1Influence of He-Ne laser irradiation on the excision repair of cyclobutyl pyrimidine dimers in the wheat DNA显示文摘Using agarose gel electrophoresis and T4-endo-deoxyribonuclease-V, which is a kind of restriction endonu-clease of cyclobutyl pyrimidine dimer (CPD), the impacts of He-Ne laser (5mW·mm-2) irradiation on DNA excision repair capacity in damaged wheat cells induced by enhanced ultraviolet-B (10.08kJ·m-2·d-1) radiation were studied. The results indicated that the content of endonuclease sensitive sites (ESS) was reduced by He-Ne laser irradiation, which formed in cells irradiated by enhanced ultraviolet-B. 2Effects of Corridor Networks on Plant Species Composition and Diversity in an Intensive Agriculture Landscape显示文摘The development of modern agriculture has resulted in much homogenization of the landscape consisting of large patches of farmland,so small remnant non-crop habitats especially linear corridors play an important role in the conservation of species and the maintenance of ecosystem functions.However,little attention has been paid to the effects of corridors structural characteristics on the plant species restricted to such habitats.In this study,we selected three types of corridors including ditch,hedgerow and road,and analyzed their structural characteristics.The plant species presented in these corridors were investigated,and the species diversity,abundance and frequency were estimated.Moreover,spatial arrangements of corridors were classified into different types to discuss whether there were significant effects of corridor network on plant distribution.The results show that three types of corridors have different effects on plant species composition and diversity.The one-one combined corridor networks and total network associated by three corridors have more complex structural features than each single type of corridor.However,there is no strong correlation between the corridor networks with their plant species.We suggest that carrying out a pointed vegetation survey at corridor intersections to further test the relationships between structural features of corridor and plants is necessary.TANG Qian LIANG Guofu LU Xunling DING Shengyan 2014Chinese Geographical Science2014,24,1:6
3Ethylene Production and 1-Aminocyclopropane-l-Carboxylate (ACC) Synthase Gene Expression in Tomato ( L ycopsicon esculentum Mill.) Leaves Under Enhanced UV-B Radiation显示文摘西红柿(Lycopsicon esculentum 米尔) 在一个温室种的植物与 UV-B 的二个不同层次被照耀,也就是 8.82 (T1 ) 并且 12.6 kJ/m2 每天(T2 ) 。乙烯生产, 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC ) 内容, 1-(malonylamino ) cyclopvopane-1-carboxylic 酸(MACC ) 内容, ACC synthase (EC 4.4.1.14 ) 的基因表示,和在西红柿叶子的 ACC oxidase 活动是坚定的。结果显示了那个 ACC 内容, ACC synthase 的活动和 ACC oxidase,并且乙烯生产在 UV-B 放射的低剂量下面连续地增加了,而在放射的高剂量这些参数在开始的 12 d 期间增加了然后开始减少。MACC 内容在 UV-B 照耀的两剂量下面在 18 d 上连续地增加了。在 ACC 内容, ACC synthase 活动, ACC oxidase 活动, ACC synthase 基因的 transcriptional 水平,和乙烯生产的变化与对方一致,建议 ACC synthase 在在 UV-B 放射下面的西红柿叶纸巾是在乙烯生合成和那乙烯生产的关键酶能被 ACC synthase 基因的表示调整。结果也显示在乙烯新陈代谢的变化可以是到提高的 UV-B 放射的适应机制。Lizhe An Xiaofeng Xu Hongguan Tang Manxiao Zhang Zongdong HOU Yanhong Liu Zhiguang Zhao Huyuan Feng Shijian Xu Xunling Wang 2006Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2006,48,10:2

17Combined effects of enhanced ultraviolet-B radiation and doubled CO_(2) concentration on growth,fruit quality and yield of tomato in winter plastic greenhouse显示文摘Five different doses of ultraviolet-B(UV-B)radiation were supplied to tomato(Lycopersicon esculeutum.Mill)with the doubled CO_(2)concentration(700μmol·mol^(-1))in the winter plastic greenhouse.The influences on the seedling growth,fruit quality and yield of tomato were investigated.Results showed that the seedling growth,and the contents of UV absorbing compounds,soluble sugar,organic acid,vitamin C and lycopene of tomato fruits,and yield of tomato increased under doubled CO_(2)concentration.Under the doubled CO_(2)concentration the effects of lost doses of UV-B radiation could further promote the effects of doubled CO_(2)concentration.However,there is no significant increase in yield of tomato.The best dose of UV-B radiation is about 1.163 kJ·m^(-2).When the dose of UV-B radiation is more than it,the effects of UV-B will be reduced.LI Fangmin WANG Jun CHEN Yuping ZOU Zhirong WANG Xunling YUE Ming 2007Frontiers in Biology2007,2,4:0
18EflFect of long-term ozone fumigation on growth development and yield of spring wheat in open-top field chamber显示文摘The experimental plants were grown in open-top chamber and exposed to 0.26 ppm of ozone for six hrs. per day from seedling stage till ripening. The results showed that the height of plants, rates of earing, flowering, grain forming, ripening and the weight/1000 kernels all declined in fumigated plants in comparison with the controls. The yield lost 76.7%. The actual actions of ozone were that it caused foliar injury and chlorophyll destruction accelerating leaf senescence, reduction of assimilation products.
