1Nonlinear vibration response characteristics of a dual-rotor-bearing system with squeeze film damper显示文摘Rolling bearing and Squeeze Film Damper(SFD)are used in rotor support structures,and most researches on the nonlinear rotor-bearing system are focused on the simple rotor-bearing systems.This work emphasizes the comparative analysis of the influence of SFD on the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the dual-rotor system supported by rolling bearings.Firstly,a reduced dynamic model is established by combining the Finite Element(FE)method and the freeinterface method of component mode synthesis.The proposed model is verified by comparing the natural characteristics obtained from an FE model with those from the experiment.Then,the steady-state vibration responses of the system with or without SFD are solved by the numerical integration method.The influences of the ball bearing clearance,unbalance,centralizing spring stiffness and oil film clearance of SFD on the nonlinear steady-state vibration responses of the dual-rotor system are analyzed.Results show that SFD can effectively suppress the amplitude jump of the dual rotor system sustaining two rotors unbalance excitations.As the ball bearing clearance or unbalance increases,the amplitude jump phenomenon becomes more obvious,the resonance hysteresis phenomenon strengthens or weakens,the resonant peaks shift to the left or the right,respectively.SFD with unreasonable parameters will aggravate the system vibration,the smaller the oil film clearance,the better the damping performance of the SFD,the larger the centralizing spring stiffness is,the larger resonance amplitudes are.Xinxing MA Hui MA Haiqin QIN Xumin GUO Chenguang ZHAO Mingyue YU 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,10:3
2Improved frequency modeling and solution for parallel liquid-filled pipes considering both fluid-structure interaction and structural coupling显示文摘The dynamic characteristics of a single liquid-filled pipe have been broadly studied in the previous literature.The parallel liquid-filled pipe(PLFP)system is also widely used in engineering,and its structure is more complex than that of a single pipe.However,there are few reports about the dynamic characteristics of the PLFPs.Therefore,this paper proposes improved frequency modeling and solution for the PLFPs,involving the logical alignment principle and coupled matrix processing.The established model incorporates both the fluid-structure interaction(FSI)and the structural coupling of the PLFPs.The validity of the established model is verified by modal experiments.The effects of some unique parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the PLFPs are discussed.This work provides a feasible method for solving the FSI of multiple pipes in parallel and potential theoretical guidance for the dynamic analysis of the PLFPs in engineering.Xumin GUO Chunliang XIAO Hui MA Hui LI Xufang ZHANG Bangchun WEN 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,8:1
3Nonlinear vibration analysis of pipeline considering the effects of soft nonlinear clamp显示文摘Soft nonlinear support is a major engineering project,but there are few relevant studies.In this paper,a dynamic pipeline model with soft nonlinear supports at both ends is established.By considering the influence of the Coriolis force and centrifugal force,the dynamical coupling equation of fluid-structure interaction is derived with extended Hamilton’s principle.Then,the approximate analytical solutions are sought via the harmonic balance method.The amplitude-frequency response curves show that different effects can be determined by approximate analysis.It is demonstrated that the increase in the fluid velocity can increase the amplitude of the pipeline system.The frequency range of unstable response increases when the fluid pressure raises.The combination of the soft nonlinear clamp and the large geometrical deformation of the pipeline affects the nonlinear vibration characteristic of the system,and the external excitation force and damping have significant effects on the stability.Weijiao CHEN Yiming CAO Xumin GUO Hui MA Bangchun WEN Bo WANG 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,10:0

5Comparative analysis on transcriptome sequencings of six Sargassum species in China显示文摘Species of Sargassum are distributed worldwide,and are of great ecological and economic importance in marine ecosystems and bioresources.In this study,transcriptome sequencings of six Sargassum species were performed for the first time using an Illumina platform.For each sample,a total of 2.1–2.5 Gb of nucleotides are collected and assembled into 69 871–116 790 scaffolds,with an average length of 410–550 bp and N50 length of 756–1 462 bp.A total of 20 512–28 684 unigenes of each sample were annotated and compared well with known gene sequences from nr database.Clusters of Orthologous Groups(COG),gene ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analyses were also performed for further understanding of gene functions and regulation pathways.Gene expression levels were calculated based on RPKM values and compared among these species,especially for those genes related to carbohydrate metabolism.Cluster analyses indicated that the differences of global gene expression between S.fusiforme,which was nominated as Hizikia fusiformis before,and other five species were not significant.Further phylogenetic analysis of 108 orthologous genes confirmed that S.fusiforme had closer relationship with S.hemiphyllum rather than S.horneri.These transcriptome data provided valuable information for better understanding of genome and gene characteristics of Sargassum algae and benefiting comparative and phylogenetic studies of Phaeophyceae species in future studies.WANG Guoliang SUN Jing LIU Guiming WANG Liang YU Jun LIU Tao CHI Shan LIU Cui GUO Haiyan WANG Xumin WU Shuangxiu 2014Acta Oceanologica Sinica2014,33,2:0

7Dynamic characteristics of a shrouded blade with impact and friction显示文摘A simplified computational model of a twisted shrouded blade with impact and friction is established.In this model,the shrouded blade is simulated by a flexible Timoshenko beam with a tip-mass,and the effects of centrifugal stiffening,spin softening,and Coriolis force are considered.Impact force is simulated using a linear spring model,and friction force is generated by a tangential spring model under sticking state and a Coulomb friction model under sliding state.The proposed model is validated by a finite element model.Then,the effects of initial gap and normal preload,coefficient of friction,and contact stiffness ratio(the ratio of tangential contact stiffness to normal contact stiffness)on system vibration responses are analyzed.Results show that resonant peaks become inconspicuous and impact plays a dominant role when initial gaps are large between adjacent shrouds.By contrast,in small initial gaps or initial normal preloads condition,resonant speed increases sharply,and the optimal initial normal preloads that can minimize resonant amplitude becomes apparent.Coefficient of friction affects the optimal initial normal preload,but it does not affect vibration responses when the contact between shrouds is under full stick.System resonant amplitude decreases with the increase of contact stiffness ratio,but the optimal initial normal preload is unaffected.Xumin GUO Jin ZENG Hui MA Chenguang ZHAO Lin QU Bangchun WEN 2020Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2020,15,2:0
8Na_(2)CO_(3)-responsive Photosynthetic and ROS Scavenging Mechanisms in Chloroplasts of Alkaligrass Revealed by Phosphoproteomics显示文摘Alkali-salinity exerts severe osmotic,ionic,and high-p H stresses to plants.To understand the alkali-salinity responsive mechanisms underlying photosynthetic modulation and reactive oxygen species(ROS)homeostasis,physiological and diverse quantitative proteomics analyses of alkaligrass(Puccinellia tenuiflora)under Na_(2)CO_(3)stress were conducted.In addition,Western blot,real-time PCR,and transgenic techniques were applied to validate the proteomic results and test the functions of the Na_(2)CO_(3)-responsive proteins.A total of 104 and 102 Na_(2)CO_(3)-responsive proteins were identified in leaves and chloroplasts,respectively.In addition,84 Na_(2)CO_(3)-responsive phosphoproteins were identified,including 56 new phosphorylation sites in 56 phosphoproteins from chloroplasts,which are crucial for the regulation of photosynthesis,ion transport,signal transduction,and energy homeostasis.A full-length Pt FBA encoding an alkaligrass chloroplastic fructosebisphosphate aldolase(FBA)was overexpressed in wild-type cells of cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp.Strain PCC 6803,leading to enhanced Na_(2)CO_(3)tolerance.All these results indicate that thermal dissipation,state transition,cyclic electron transport,photorespiration,repair of photosystem(PS)Ⅱ,PSI activity,and ROS homeostasis were altered in response to Na_(2)CO_(3)stress,which help to improve our understanding of the Na_(2)CO_(3)-responsive mechanisms in halophytes.Jinwei Suo Heng Zhang Qi Zhao Nan Zhang Yongxue Zhang Ying Li Baohua Song Juanjuan Yu Jianguo Cao Tai Wang Ji Luo Lihai Guo Jun Ma Xumin Zhang Yimin She Lianwei Peng Weimin Ma Siyi Guo Yuchen Miao Sixue Chen Zhi Qin Shaojun Dai 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3:0
