1Acetone Sensors Based on La^(3+) Doped ZnO Nano-rods Prepared by Solvothermal Method显示文摘La3+ doped ZnO nano-rods with different doping concentration were prepared via solvothermal method.The doped ZnO nano-rods were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The effect of La3+ doping on the gas-sensing properties was investigated.The results revealed that the sensor based on 6 mol% La3+ doped ZnO nano-rods exhibited high response to dilute acetone,and the responses to 0.01×10-6 acetone reached 2.4 when operating at 425 ℃.The response time and the recovery time for 0.01×10-6 acetone were only 16 and 3 s,respectively.Xiangfeng Chu Xiaohua Zhu Yongping Dong Xiutao Ge Shouquan Zhang Wenqi Sun 2012Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,3:4
2Synthesis of carbon-coated Li4Ti5O12 and its electrochemical performance as anode material for lithium-ion battery显示文摘Carbon-coated Li_4Ti_5O_(12) sample was synthesized by a sol-gel method. The Li_4Ti_5O_(12) powders were obtained by calcinations of the gels at 750, 800, 850,900 ℃ at N_2 atmosphere. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were characterized by SEM, XRD and charge and discharge. The final product sintered at 850 ℃ demonstrates excellent performance with a specific capacity of 163.5 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 1C.
