1Near-surface sand-dust horizontal flux in Tazhong-the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert显示文摘Tazhong is the hinterland and a sandstorm high-frequency area of the Taklimakan Desert. However, little is known about the detailed time-series of aeolian sand transport in this area. An experiment to study the sand-dust horizontal flux of near-surface was carried out in Tazhong from January to December 2009. By measuring the sand-dust horizontal flux throughout sixteen sand-dust weather processes with a 200-cm tall Big Spring Number Eight (BSNE) sampler tower, we quantitatively analyzed the vertical variation of the sand-dust horizontal flux. And the total sand-dust horizontal flux of different time-series that passed through a section of 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height was estimated combining the data of saltation movement continuously recorded by piezoelectric saltation sensors (Sensit). The results indicated that, in the surface layer ranging from 0-200 cm, the intensity of sand-dust horizontal flux decreased with the increase of the height, and the physical quantities obeyed power function well. The total sand-dust horizontal flux of the sixteen sand-dust weather processes that passed through a section of 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height was about 2,144.9 kg, the maximum of one sand-dust weather event was about 396.3 kg, and the annual total sand-dust horizontal flux was about 3,903.2 kg. The high levels of aeolian sand transport occurred during daytime, especially from 13:00 to 16:00 in the afternoon. 2Effect of the Cutter Parameters and Machining Parameters on the Interference in Gear Slicing显示文摘Current researches have not yet found the effect law of the cutter parameters and machining parameters on the interference in gear slicing,the interference between the cutter and machined gear often happens because the appropriate cutter parameters and machining parameters cannot be set,which reduces the gear machining accuracy.The relative position between the major flank face and edge-sweeping surface,distribution law of the interference area in forming process of edge-sweeping surface,and effect law of relative positions among edge-sweeping surfaces on the interference are studied by graphical analysis.The effect law of the cutter parameters and machining parameters on the interference is found.The effect law shows that the interference in gear slicing can be controlled when the relief angle measured on the top edge and feed of every rotation are chosen respectively larger than 9°and smaller than 0.15 mm/r.An internal helical gear is sliced with the spur slice cutter and the cutter parameters and machining parameters are set based on above the effect law.The machined gear is measured in Gear Measuring Center and the detection result shows that the comprehensive accuracy reaches GB/T Class 7,where some reach GB/T Class 6.The result can meet the gear machining accuracy requirement and shows that the effect law found is valid.The problem of the interference in gear slicing is solved and the gear machining accuracy can be improved.CHEN Xinchun LI Jia LOU Benchao SHI Jiang YANG Qijun 2013Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2013,26,6:10

4External fixation is more suitable for intra-articular fractures of the distal radius in elderly patients显示文摘The purpose of this study was to compare the functional outcomes,psychological impact,and complication rates associated with external fixation and volar or dorsal plating in relation to the functional parameters following treatment of intra-articular fractures of the distal radius(IFDR) in patients older than 65 years.We hypothesized that using volar or dorsal plating would improve functional outcomes,but that it would be associated with more complications and equivalent functional outcomes when compared with the external fixation group.A total of 123 consecutive patients suffering from IFDR were recruited into the study.The patients were measured for clinical,radiological,and psychosocial functioning outcomes and were followed up after 1 week and 3,6 and 12 months.After 3 months,the plating group had better pronation(P=0.001),supination,(P=0.047) and extension(P=0.043) scores.These differences were somewhat attenuated by6 months and disappeared at 1 year.The plating group had a greater occurrence of wound infection(P=0.043),tendonitis,(P=0.024) and additional surgery compared with the external fixation group.The only TNO-AZL Adult Quality of Life scores in the plating group that were lower than those in the external fixation group were in the 'gross motor' category(walking upstairs,bending over,walking 500 yards; P=0.023).Internal fixation was more advantageous than external fixation in the early rehabilitation period; after 1 year the outcomes were similar.The plating group showed significantly higher levels of wound infection and tendonitis and had a greater need for additional surgeries.Chuang Ma Qiang Deng Hongwei Pu Xinchun Cheng Yuhua Kan Jing Yang Aihemaitijiang Yusufu Li Cao 2016Bone Research2016,4,1:7

6Vertical distribution characteristics of dust aerosol mass concentration in the Taklimakan Desert hinterland显示文摘The different height mass concentrations of dust aerosol data from the atmosphere environment observation station(Tazhong Station)was continuously observed by instruments of Grimm 1.108,Thermo RP 1400a and TSP from January of2009 to February of 2010 in the Taklimakan Desert hinterland.Results show that:(1)The mass concentration value of 80m PM10was higher,but PM2.5and PM1.0concentrations at 80 m was obviously lower than 4 m PM10,and the value of 80 m PM1.0mass concentration was the lowest.(2)The PM mass concentrations gradually decreased from night to sunrise,with the lowest concentration at 08:00,with the mass concentration gradually increased,up to the highest concentration around18:00,and then decreased again.It was exactly the same with the changes of wind speed.(3)The high monthly average mass concentration of TSP mainly appeared from March to September,and the highest concentration was in April and May,subsequently gradually decreased.Also,March–September was a period with high value area of PM monthly average mass concentration,with the highest monthly average mass concentration of 846.0μg/m3for 4 m PM10appeared in May.The concentration of PM10was much higher than those of PM2.5and PM1.0at 80 m.There is a small difference between the concentration of PM2.5and PM1.0.Dust weather was the main factor which influenced the concentration content of the different diameter dust aerosol,and the more dust weather days,the higher content of coarse particle,conversely,fine particle was more.(4)The mass concentration of different diameter aerosols had the following sequence during dust weather:clear dayXinChun Liu YuTing Zhong Qing He XingHua Yang Ali Mamtimin Wen Huo 2013Research in Cold and Arid Regions2013,5,6:3
7Analysis of mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter in a sandstorm course and its affecting factors in the Taklimakan Desert显示文摘During the course of a major sandstorm from April 17 to April 23,2008 in the Taklimakan Desert,data pertaining to the mass concentrations of different-sized atmospheric particulate matter were observed continuously with Grimm 1.108,Thermo RP 1400a,TSP,and CAWS-600 instruments.The results showed that:(1) during the entire sandstorm process there were some differences between the daily mean particle concentration peaks and the hourly mean particle concentration peaks because the actual sandstorm lasted for only about 4 hr,whereas more particles were accumulated in the floating dust days before and after the actual sandstorm;(2) the intensity of the sandstorm was enhanced with the increase of wind speed,and this was related to the peak mass concentrations of atmospheric particulate matter;the wind speed directly affected the concentration of atmospheric particulate matter:the higher the wind speed,the higher the mass concentration(>0.23 μm was 39,496.5 μg/m 3,and >20.0 μm was 5,390.7 μg/m 3);(3) the concentration changes of PM 10 and TSP were also related to the course and intensity of the sandstorm;and(4) the mass concentration of atmospheric particulate matter had the following sequence during the dust weather:clear day < floating dust < floating and blowing dust < sandstorm.Temperature,relative humidity,and barometric pressure are important factors affecting the strength of storms,which could also indirectly affect the concentration change of atmospheric particulate matter.XinChun Liu YuTing Zhong Qing He XingHua Yang Ali Mamtimin Wen Huo 2012Research in Cold and Arid Regions2012,4,3:3

10The selective deposition of Fe species inside ZSM-5 for the oxidation of cyclohexane to cyclohexanone显示文摘The design of efficient iron-based catalysts remains a great challenge for selective cyclohexane oxidation to cyclohexanone under mild conditions.Because of the complex distribution of iron location on the support,the selectivity is always low.Here,we report a general strategy to selectively deposit highly-dispersed FeO_(x) into the micropore of ZSM-5 by atomic layer deposition(ALD).The framework of ZSM-5 and the Bronsted acid sites are intact during ALD,and the Fe species are selectively deposited onto the defect and Lewis acid sites of ZSM-5.Besides,more Fe–O–Si bonds are formed over FeO_(x)/ZSM-5 with a low loading of Fe,while FeO_(x) nanoparticles are generated at high Fe loading.They cannot be realized by the traditional solution method.The obtained FeO_(x)/ZSM-5 catalysts perform high selectivity of cyclohexanone(92%–97%),and ALD cycle numbers of FeO_(x) control the activity.Compared with the Fe nanoparticles,the Fe–O–Si species performs higher turnover frequency and stability in the oxidation reaction.Liming Zhai Bin Zhang Haojie Liang Huibin Wu Xinchun Yang Gen Luo Shichao Zhao Yong Qin 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,7:2

13Solid-solution alloy nanoclusters of the immiscible gold-rhodium system achieved by a solid ligand-assisted approach for highly efficient catalysis显示文摘Striking effects are expected in solid-solution alloying,which offers enormous possibilities for various applications,especially in industrial catalysis.However,phase diagrams have revealed that a wide range of metallic elements are immiscible with each other even above their melting points.Achieving such unknown alloying between different immiscible metallic elements is highly desirable but challenging.Here,for the first time,by using an innovative solid ligand-assisted approach,we achieve the solid-solution alloying between the bulk-immiscible Au and Rh in plenty of clean,ultrafine(∼1.6 nm)and highly dispersed nanoclusters.The solid-solution alloying of immiscible Au and Rh significantly enhances their catalytic performance toward the hydrogen evolution from formic acid in contrast to the monometallic Au and Rh nanoclusters.Moreover,the resultant binary solid-solution nanoclusters are stable without any segregation during catalytic reactions.The approach demonstrated here for homogeneously mixing the immiscible metals at the atomic scale will benefit the creation of advanced alloys and their catalytic applications in future.Xinchun Yang Zhangpeng Li Mitsunori Kitta Nobuko Tsumori Wenhan Guo Zitao Zhang Jianbo Zhang Ruqiang Zou Qiang Xu 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:1
14Mobile node aware opportunistic routing in dynamic wireless sensor network显示文摘Opportunistic routing(OR) could adapt to dynamic wireless sensor networks(WSNs) because of its inherent broadcast nature.Most of the existing OR protocols focus on the variations of propagation environment which are caused by channel fading.However, a few works deal with the dynamic scenario with mobile nodes.In this paper, a mobile node(MN) aware OR(MN-OR) is proposed and applied to a WSN in the high-speed railway scenario where the destination node is deployed inside a high speed moving train, and the MN-OR not only considers the mobility of node but also utilizes the candidate waiting time induced by the timer-based coordination scheme.Specifically, to reduce the number of duplicate transmissions and mitigate the delay of information transmission, a new selection strategy of the candidate forwarders is presented.In addition, two priority assignment methods of the candidate forwarders are proposed for the general relay nodes(GRNs) and the rail-side nodes(RSNs) according to their different routing requirements.Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the proposed MN-OR protocol can achieve better network performances compared with some existing routing schemes such as the well-known Ad-hoc on-demand distance vector routing(AODV) and the extremely opportunistic routing(ExOR) protocols.Lü Xiaojun Jia Xinchun Han Zongyuan Yang Bo Hao Jun 2016The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2016,23,5:1
15Apolipoprotein E polymorphism in northern Chinese elderly patients with coronary artery disease显示文摘Background and objective Apolipoprotein E is a constituent of lipoproteins with considerable variation due to cysteine-arginine exchanges. We investigated the relationship between apo E gene polymorphism and the occurrence of coronary artery disease(CAD) in the older population of northern China. Methods The distribution of the HhaI polymorphisms of the apolipoprotein E gene was determined among 55 patients with CAD (CAD group), which was compared with that of 36 elderly subjects without CAD(control group). Results Genotype distributions at both sites (apo E gene 112-bp and 158-bp sites ) were different between the CAD and control groups. The CAD group had lower apolipoprotein E'ε2'frequencies than the control group (P<0.05). 17Research on the different content of weathered sand influence on expansive characteristic of a highway expansive soil in Yichang显示文摘This paper aims at widespread presence of expansive soil which can be obtained in the project from Xiaoxita to Yaqueling first-class highway rebuilding engineering in Yichang City of Hubei Province and weathered sand which can be made full use locally,many experiments have been made. Compaction experiments and expansibility index indoor experiments of undisturbed expansive soil and expansive soil mixed with sand ranging from 10 % to 50 % have been made. Through the test mixing undisturbed expansive soil with different content of weathered sand,it can change the expansive soil water characteristics and compaction characteristics.
