1Design and Analysis of the Gemini Chain System in Dual Clutch Transmission of Automobile显示文摘Chain drive system is widely used in the conditions of high-speed, overload, variable speed and load. Many studies are focused on the meshing theory and wear characteristics of chain drive system, but system design, analysis, and noise characteristics of the chain drive system are weak. System design and noise characteristic are studied for a new type Gemini chain of dual-clutch automatic transmission. Based on the meshing theory of silent chain, the design parameters of the Gemini chain system are calculated and the mathematical models and dynamic analysis models of the Gemini chain system are established. Dynamic characteristics of the Gemini chain system is simulated and the contact force of plate and pin, plate and sprockets, the chain tension forces, the transmission error and the stress of plates and pins are analyzed. According to the simulation results of the Gemini chain system, the noise experiment about system is carried out. The noise values are tested at different speed and load and spectral characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experimental show that the contact forces of plate and pin, plate and sprockets are smaller than the allowable stress values, the chain tension force is less than ultimate tension and transmission error is limited in 1.2%. The noise values can meet the requirements of industrial design, and it is proved that the design and analysis method of the Gemini chain system is scientific and feasible. The design and test system is built from analysis to test of Gemini chain system. 2Transarterial infusion chemotherapy with FOLFOX for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma:a multi-center propensity score matched analysis of real-world practice显示文摘Background:To compare the treatment effectiveness and safety among transarterial infusion chemotherapy(TAI)with FOLFOX regimen,transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),and sorafenib in patients with BCLC stage C hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:The data of consecutive patients with BCLC stage C HCC treated with TAI,TACE,or sorafenib from January 2015 to December 2018 at three centers were retrospectively analyzed.Propensity-score matched(PSM)analysis was pairwise performed to reduce selection bias.Treatment effectiveness and safety were evaluated and compared using the Kaplan-Meier method,log-rank test,Cox regression models,andχ2 test.Results:The median overall survival(OS)in the matched TAI cohort was significantly longer than the sorafenib cohort(19.6 vs.7.5 months,P=0.009),and the TACE cohort(estimated 27.8 vs.6.6 months,P<0.001).The difference in median progression-free survival(PFS)between the matched TAI and sorafenib cohorts was not significant(5.8 vs.2.3 months,P=0.219).The median PFS in the matched TAI cohort was significantly longer than the TACE cohort(6.5 vs.2.8 months,P<0.001).The objective response rate(ORR)in the matched TAI cohort was significantly higher than the sorafenib cohort(36.4%vs.0.0%,P<0.001)and the TACE cohort(48.7%vs.4.7%,P<0.001).The incidences of adverse events(AEs)were similar among these three cohorts.Conclusions:TAI with FOLFOX regimen was an effective and safe therapy that improved survival of patients with BCLC stage C HCC.Shaohua Li Jie Mei Qiaoxuan Wang Feng Shi Hongyan Liu Ming Zhao Lianghe Lu Yihong Ling Zhixing Guo Yabing Guo Xiaoming Chen Ming Shi Wan Yee Lau Wei Wei Rongping Guo 2021Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,5:2

5Identification of floral fragrance components in an F_(1) population derived from Paeonia ostii 'Fengdan' × P. suffruticosa 'Chunguihuawu' Cross显示文摘Tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.)is a unique aromatic plant famous for its huge flowers,bright colors and strong fragrance,having high ornamental,medicinal,and edible value.Research on tree peony's flower fragrance has mainly focused on the comparative analysis among its varieties,leaving the inheritance of aroma compounds in this plant an overlooked area of study.Here,the volatile components of flowers at three different flowering stages of the light fragrance-type cultivar P.ostii'Fengdan'and the strong fragrance-type cultivar P.suffruticosa'Chunguihuawu',as well as the half-opening stage flowers of 109 F_(1) progeny,were collected and characterized in-depth by dynamic headspace sampling technique combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Diverse profiles of volatiles that included alcohols,esters,aldehydes,terpenes,benzenes,and hydrocarbons were identified from the evaluated accessions.These results revealed that the volatile components and content of parents were significantly different,and that hybridization generated more complex volatile components.Most volatile compounds in the hybrids,especially the main aromatic components,existed in at least one of the parents,being characterized by intermediate or transgressive inheritance for the floral trait;this demonstrated that volatile compounds can be inherited from parents to progeny.Further,seven de novo aroma compounds—those present in progeny yet absent in their parents—were found in progeny.This study preliminarily clarified the segregation performance of aroma traits in tree peony hybrids,which might provide a theoretical basis for selecting breeding parents and the breeding of new varieties for aroma traits.Tongfei Niu Chenjie Zhang Can Wang Xian Xue Yabing Zhang Lili Guo Xiaogai Hou 2022Ornamental Plant Research2022,2,1:0
6A driven three-dimensional electric lattice for polar molecules显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D)driven optical lattices have attained great attention for their wide applications in the quest to engineer new and exotic quantum phases.Here we propose a 3D driven electric lattice(3D-DEL)for cold polar molecules as a natural extension.Our 3D electric lattice is composed of a series of thin metal plates in which two-dimensional square hole arrays are distributed.When suitable modulated voltages are applied to these metal plates,a 3D potential well array for polar molecules can be generated and can move smoothly back and forth in the lattice.Thus,it can drive cold polar molecules confined in the 3D electric lattice.Theoretical analyses and trajectory calculations using two types of molecules,ND3 and PbF,are performed to justify the possibility of our scheme.The 3D-DEL offers a platform for investigating cold molecules in periodic driven potentials,such as quantum computing science,quantum information processing,and some other possible applications amenable to the driven optical lattices.Hengjiao Guo Yabing Ji Qing Liu Tao Yang Shunyong Hou Jianping Yin 2022Frontiers of physics2022,17,5:0
