| 3 | Terrestrial heat flow in Junggar Basin, Northwest China显示文摘Based on temperature logs of 117 boreholes and thermal conductivity of 119 rock samples, the first group of 35 heat flow data in the Junggar Basin are presented. The thermal gradients vary between 11.6 and 26.5℃/km , and the thermal conductivity changes from 0.17 to 3.6 W/mK. Heat flow ranges from 23.4 to 53.7 mW/m2 with a mean of (42.3±7.7) mW/m2. The heat flow pattern shows that heat flow is higher in the uplifts and lower in the depressions. | 6 | Approaching the minimum lattice thermal conductivity of p-type SnTe thermoelectric materials by Sb and Mg alloying显示文摘SnTe, as the nontoxic analogue to high-performance PbTe thermoelectric material, has captured the worldwide interest recently. Many triumphant instances focus on the strategies of band convergence, resonant doping, and nano-precipitates phonon scattering. Herein, the p-type SnTe-based materials Sn0.85-xSb0.15MgxTe (x=0-0.10) are fabricated and a combined effect of Sb and Mg is investigated. Sb alloying tunes the hole carrier concentration of SnTe and decreases the lattice thermal conductivity. Mg alloying leads to a nearly hundredfold rise of disorder parameter due to the large mass and strain fluctuations, and as a consequence the lattice thermal conductivity decreases further down to ~0.64Wm^-1K^-1 at 773K, close to the theoretical minimum of the lattice thermal conductivity (~0.50Wm^-1K^-1) of SnTe. | 7 | Anisotropic thermoelectric properties of layered compound SnSe2显示文摘Similar to high performance SnSe thermoelectrics, SnSe2 is also a layered structured semiconductor.However, its anisotropic thermoelectric properties are less experimentally investigated. In this work,Cl-doped SnSe2 bulk materials are successfully prepared, and their thermal stability and anisotropic transport properties are systematically studied. Unexpectedly, different from the theoretical prediction and other typical layered thermoelectric compounds like Bi_2Te_3, the out-of-plane zT_c value is higher than in-plane zT_a for the same composition. The zT value is significantly enhanced by Cl doping. | 9 | Two-stage approach to full Chinese parsing显示文摘Natural language parsing is a task of great importance and extreme difficulty. In this paper, we present a full Chinese parsing system based on a two-stage approach. Rather than identifying all phrases by a uniform model, we utilize a divide and conquer strategy. We propose an effective and fast method based on Markov model to identify the base phrases. Then we make the first attempt to extend one of the best English parsing models i.e. the head-driven model to recognize Chinese complex phrases. Our two-stage approach is superior to the uniform approach in two aspects. First, it creates synergy between the Markov model and the head-driven model. Second, it reduces the complexity of full Chinese parsing and makes the parsing system space and time efficient. | 12 | Convolutional Multi-Head Self-Attention on Memory for Aspect Sentiment Classification显示文摘This paper presents a method for aspect based sentiment classification tasks, named convolutional multi-head self-attention memory network(CMA-Mem Net). This is an improved model based on memory networks, and makes it possible to extract more rich and complex semantic information from sequences and aspects. In order to fix the memory network’s inability to capture context-related information on a word-level,we propose utilizing convolution to capture n-gram grammatical information. We use multi-head self-attention to make up for the problem where the memory network ignores the semantic information of the sequence itself. Meanwhile, unlike most recurrent neural network(RNN) long short term memory(LSTM), gated recurrent unit(GRU) models, we retain the parallelism of the network. | 14 | Effect of Ermiao Fang with Xixin(Herba Asari Mandshurici) on bone marrow stem cell directional homing to a focal zone in an osteoarthritis rat model显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Ermiao Fang(EM) with medical guide Xixin(Herba Asari Mandshurici)(HAM) on bone marrow stem cell migration to a focal zone in osteoarthritis(OA) rats.METHODS: OA rats were induced by arthrectomy and assigned to sham-operated, model, EM, or EM plus HAM groups.All rats were injected with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor 30μg·kg-1·d-1for7 days and treated with EMor EM plus HAM at 1.6 or 1.9 g·kg-1·d-1 for 3 or 6 weeks, respectively. Chondrocyte apoptosis and cartilage matrix components were tested by transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate-biotin nick end labeling assay and special staining. Levels of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) nitric oxide(NO), and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay or radioimmunoassay. Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)-13,tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases(TIMPs)-1,Bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU), cluster of differentiation 34(CD34), and stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1) were measured by immunohistochemical assay.RESULTS:The EM and EM plus HAM groups had significantly less cartilage damage and synovium inflammation the model group. Moreover, the EM and EM plus HAM groups had less chondrocyte apoptosis and more proteoglycan and collagen content than the model group.The EM and EMplus HAM groups had obviously higher MMPs-13 and TIMPs-1 expression in the cartilage than the model group. Moreover, the two formula groups had less release of IL-1β, TNF-α, NO, and iNOS than model group. Importantly, the expressions of BrdU, CD34,and SDF-1 in cartilage were significantly higher in the EM and EM plus HAM-Medtreated rats than model group. | 18 | Long-term Behavior of Fiber Reinforced Concrete Exposed to Sulfate Solution Cycling in Drying-immersion显示文摘The damage process and corrosion ion distribution in concrete, which was exposed to 60 and 170 drying-immersion cycles of sulfate solution, were systematically investigated. The effects of plain concrete, plain concrete mixed with 4 and 8 kg/m^3 modified PP fiber and high-performance concrete(HPC) mixed with 0.8 kg/m^3 fine PP fiber on the damage process were also studied. The experimental results showed that thenarditeinduced surface scaling, as well as gypsum-and ettringite-induced cracks, were the main degradation forms of concrete under attack of sulfate solution and drying–immersion cycles. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity of concrete initially increased, then reached stability and finally decreased to failure. The sulfate diffusion coefficients of plain and HPC were 10^(-12) and 10^(-13) m^2/s, respectively. The concentration of sodium ion increased with depth, then maintained stability and finally decreased rapidly with concrete depth. The content of calcium ion on the concrete surface was 110%-150% of that in the interior of specimens. | 19 | Impacts of Land-Use Data on the Simulation of Surface Air Temperature in Northwest China显示文摘This study examines the impacts of land-use data on the simulation of surface air temperature in Northwest China by the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model. International Geosphere–Biosphere Program(IGBP) landuse data with 500-m spatial resolution are generated from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)satellite products. These data are used to replace the default U.S. Geological Survey(USGS) land-use data in the WRF model. Based on the data recorded by national basic meteorological observing stations in Northwest China, results are compared and evaluated. It is found that replacing the default USGS land-use data in the WRF model with the IGBP data improves the ability of the model to simulate surface air temperature in Northwest China in July and December 2015. Errors in the simulated daytime surface air temperature are reduced, while the results vary between seasons. There is some variation in the degree and range of impacts of land-use data on surface air temperature among seasons. Using the IGBP data, the simulated daytime surface air temperature in July 2015 improves at a relatively small number of stations, but to a relatively large degree; whereas the simulation of daytime surface air temperature in December 2015 improves at almost all stations, but only to a relatively small degree(within 1°C). Mitigation of daytime surface air temperature overestimation in July 2015 is influenced mainly by the change in ground heat flux. | 20 | A new approach to query expansion in information retrieval显示文摘To eliminate the mismatch between words of relevant documents and user's query and more seriousnegative effects it has on the performance of information retrieval,a method of query expansion on the ba-sis of new terms co-occurrence representation was put forward by analyzing the process of producingquery.The expansion terms were selected according to their correlation to the whole query.At the sametime,the position information between terms were considered.The experimental result on test retrievalconference(TREC)data collection shows that the method proposed in the paper has made an improve-ment of 5%~19% all the time than the language modeling method without expansion.Compared to thepopular approach of query expansion,pseudo feedback,the precision of the proposed method is competi-tive. | 李卫疆 Zhao Tiejun Wang Xian'gang | 2008 | High Technology Letters2008,14,1: | 2 |
