| 1 | Flexible Waterproof Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors with Wide Linear Working Range Based on Conductive Fabrics显示文摘Developing flexible sensors with high working performance holds intense interest for diverse applications in leveraging the Internet-of-things(IoT)infrastructures.For flexible piezoresistive sensors,traditionally most efforts are focused on tailoring the sensing materials to enhance the contact resistance variation for improving the sensitivity and working range,and it,however,remains challenging to simultaneously achieve flexible sensor with a linear working range over a high-pressure region(>100 kPa)and keep a reliable sensitivity.Herein,we devised a laserengraved silver-coated fabric as'soft'sensor electrode material to markedly advance the flexible sensor's linear working range to a level of 800 kPa with a high sensitivity of 6.4 kPa^-1 yet a fast response time of only 4 ms as well as long-time durability,which was rarely reported before.The integrated sensor successfully routed the wireless signal of pulse rate to the portable smartphone,further demonstrating its potential as a reliable electronic.Along with the rationally building the electrode instead of merely focusing on sensing materials capable of significantly improving the sensor's performance,we expect that this design concept and sensor system could potentially pave the way for developing more advanced wearable electronics in the future. | Hongcheng Xu Libo Gao Yuejiao Wang Ke Cao Xinkang Hu Liang Wang Meng Mu Min Liu Haiyan Zhang Weidong Wang Yang Lu | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,11: | 4 |
| 2 | Stereolithographic 3D Printing-Based Hierarchically Cellular Lattices for High-Performance Quasi-Solid Supercapacitor显示文摘3D printing-based supercapacitors have been extensively explored,yet the rigid rheological requirement for corresponding ink preparation significantly limits the manufacturing of true 3D architecture in achieving superior energy storage.We proposed the stereolithographic technique to fabricate the metallic composite lattices with octet-truss arrangement by using electroless plating and engineering the 3D hierarchically porous graphene onto the scaffolds to build the hierarchically cellular lattices in quasi-solid supercapacitor application.The supercapacitor device that is composed of composite lattices span several pore size orders from nm to mm holds promising behavior on the areal capacitance(57.75 mF cm-2),rate capability(70% retention,2-40 mA cm-2),and long lifespan(96% after 5000 cycles),as well as superior energy density of 0.008 mWh cm-2,which are comparable to the state-of-the-art carbon-based supercapacitor.By synergistically combining this facile stereolithographic 3D printing technology with the hierarchically porous graphene architecture,we provide a novel route of manufacturing energy storage device as well as new insight into building other high-performance functional electronics. | Jianzhe Xue Libo Gao Xinkang Hu Ke Cao Wenzhao Zhou Weidong Wang Yang Lu | 2019 | Nano-Micro Letters2019,11,3: | 2 |
| 3 | Establishment of the GPS Monitoring Network in North China, the Relation of Horizontal Crustal Movement to Stress Field and Seismicity显示文摘In the paper, the establishment, measurement, data-processing program and monitoring accuracy of the GPS seismic monitoring network in North China, especially in the Capital-Circle area, have been presented briefly. The relation of horizontal crustal deformation to tectonic movement, stress-field variation and seismicity has been analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the accuracy of GPS measurement has reached the order of 10-9 and the annual rate of horizontal crustal deformation in North China is about 4 ~5 mm. Horizontal crustal movement is a direct indication of the regional stress field. | 5 | Experiment of Dividing the Active Blocks Based on Horizontal Crustal Movement Observed by GPS显示文摘In this paper, the discrepancy between the movements of intraplate blocks and plates isdiscussed, and the method to divide the intraplate active blocks is presented by selecting Bursaformula as the kinematic model for the intraplate blocks. Based on the data of three GPScampaigns in North-China network in l995, 1996 and l999, respectively, the northern area inNorth China is divided into eight small blocks with the mathematical model and methodpresented in this paper. The divided blocks based on tbe horizontal and vertical crustalmovements in the paper are consistent or approximate with each other in the area as a whole.The divided blocks in the paper is also basically accordant with the neotectonic movement,which indicates that the current movement of active blocks in this area is the succession anddevelopment of neotectonic movement. | 6 | AN ACCURATE MODEL FOR CALCULATING CORRECTION OF PATH FLEXURE OF SATELLITE SIGNALS显示文摘The propagation path of satellite signals in the atmosphere is a curve thus it is very difficult to calculate its flexure correction accurately, a strict calculating expressions has so far not been derived. In this study, the flexure correction of the refraction curve is divided into two parts and their strict calculating expressions are derived. By use of the standard atmospheric model, the accurate flexure correction of the refraction curve is calculated for different zenith distance Z . On this basis, a calculation model is structured. This model is very simple in structure, convenient in use and high in accuracy. When Z is smaller than 85°,the accuracy of the correction exceeds 0.06 mm. The flexure correction is basically proportional to tan 2 Z and increases rapidly with the increase of Z . When Z >50°,the correction is smaller than 0.5 mm and can be neglected. When Z >50°, the correction must be made. When Z is 85° , 88° and 89° , the corrections are 198 mm, 8.911 m and 28.497 km, respectively. The calculation results shows that the correction estimate by Hopfield is correct when Z ≤80 °, but too small when Z =89°. | 7 | Achieving improved stability and minimal non-radiative recombination loss for over 18%binary organic photovoltaics via versatile interfacial regulation strategy显示文摘Interfacial regulation,serving multiple roles,is critical for the fabrication of stable and efficient organic photovoltaics(OPVs).Herein,a multifunctional cathode interlayer PDINO(15 nm)is prepared by regulating film thickness,which is inserted between active components and stable silver electrode to align work function,and maintain good interfacial contact and device stability.The thick film can help to reduce interfacial surface defects,keep stable surface morphology,and block the silver diffusion into the active layer.Consequently,the optimal PM6:Y6 device records an impressive power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.48%with minimized non-radiative recombination loss of 0.239 V.More importantly,the unencapsulated device maintains 91%of the original PCE after aging for over 60 days at 25℃ and 10%relative humidity in dark conditions.Meanwhile,the PM6:eC9 device achieves a remarkable PCE of 18.22%with the enhancement of open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)).Furthermore,the 1 cm^(2) device-based PDINO(15 nm)/Ag shows a high PCE of 15.2%while only 12.6%for PDINO(9 nm)/Al,indicating the good compatibility of PDINO(15 nm)interlayer with the R2R coating processes used in large-area OPVs fabrication.This work highlights the promise of interfacial regulation to simultaneously stabilize and enhance the efficiency of organic photovoltaics. | Lifu Zhang Houdong Mao Liqiang Huang Lei Hu Xinkang Wang Licheng Tan Yiwang Chen | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,8: | 0 |
