| 1 | Effect of Light Quality on Photosynthesis and Chlorophyll Fluorescence in Strawberry Leaves显示文摘The photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry (Fragariaananassa Duch. cv. Toyonoka)leaves under illumination of identical light intensity(55-57% natural light) withdifferent light quality were studied. It was showed that the chlorophyll content,maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm), Fm/Fo, amount of inactive PSⅡreactioncenters (Fi-Fo) and rate of QA reduction were positively correlated with the red-light/blue-light ratios, but the chlorophyll (a/b) ratios were negatively correlated withthem. Carotenoid content of the leaves was maximum under the blue film, than under greenfilm, red film, white film and yellow film, and negatively correlated with the red/far-red ratios. The apparent quantum yield (AQY), photorespiratory rate (Pr) and carboxylationefficiency (CE) were also strongly affected by light quality. The photosynthetic rate(Pn) in strawberry leaves under green film was significantly lower than under all otherfilm. | 2 | Changes in Regional Heavy Rainfall Events in China during 1961–2012显示文摘A new technique for identifying regional climate events, the Objective Identification Technique for Regional Extreme Events(OITREE), was applied to investigate the characteristics of regional heavy rainfall events in China during the period1961–2012. In total, 373 regional heavy rainfall events(RHREs) were identified during the past 52 years. The East Asian summer monsoon(EASM) had an important influence on the annual variations of China's RHRE activities, with a significant relationship between the intensity of the RHREs and the intensity of the Mei-yu. Although the increase in the frequency of those RHREs was not significant, China experienced more severe and extreme regional rainfall events in the 1990 s. The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the northern part of South China were the regions in the country most susceptible to extreme precipitation events. Some stations showed significant increasing trends in the southern part of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the northern part of South China, while parts of North China, regions between Guangxi and Guangdong, and northern Sichuan showed decreasing trends in the accumulated intensity of RHREs.The spatial distribution of the linear trends of events' accumulated intensity displayed a similar so-called 'southern flooding and northern drought' pattern over eastern China in recent decades. | ZOU Xukai REN Fumin | 2015 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2015,32,5: | 11 |

| 4 | A time-released osmotic pump fabricated by compression-coated method: Formulation screen, mechanism research and pharmacokinetic study显示文摘In this investigation,time-released monolithic osmotic pump(TMOP)tablets containing diltiazem hydrochloride(DIL)were prepared on the basis of osmotic pumping mechanism.The developed dosage forms were coated by Kollidon®SR-Polyethylene Glycol(PEG)mixtures via compression-coated technology instead of spray-coating method to form the outer membrane.For more efficient formulation screening,a three-factor five-level central composite design(CCD)was introduced to explore the optimal TMOP formulation during the experiments.The in vitro tests showed that the optimized formulation of DIL-loaded TMOP had a lag time of 4 h and a following 20-h drug release at an approximate zero-order rate.Moreover,the releasemechanismwas proven based on osmotic pressure and its profile could be well simulated by a dynamic equation.After oral administration by beagle dogs,the comparison of parameters with the TMOP tablets and reference preparations show no significant differences for C_(max)(111.56±20.42,128.38±29.46 ng/ml)and AUC_(0-48 h)(1654.97±283.77,1625.10±313.58 ng h/ml)but show significant differences for T_(max)(13.00±1.16,4.00±0.82 h).These pharmacokinetic parameters were consistent with the dissolution tests that the TMOP tablets had turned out to prolong the lag time of DIL release. | Tiegang Xin Yang Zhao Hengpan Jing Wenji Zhang Yunyun Gao Xinggang Yang Xukai Qu Weisan Pan | 2014 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2014,9,4: | 4 |
