1A comparative study of CuO/TiO_2-SnO_2,CuO/TiO_2 and CuO/SnO_2 catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation显示文摘Nanometer SnO2 particles were synthesized by sol-gel dialytic processes and used as a support to prepare CuO supported catalysts via a deposition-precipitation method. The samples were characterized by means of TG-DTA,XRD,H 2-TPR and XPS. The catalytic activity of the CuO/TiO2-SnO2 catalysts was markedly depended on the loading of CuO,and the optimum CuO loading was 8 wt.%(T 100 = 80 C) . The CuO/TiO2-SnO2 catalysts exhibited much higher catalytic activity than the CuO/TiO 2 and CuO/SnO 2 catalysts. 2ZBP1 mediates interferon-induced necroptosis显示文摘Interferons(IFNs)play an important role in immunomodulatory and antiviral functions.IFN-induced necroptosis has been reported in cells deficient in receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1),Fas-associated protein with death domain(FADD),or caspase-8,but the mechanism is largely unknown.Here,we report that the DNA-dependent activator of IFN regulatory factors(ZBP1,also known as DAI)is required for both type Ⅰ(β)and type Ⅱ(γ)IFN-induced necroptosis.We show that L929 fibroblast cells became susceptible to IFN-induced necroptosis when RIPK1,FADD,or Caspase-8 was genetically deleted,confirming the antinecroptotic role of these proteins in IFN signaling.We found that the pronecroptotic signal from IFN stimulation depends on new protein synthesis and identified ZBP1,an IFN-stimulated gene(ISG)product,as the de novo synthesized protein that triggers necroptosis in IFN-stimulated cells.The N-terminal domain(ND)of ZBP1 is important for ZBP1–ZBP1 homointeraction,and its RHIM domain in the C-terminal region interacts with RIPK3 to initiate RIPK3-dependent necroptosis.The antinecroptotic function of RIPK1,FADD,and caspase-8 in IFN-treated cells is most likely executed by caspase-8-mediated cleavage of RIPK3,since the inhibitory effect on necroptosis was eliminated when the caspase-8 cleavage site in RIPK3 was mutated.ZBP1-mediated necroptosis in IFN-treated cells is likely physiologically relevant,as ZBP1 KO mice were significantly protected against acute systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS)induced by TNF+IFN-γ.Daowei Yang Yaoji Liang Shubo Zhao Yan Ding Qiuyu Zhuang Qilin Shi Tingting Ai Su-Qin Wu Jiahuai Han 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,4:5
3Aerodynamic configuration integration design of hypersonic cruise aircraft with inward-turning inlets显示文摘In this work, a novel airframe/propulsion integration design method of the wing-body configuration for hypersonic cruise aircraft is proposed, where the configuration is integrated with inward-turning inlets. With the help of this method, the major design concern of balancing the aerodynamic performance against the requirements for efficient propulsion can be well addressed. A novel geometric parametrically modelling method based on a combination of patched class and shape transition(CST) and COONs surface is proposed to represent the configuration, especially a complex configuration with an irregular inlet lip shape. The modelling method enlarges the design space of components on the premise of guaranteeing the configuration integrity via special constraints imposed on the interface across adjacent surfaces. A basic flow inside a cone shaped by a dual-inflection-point generatrix is optimized to generate the inward-turning inlet with improvements of both compression efficiency and flow uniformity. The performance improvement mechanism of this basic flow is the compression velocity variation induced by the variation of the generatrix slope along the flow path. At the design point, numerical simulation results show that the lift-to-drag ratio of the configuration is as high as 5.2 and the inlet works well with a high level of compression efficiency and flow uniformity. The design result also has a good performance on off-design conditions. 4Kinetics model for leaching of ion-adsorption type rare earth ores显示文摘This paper aims to establish a mathematical model that can analyze the whole leaching kinetics process of ion-adsorption type rare earth ores.This leaching process is composed of three steps:(1)ammonium ions arrive at the ore particle surface through the diffusion layer;(2)ammonium ions exchange with rare earth ions;and(3)rare earth ions enter into the external solution through the diffusion layer.In the leaching process,it is hypothesized that the ore particle size remains constant The process of ammonium ions and rare earth ions passing through the diffusion layer was described by the Fick law,and the reversible ion exchange process between ammonium ions and rare earth ions was described by the Kerr model,A leaching kinetics model of rare earth ions by ammonium ions was constructed.Accuracy of this kinetics model was verified with laboratory tests.It is found that the correlation coefficients of all data are greater than 0.9000.The proposed kinetics model is therefore feasible for kinetics analysis throughout the leaching process.Ping Long Guanshi Wang Chao Zhang Yaojie Yang Xiaojing Cao Zibo Shi 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,12:5
5Understanding Sulfur Redox Mechanisms in Different Electrolytes for Room-Temperature Na-S Batteries显示文摘This work reports influence of two different electrolytes,carbonate ester and ether electrolytes,on the sulfur redox reactions in room-temperature Na-S batteries.Two sulfur cathodes with different S loading ratio and status are investigated.A sulfur-rich composite with most sulfur dispersed on the surface of a carbon host can realize a high loading ratio(72%S).In contrast,a confined sulfur sample can encapsulate S into the pores of the carbon host with a low loading ratio(44%S).In carbonate ester electrolyte,only the sulfur trapped in porous structures is active via‘solid-solid’behavior during cycling.The S cathode with high surface sulfur shows poor reversible capacity because of the severe side reactions between the surface polysulfides and the carbonate ester solvents.To improve the capacity of the sulfur-rich cathode,ether electrolyte with NaNO_(3) additive is explored to realize a‘solid-liquid’sulfur redox process and confine the shuttle effect of the dissolved polysulfides.As a result,the sulfur-rich cathode achieved high reversible capacity(483 mAh g^(−1)),corresponding to a specific energy of 362 Wh kg^(−1) after 200 cycles,shedding light on the use of ether electrolyte for high-loading sulfur cathode.Hanwen Liu Wei-Hong Lai Qiuran Yang Yaojie Lei Can Wu Nana Wang Yun-Xiao Wang Shu-Lei Chou Hua Kun Liu Shi Xue Dou 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,8:3
6A MXene-functionalized paper-based electrochemical immunosensor for label-free detection of cardiac troponin I显示文摘Convenient,rapid,and accurate detection of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)is crucial in early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).A paper-based electrochemical immunosensor is a promising choice in this field,because of the flexibility,porosity,and cost-efficacy of the paper.However,paper is poor in electronic conductivity and surface functionality.Herein,we report a paper-based electrochemical immunosensor for the label-free detection of cTnI with the working electrode modified by MXene(Ti_(3)C_(2))nanosheets.In order to immobilize the bio-receptor(anti-cTnI)on the MXene-modified working electrode,the MXene nanosheets were functionalized by aminosilane,and the functionalized MXene was immobilized onto the surface of the working electrode through Nafion.The large surface area of the MXene nanosheets facilitates the immobilization of antibodies,and the excellent conductivity facilitates the electron transfer between the electrochemical species and the underlying electrode surface.As a result,the paper-based immunosensor could detect cTnI within a wide range of 5-100 ng/mL with a detection limit of 0.58 ng/mL.The immunosensor also shows outstanding selectivity and good repeatability.Our MXene-modified paper-based electrochemical immunosensor enables fast and sensitive detection of cTnI,which may be used in real-time and cost-efficient monitoring of AMI diseases in clinics.Li Wang Yufeng Han Hongchen Wang Yaojie Han Jinhua Liu Gang Lu Haidong Yu 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,9:3
7Convolutional Multi-Head Self-Attention on Memory for Aspect Sentiment Classification显示文摘This paper presents a method for aspect based sentiment classification tasks, named convolutional multi-head self-attention memory network(CMA-Mem Net). This is an improved model based on memory networks, and makes it possible to extract more rich and complex semantic information from sequences and aspects. In order to fix the memory network’s inability to capture context-related information on a word-level,we propose utilizing convolution to capture n-gram grammatical information. We use multi-head self-attention to make up for the problem where the memory network ignores the semantic information of the sequence itself. Meanwhile, unlike most recurrent neural network(RNN) long short term memory(LSTM), gated recurrent unit(GRU) models, we retain the parallelism of the network. We experiment on the open datasets Sem Eval-2014 Task 4 and Sem Eval-2016 Task 6. 9Kupffer cell restoration after partial hepatectomy is mainly driven by local cell proliferation in IL-6-dependent autocrine and paracrine manners显示文摘Kupffer cells(KCs),which are liver-resident macrophages,originate from the fetal yolk sac and represent one of the largest macrophage populations in the body.However,the current data on the origin of the cells that restore macrophages during liver injury and regeneration remain controversial.Here,we address the question of whether liver macrophage restoration results from circulating monocyte infiltration or local KC proliferation in regenerating livers after partial hepatectomy(PHx)and uncover the underlying mechanisms.By using several strains of genetically modified mice and performing immunohistochemical analyses,we demonstrated that local KC proliferation mainly contributed to the restoration of liver macrophages after PHx.Peak KC proliferation was impaired in Il6-knockout(KO)mice and restored after the administration of IL-6 protein,whereas KC proliferation was not affected in Il4-KO or Csf2-KO mice.The source of IL-6 was identified using hepatocyte-and myeloid-specific Il6-KO mice and the results revealed that both hepatocytes and myeloid cells contribute to IL-6 production after PHx.Moreover,peak KC proliferation was also impaired in myeloid-specific Il6 receptor-KO mice after PHx,suggesting that IL-6 signaling directly promotes KC proliferation.Studies using several inhibitors to block the IL-6 signaling pathway revealed that sirtuin 1(SIRT1)contributed to IL-6-mediated KC proliferation in vitro.Genetic deletion of the Sirt1 gene in myeloid cells,including KCs,impaired KC proliferation after PHx.In conclusion,our data suggest that KC repopulation after PHx is mainly driven by local KC proliferation,which is dependent on IL-6 and SIRT1 activation in KCs.Yeni Ait Ahmed Yaojie Fu Robim M.Rodrigues Yong He Yukun Guan Adrien Guillot Ruixue Ren Dechun Feng Juan Hidalgo Cynthia Ju Fouad Lafdil Bin Gao 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,9:2

11AaWRKY17, a positive regulator of artemisinin biosynthesis, is involved in resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in Artemisia annua显示文摘Artemisia annua,a traditional Chinese medicinal plant,remains the only plant source for artemisinin production,yet few genes have been identified to be involved in both the response to biotic stresses,such as pathogens,and artemisinin biosynthesis.Here,we isolated and identified the WRKY transcription factor(TF)AaWRKY17,which could significantly increase the artemisinin content and resistance to Pseudomonas syringae in A.annua.Yeast one-hybrid(Y1H),dual-luciferase(dual-LUC),and electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA)results showed that AaWRKY17 directly bound to the W-box motifs in the promoter region of the artemisinin biosynthetic pathway gene amorpha-4,11-diene synthase(ADS)and promoted its expression.Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)analysis revealed that the transcript levels of two defense marker genes,Pathogenesis-Related 5(PR5)and NDR1/HIN1-LIKE 10(NHL10),were greatly increased in AaWRKY17-overexpressing transgenic A.annua plants.Additionally,overexpression of AaWRKY17 in A.annua resulted in decreased susceptibility to P.syringae.These results indicated that AaWRKY17 acted as a positive regulator in response to P.syringae infection.Together,our findings demonstrated that the novel WRKY transcription factor AaWRKY17 could potentially be used in transgenic breeding to improve the content of artemisinin and pathogen tolerance in A.annua.Tiantian Chen Yongpeng Li Lihui Xie Xiaolong Hao Hang Liu Wei Qin Chen Wang Xin Yan Kuanyu Wu-Zhang Xinghao Yao Bowen Peng Yaojie Zhang Xueqing Fu Ling Li Kexuan Tang 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2

14Sustainable wildlife protection on the Qingzang Plateau显示文摘Besides its ecological services to China and even Asia,the Qingzang Plateau(QP)hosts a rich variety of wildlife species.During the last century,wildlife population decreased quickly on the QP,driven by human interventions.Recently,wildlife has witnessed rapid recovery mainly propelled by a series of wildlife conservation policies.However,some cautions merit attentions to sustain wildlife restoration and conservation on the QP.This paper casted an overview of environmental and social-economic changes on the QP affecting wildlife subsistence.Re-sults show that QP has been warming,which can benefit wildlife recovery by easing extreme low temperature stresses.The fast growing social economy across the QP lays a solid economic foundation for investing on wildlife protection.Measures such as establishing conservation areas,constructing wildlife pathway corridors,and en-couraging herdsman moving out from wildlife rich regions,have boosted wildlife recovery.However,wildlife recovery is constrained by the limited carrying capacity of the ecosystem,left by domestic livestock.Additionally,fences intended to delineate conservation areas or to separate each type of grassland use,have brought about profound side effects on wildlife through fragmentation of their habitats.It is recommended to set up the fence in a more ecological way,which can be achieved by bypassing the wildlife frequent pathway and using mate-rials devoid of steel barb.Only considering both opportunities and problems simultaneously,can the wildlife protection on the QP be sustained.Yangjian Zhang Ran Zhao Yaojie Liu Ke Huang Juntao Zhu 2021Geography and Sustainability2021,2,1:1

19Assessment of drought risk for winter wheat on the Huanghuaihai Plain under climate change using an EPIC model-based approach显示文摘Climate change-induced drought poses a serious negative impact on global crop production and food security.The Huang Huai Hai(HHH)Plain,one of the most important grain production areas in China,is heavenly stricken by drought.Motivated by formulating drought risk prevention strategies that adapt to climate change on the HHH Plain,therefore,the present study aims to quantitatively evaluate the winter wheat drought risk under multiple climate scenarios using the Environmental Policy Impact Climate(EPIC)model.Based on the well-validated EPIC model,the drought hazard intensity(dHI),physical vulnerability(pV),and drought risk(dR)of the HHH Plain from 2010 to 2099 are assessed.Temporally,the dR showed an increasing trend in the long term,the high dR areas increased by 0.63%and 1.18%under the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios,respectively.Spatially,dR showed a pattern of high in the south and low in the north whether under RCP4.5 or RCP8.5 scenario.Comparatively,the dR was 0.211 under the RCP4.5 scenario which was slightly higher than that under the RCP8.5 scenario,i.e.0.207.The Huanghuai Plain agricultural subregion will be a high dHI-pV-dR region.The temperature increase might be the main factor affecting the wheat drought risk.Yaojie Yue Wuqiong Yang Lin Wang 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:1
