| 1 | Studies on aeroservoelasticity semi-physical simulation test for missiles显示文摘Missiles may be damaged when aeroservoelastic problem occurs,which is caused by the interaction of structure flexibility and flight control system.Because of the limit of wind tunnel test condition,numerical methods are mostly used in previous aeroservoelastic studies.However,series of assumptions and simplification on structures,aerodynamics and flight control systems are unavoidably introduced,and various nonlinear factors are also ignored,therefore,they result in considerable errors.A novel method called aeroservoelasticity semi-physical simulation test is proposed in this paper,which takes the flexible missile with control system as the test object.Vibration signals at several locations of the missile are measured by accelerometers,then corresponding unsteady aerodynamics is computed based on the fact that airflow at high Mach is nearly quasi-steady,and finally unsteady aerodynamics is exerted simultaneously by shakers at certain locations of the missile.The aeroservoelasticity semi-physical simulation test system can be constructed after the control system is closed.Open loop transfer function test and closed loop stability test are carried out in sequence.The test principle and method proposed in this paper are verified by the concordance between the results of numerical simulation and experiment. | WU ZhiGang CHU LongFei YUAN RuiZhi YANG Chao TANG ChangHong | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012，55，9： | 14 |
| 2 | Effect of Rice-Based Cropping System on Organic Matter Status in Soils显示文摘A long-term simulation experiment was carried out to study the effect of rice-based cropping system,green manure and ground-water level on soil organic matter. Soil organic matter content increased when upland soil was puddled and cropped under submerged conditions. Among all treatments, soil organic matter contents in the treatments of rice-rice-flooded fallow in winter (WF) were the highest, those in the treatments of rice-rice-astragalus (WG) came the second, and those in the treatments of rice-rice-rape (WR)were the lowest. At the same rate of green manure application, the degrees of organo-mineral complexing in soils of treatments WG and WR were higher than those of treatment WF. After 9-year rice cultivation, the state of combination of humus in heavy fraction varied with treatments. | 3 | An Efficient Outlier Detection Approach on Weighted Data Stream Based on Minimal Rare Pattern Mining显示文摘The distance-based outlier detection method detects the implied outliers by calculating the distance of the points in the dataset, but the computational complexity is particularly high when processing multidimensional datasets. In addition, the traditional outlier detection method does not consider the frequency of subsets occurrence, thus, the detected outliers do not fit the definition of outliers (i.e., rarely appearing). The pattern mining-based outlier detection approaches have solved this problem, but the importance of each pattern is not taken into account in outlier detection process, so the detected outliers cannot truly reflect some actual situation. Aimed at these problems, a two-phase minimal weighted rare pattern mining-based outlier detection approach, called MWRPM-Outlier, is proposed to effectively detect outliers on the weight data stream. In particular, a method called MWRPM is proposed in the pattern mining phase to fast mine the minimal weighted rare patterns, and then two deviation factors are defined in outlier detection phase to measure the abnormal degree of each transaction on the weight data stream. | 4 | Obesity-induced inflammatory miR-133a mediates apoptosis of granulosa cells and causes abnormal folliculogenesis显示文摘Obesity has been reported to promote disordered folliculogenesis,but the exact molecular mechanisms are still not fully understood.In this study,we find that miR-133a is involved in obesity-induced follicular development disorder.After feeding with a high-fat diet(HFD)and fructose water for nine weeks,the mouse body weight is significantly increased,accompanied by an inflammatory state and increased expression of miR-133a in the adipose tissues and ovaries as well as accelerated follicle depletion.Although miR-133a is increased in the fat and ovaries of HFD mice,the increased miR-133a in the HFD ovaries is not derived from exosome transferred from obese adipose tissues but is synthesized by ovarian follicular cells in response to HFD-induced inflammation.In vivo experiments show that intrabursal injection of miR-133a agomir induces a decrease in primordial follicles and an increase in antral follicles and atretic follicles,which is similar to HFD-induced abnormal folliculogenesis.Overexpression of miR-133a modestly promotes granulosa cell apoptosis by balancing the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins such as C1QL1 and XIAP and pro-apoptotic proteins such as PTEN.Overall,this study reveals the function of miR-133a in obesityinduced ovarian folliculogenesis dysfunction and sheds light on the etiology of female reproductive disorders. | Ruizhi Chen Xueqing Wu Han Qiu Baiming Yang Yao Chen Xiang Chen Yingshan Li Shaochun Yuan Dan Liu Luanjuan Xiao Yanhong Yu | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023，55，8： | 0 |

| 6 | Signal acquisition of Luojia-1A low earth orbit navigation augmentation system with software defined receiver显示文摘Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellite navigation signal can be used as an opportunity signal in the case of a Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)outage,or as an enhancement by means of traditional GNSS positioning algorithms.No matter which service mode is used,signal acquisition is a prerequisite for providing enhanced LEO navigation services.Compared with the medium orbit satellite,the transit time of the LEO satellite is shorter.Thus,it is of great significance to expand the successful acquisition time range of the LEO signal.Previous studies on LEO signal acquisition are based on simulation data.However,signal acquisition research based on real data is crucial.In this work,the signal characteristics of LEO satellites:power space density in free space and the Doppler shift of LEO satellites are individually studied.The unified symbolic definitions of several integration algorithms based on the parallel search signal acquisition algorithm are given.To verify these algorithms for LEO signal acquisition,a Software Defined Receiver(SDR)is developed.The performance of these integration algorithms on expanding the successful acquisition time range is verified by the real data collected from the Luojia-1A satellite.The experimental results show that the integration strategy can expand the successful acquisition time range,and it will not expand indefinitely with the integration duration.The performance of the coherent integration and differential integration algorithms is better than the other two integration algorithms,so the two algorithms are recommended for LEO signal acquisition and a 20 ms integration duration is preferred.The detection threshold of 2.5 is not suitable for all integration algorithms and various integration durations,especially for the Maximum-to-Mean Ratio indicator. | Liang Chen Xiangchen Lu Nan Shen Lei Wang Yuan Zhuang Ye Su Deren Li Ruizhi Chen | 2022 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2022，25，1： | 0 |
| 7 | Effects of main active components of rosemary on growth performance,meat quality and lipid metabolism in finishing pigs显示文摘Rosemary extracts have been widely used as feed additives in recent years.This study aimed to investigate the effects of rosmarinic acid(RA)and ursolic acid(UA),the main active components of rosemary,on growth performance,meat quality and lipid metabolism in finishing pigs.A total of 72 finishing pigs(Landrace;initial age of 150 d)were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 8 replicates of 3 pigs each,and fed a basal diet or diet containing 500 mg/kg of RA or UA.The results showed that dietary supplementation of RA or UA had no significant effect on the growth performance and carcass traits of finishing pigs(P>0.05).However,both RA and UA significantly increased the triglyceride(TG)level in soleus muscle(P<0.001).Supplementation of RA increased the expression of genes related to lipogenesis and transport including fatty acid synthase(FAS)(P<0.001),sterol regulatory element binding protein-1c(SREBP1c)(P<0.001)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγ(PPARγ)(P<0.05),while UA increased the expression of fatty acid transport protein 1(FATP1),a gene related to lipid uptake(P<0.05).However,RA reduced the expression of adipogenesis-related gene acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase a(ACCa)(P<0.01).Characterization of cecal microbiota indicated that RA increased the microbial richness(chao 1,P<0.001)and diversity(observed species,P<0.01).Further analysis of the genera revealed that RA increased the relative abundance of Bacteroides and g-UCG-005(P<0.05),and UA enriched Prevotella(P<0.001).Correlation analysis showed that g-UCG-005 was positively correlated with the expression of FAS,carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1B(CPT1B),SREBP1c and PPARγ(P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of RA or UA may increase fat deposition in muscle of finishing pigs by regulating lipid metabolism and gut microbiota. | Qianjin Zhang Jiatai Gong Hongkun Xiang Ruizhi Hu Xizi Yang Jing Lv Wentao Zhang Ming Liu Xiong Deng Xupeng Yuan Ziyu He Yixuan Jiang Bie Tan Jianhua He Shusong Wu | 2023 | Animal Nutrition2023，，4： | 0 |
