The analysis of nucleic acids and nucleic acids-based analysis have been widely applied in biological studies, clinical diagnosis, environmental analysis, food safety and forensic analysis.During the past decades, the field of nucleic acids analysis has been rapidly advancing with many technological breakthroughs.In this review, we focus on the methods developed for analyzing nucleic acids, nucleic acids-based analysis, device for nucleic acids analysis, and applications of nucleic acids analysis. The representative strategies for the development of new nucleic acids analysis in this field are summarized, and key advantages and possible limitations are discussed. | 19 | Gold-based lateral-flow strip for the detection of penconazole in watermelon and cucumber samples显示文摘As a typical triazole fungicide,penconazole(PEN)is widely used in agriculture but has been proven to be toxic.In this study,we designed a new hapten to prepare a highly sensitive and specific anti-PEN monoclonal antibody(mAb)and established a gold nanoparticle-based lateral-flow immunoassay(LFIA)for the detection of PEN residues in watermelon and cucumber.The 50%inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))of the mAb was 0.42 ng/mL and the LFIA strip had a visual limit of detection(vLOD)of 2.5 ng/g and a cut-off value of 10 ng/g in watermelon and cucumbers.The calculated limit of detection(LOD)of the LFIA strip was 0.36 ng/g for watermelon and 0.29 ng/g for cucumber.The LFIA strip also gave a re-covery rate of 92.5%-109.0%for watermelon samples and 92.5%-106.7%for cucumber samples.These results using the LFIA strip are highly consistent with those seen using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Thus our developed LFIA strip represents a potentially reliable tool for the rapid on-site screening for PEN in watermelons and cucumbers. | Yang Liu Xinxin Xu Liqiang Liu Liguang Xu Hua Kuang Chuanlai Xu | 2022 | Food Quality and Safety2022,6,2: | 0 |
| 20 | Gold-nanoparticle-based multiplex immuno-strip biosensor for simultaneous determination of 83 antibiotics显示文摘Antibiotic residues,generated by the irrational use of drugs and environmental pollution,have always been a great challenge to aquaculture safety.Therefore,a quick,convenient,and performance-excellent way to detect antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish is urgently required.In this study,a multiplex immunochromatographic strip biosensor based on gold nanoparticles was developed for the simultaneous detection of five classes of antibiotic residues(24β-lactam antibiotics,26 sulfonamides,five tetracyclines,24 quinolones,and four amphenicols)in aquaculture fish within 10 min.The detection ranges of five representative antibiotics,penicillin G,sulfamethazine,tetracycline,enrofloxacin,and chloramphenicol,were 2.33–38.4,0.688–17.1,1.4–48.1,1.45–32.9,and 0.537–9.06μg/kg,respectively.The accuracy and stability of these measurements were demonstrated by analyzing spiked fish samples,with recovery rates of 87.5%–115.2%and a coefficient of variation<9.5%.The cross-reaction rates,based on the five representative antibiotics,were 3.77%–202%forβ-lactams,3.95%–137%for sulfonamides,9.19%–100%for tetracyclines,4.9%–145%for quinolones,and 3.2%–100%for amphenicols.The excellent testing performance of the biosensor strip to most of antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish ensures they meet the maximum residue limits required by countries or organizations.Therefore,this multiplex immunochromatographic strip biosensor is potentially applicable to the rapidly on-site determination of antibiotic residues in aquaculture fish. | Xianlu Lei Xinxin Xu Liqiang Liu Liguang Xu Li Wang Hua Kuang Chuanlai Xu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 0 |
