| 1 | 近液相线挤压铸造工艺对ADC12铝合金支架显微组织和力学性能的影响显示文摘以ADC12铝合金为原料,采用近液相线挤压铸造生产汽车铝合金支架,研究近液相线挤压铸造技术工艺参数对汽车承力件铝合金支架组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:近液相线挤压铸造可获得均匀细小的球状组织。在595到625℃的浇注温度范围内,球状组织逐渐长大为蔷薇状晶及树枝晶,球状系数降低,晶粒尺寸升高,抗拉强度及伸长率均有所降低。在断口分析中,韧窝的数量减少,解理面的数量增多;随着压强由90 MPa上升到180 MPa,球状晶生长时间逐渐减少,最后以球状晶形式存在,球状系数升高,晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度及伸长率逐渐升高;随着保压时间从10 s延长到25 s,抗拉强度及伸长率有所增加。近液相线挤压铸造的最佳工艺为:浇注温度为605℃、压力为150 MPa、保压时间为20 s。由于铝液的流动,球状晶长大成孪生的蔷薇状晶。 | 王绍著 赵密 胡茂良 吉泽升 李欣 王云龙 Sumio SUGIYAMA Jun YANAGIMOTO | 2015 | 中国有色金属学报2015,25,6: | 14 |
| 2 | Effects of heat treatment on the microstructures and mechanical properties of a new type of nitrogen-containing die steel显示文摘Nitrogen can increase the strength of steels without weakening the toughness and improve the corrosion resistance at the same time. Compared with conventional nitrogen-free die steels, a new type of nitrogen-containing die steel was developed with many superior properties, such as high strength, high hardness, and good toughness. This paper focused on the effects of heat treatment on the microstruc-tures and mechanical properties of the new type of nitrogen-containing die steel, which were investigated by the optimized deformation process and heat treatment. Isothermal spheroidal annealing and high-temperature quenching as well as high-temperature tempering were ap-plied in the experiment by means of an orthogonal method after the steel was multiply forged. | 3 | Partial melting behavior and thixoforming properties of extruded magnesium alloy AZ91 with and without addition of SiC particles with a volume fraction of 15%显示文摘A series of reheating-isothermal holding experiments and compression tests were conducted on pristine magnesium alloy AZ91 extruded by equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) and Si C particles(a volume fraction of 15%) reinforced AZ91 composite(AZ91-SiC_p) by regular extrusion. Dissolution of eutectic compounds and partial melting of the α-Mg matrix occurred during the reheating of these materials. Spherical semisolid slurries of these materials were obtained when the reheating temperature and isothermal holding time were 550?C and 20 s, respectively. The presence of SiC_p in AZ91-Si Cpnot only caused lower liquid fractions of semisolid slurries but also resulted in higher values of flow stress during semisolid compression tests. Both AZ91 alloy and AZ91-Si Cpcomposite exhibited better thixoforming properties at high temperatures. | 4 | A new record of Sebastes koreanus from China based on morphological characters and DNA barcoding显示文摘A new record of Sebastes koreanus(Kim and Lee,1994) was documented based on morphological characters and DNA barcoding. Fifty-six S ebastes specimens were collected from the coastal waters of northern China. Samples were identified as S. koreanus based on morphological characters. The coloration and morphometric measurements were consistent with those described from specimens collected in South Korea. In this study,specimens had the following morphological characteristics:light brown body with dark stripes and tiny dark spots,4–5 wide indistinct vertical patterns on the side,2 radial stripes behind and below the eyes,1 large dark blotch on the opercle. Additionally,the following meristic characters were recorded:dorsal fin XIV-13,pectoral fin 16,anal fin III-6–7,pelvic fin I-5,lateral line scales 29–30,and vertebrae 26. The fragment of cytochrome oxidase subunit I(C OI) gene of mitochondrial DNA was sequenced for phylogenetic analysis. The mean genetic distance within the species was 0.3%. Net genetic distances between S. koreanus and other S ebastes species ranged from 3.1% to 7.6%,which was greater than the threshold for species delimitation. The phylogenetic analysis strongly supports the validity of S. koreanus in China at the genetic level. | 5 | Molecular phylogeny and evolution of Scomber(Teleostei:Scombridae)based on mitochondrial and nuclear DNA sequences显示文摘A molecular phylogenetic analysis of the genus Scomber was conducted based on mitochondrial(COI,Cyt b and control region) and nuclear(5S rDNA) DNA sequence data in multigene perspective.A variety of phylogenetic analytic methods were used to clarify the current taxonomic classification and to assess phylogenetic relationships and the evolutionary history of this genus.The present study produced a well-resolved phylogeny that strongly supported the monophyly of Scomber.We confirmed that S.japonicus and S.colias were genetically distinct.Although morphologically and ecologically similar to S.colias,the molecular data showed that S.japonicus has a greater molecular affinity with S.australasicus,which conflicts with the traditional taxonomy.This phylogenetic pattern was corroborated by the mtDNA data,but incompletely by the nuclear DNA data.Phylogenetic concordance between the mitochondrial and nuclear DNA regions for the basal nodes supports an Atlantic origin for Scomber.The present-day geographic ranges of the species were compared with the resultant molecular phylogeny derived from partition Bayesian analyses of the combined data sets to evaluate possible dispersal routes of the genus.The present-day geographic distribution of Scomber species might be best ascribed to multiple dispersal events.In addition,our results suggest that phylogenies derived from multiple genes and long sequences exhibited improved phylogenetic resolution,from which we conclude that the phylogenetic reconstruction is a reliable representation of the evolutionary history of Scomber. | 程娇 高天翔 苗振清 YANAGIMOTO Takashi | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2011,29,2: | 2 |
| 6 | Profile of candidate microsatellite markers in Sebastiscus marmoratus using 454 pyrosequencing显示文摘Sebastiscus marmoratus is an important sedentary ovoviparous fish distributed in near-shore coastal waters from the coast of China to Japan. Candidate S. marmoratus microsatellite markers were developed in the present study using 454 pyrosequencing, and the marker profile was analyzed. A total of 2 000 000 raw sequence reads were assembled to reduce redundancy. Among them, 1 043 dinucleotide, 925 trinucleotide, 692 tetranucleotide, and 315 pentanucleotide repeats were detected. AC repeats were the most frequent motifs among the dinucleotide repeats, and AAT was the most abundant among the trinucleotide repeats. AAAT, ATAG, and ATCC were the three most common tetranucleotide motifs, and AAGAT and AATAT were the most dominant pentanucleotide motifs. The greatest numbers of loci and potentially amplifiable loci were found in dinucleotide repeats, whereas trinucleotide repeats had the fewest.
