang Kang Xiaojun Li Can Liu Min Cai Pengfei Guan Yian Luo Youjun Guan Yu Tian Kunyu Ren Chengyun Ning Lei Fan Guoxin Tan Lei Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,11: | 0 |
