1A Continuous Leader-following Consensus Control Strategy for a Class of Uncertain Multi-agent Systems显示文摘In this paper, we study the robust leader-following consensus problem for a class of multi-agent systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics and unknown but bounded disturbances. The control input of the leader agent is nonzero and not available to any follower agent. We first consider a class of high order chain integrator-type multi-agent systems.By employing the robust integral of the sign of the error technique, a continuous distributed control law is constructed using local information obtained from neighboring agents. Using Lyapunov analysis theory, we show that under a connected undirected information communication topology, the proposed protocol achieves semiglobal leader-following consensus. We then extend the approach to a class of more general uncertain multiagent systems. 7A novel method for the synthesis of carbon dots assisted by free radicals显示文摘Carbon dots(CDs)have gradually become a widely favored type of fluorescent nanomaterials with unlimited and promising applications.This work reports a means of breaking the shackle of method to develop new red and white CDs by introducing free radicals.The resulting white emissive CDs in this strategy are employed to demonstrate electroluminescent white-light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)and achieve a record-high external quantum efficiency(0.95%)of one-step-produced white CDs(WCD)-LEDs,which dramatically simplifies the whole fabrication processes of WLEDs.With additional passivation treatment,the red CDs(RCD2)with excellent properties such as N and S co-doping,bright(quantum yield=49%)and stable photoluminescence(PL),large positive zeta potential(+20.5 mV),and two-photon fluorescence are obtained.Such RCD2 are used for rapid staining(5 min)of yeast cells.The two CDs synthesized via this method have outstanding performance in different aspects,which provides new promise of CDs for further functionalization and applications.Xinyue Zhou Kebing Yi Yeling Yang Guohua Xie Xinghu Ji Zhike He 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:1

10Investigation of Ru(phen)_3^(2+)-Hydrazine-Ce(Ⅳ) Chemiluminescence System and Its Analytical Application显示文摘It was observed that hydrazine could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of tris-(1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium(Ⅱ)(Ru(phen)3 2+ )- Cerium(Ⅳ) (Ce(Ⅳ)) system, based on which, a novel CL system, Ru(phen)3 2+ -Hydrazine-Ce(Ⅳ), was established. This CL system was investigated and employed to detect hydrazine. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range and detection limit of the proposed method are 2.0×10 -6 -2.0×10 -3 g·L -1 and 1.8×10 -6 g·L -1 , respectively. For 1.5×10 -5 , 1.5×10 -4 and 1.2×10 -3 g·L -1 hydrazine, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.9%, 2.2% and 3.1%, respectively (n=11). 11A dual-amplification system for colorimetric DNA detection based on the assembly of biomolecules显示文摘A dual-amplification system is reported to apply in DNA sensing via the assembly of DNA and protein. In this process, the biotinylatedcapature DNA bounded with streptavidin(SA) through the biotinstreptavidin reaction, and then the assembly of DNA and protein was triggered by the linker DNA after the target hybridized with biotinylatedcapature DNA. Sequentially, the 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)was oxidized by H_2O_2 under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase. Based on the variation of the color and the UV–vis absorbance intensities, qualitative and quantitative DNA analyses were realized. This proposed method could detect the target DNA as low as 1.75 pmol/L and discriminate perfectly matched target DNA from the mismatch DNA. 12Ratiometric fluorescent Si-FITC nanoprobe for immunoassay of SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)highlights the importance of rapid and reliable diagnostic assays for the management of virus transmission.Here,we developed a one-pot hydrothermal method to prepare Si-FITC nanoparticles(NPs)for the fluorescent immunoassay of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)nucleocapsid protein(N protein).The synthesis of Si-FITC NPs did not need post-modification,which addressed the issue of quantum yield reduction during the coupling reaction.Si-FITC NPs showed two distinct peaks,Si fluorescence atλem=385 nm and FITC fluorescence atλem=490 nm.In the presence of KMnO_(4),Si fluorescence was decreased and FITC fluorescence was enhanced.Briefly,in the presence of N protein,catalase(CAT)-linked secondary antibody/reporter antibody/N protein/capture antibody immunocomplexes were formed on microplates.Subsequently,hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and Si-FITC NPs/KMnO_(4)were injected into the microplate together.The decomposition of H_(2)O_(2)by CAT resulted in remaining of KMnO_(4),which changed the fluorescence intensity ratio of Si-FITC NPs.The fluorescence intensity ratio correlated significantly with the N protein concentration ranging from 0.02 to 50.00 ng/mL,and the detection limit was 0.003 ng/mL,which was more sensitive than the commercial ELISA kit with a detection limit of 0.057 ng/mL.The N protein concentration can be accurately determined in human serum.Furthermore,the COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients were distinguishable by this method.Therefore,the ratiometric fluorescent immunoassay can be used for SARS-CoV-2 infection diagnosis with a high sensitivity and selectivity.Guobin Mao Silu Ye Wen Yin Yang Yang Xinghu Ji Jin He Yingxia Liu Junbiao Dai Zhike He Yingxin Ma 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
13In situ fluorescence imaging of fungi via(1,3)-β-D-glucan aptamer and tyramide signal amplification technology显示文摘Fungal infections are hazardous to human health that has drawn wide attention.In this work,a specific and sensitive method combing the recognition of aptamer to(1,3)-β-D-glucan and tyramide signal amplification technology was proposed for the in situ fluorescence imaging of fungi.Fungi could be distinctly observed by fluorescence microscope rapidly.This method provides morphology and diagnostic information for identifying fungi.The combination of aptamer and tyramide signal amplification technology is a promising tool for the detection of fungi,bacteria and even eukaryotic cell with the virtue of biomarkers.Pengfei Zuo Feng Gong Yixia Yang Xinghu Ji Zhike He 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1:0
