1Effects of drip irrigation modes on growth and physiological characteristics of Arabica coffee under different N levels显示文摘The objective of this study was to obtain the water-saving and efficient production mode of Arabica coffee. The effects of three drip irrigation modes,conventional drip irrigation( CDI),alternate drip irrigation( ADI) and fixed drip irrigation( FDI) on growth,photosynthetic characteristics,biomass accumulation and irrigation water use efficiency of Arabica coffee were investigated under three nitrogen levels,high nitrogen( NH),middle nitrogen( NM) and low nitrogen( NL). The results show that there was a significant Logistic curve between the plant height,the stem diameter of Arabica coffee and growth days. Compared with CDI,ADI had no significant effects on leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,instantaneous water use efficiency and biomass accumulation above ground of Arabica coffee,while FDI decreased significantly,ADI and FDI increased irrigation water use efficiency by 50. 59% and 32. 85%,respectively. Compared with NH,with the reduction of N application rate,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,biomass accumulation above ground and irrigation water use efficiency decreased by 6. 81%-12. 30%,13. 70%-22. 69%,9. 61%-16. 67% and 9. 78%-15. 64%,respectively. Compared with CDINH,ADINHdecreased net photosynthesis rate and the stomatal conductance not significantly,other treatments decreased by 9. 16%-19. 22%,14. 49%-32. 91%,and decreased biomass accumulation above ground by 8. 26%-27. 34% except ADINH,and increased irrigation water use efficiency by 16. 46%-60. 95% except CDINMand CDINL. 4Immunomodulatory hybrid bio-nanovesicle for self-promoted photodynamic therapy显示文摘Thylakoid(Tk)membranes are of unique superiority in photodynamic therapy(PDT)because they not only carry abundant chlorophylls containing photosensitizer porphyrin but also can produce O_(2).However,the current therapeutic performance of Tk is dramatically limited because of their poor tumor targeting and inefficient O_(2) production.Here,we report an immunomodulatory bio-nanovesicle of Tk membranes fused with M1 macrophage-derived extracellular vesicles(M1 EV)for efficient PDT of tumors.The hybrid nanovesicle Tk@M1 was prepared by squeezing the Tk membranes of spinach with M1 EV.The systemic study confirmed that Tk@M1 can not only actively accumulate in tumors but also effectively regulate the inactive immune microenvironment of tumors.Such activated'hot'tumors significantly enhance the PDT efficacy of Tk@M1 attributed to the increased O_(2) from catalase catalyzed decomposition of augmented H_(2)O_(2),providing a novel idea about constructing natural systems for effective tumor treatment.Houli Liu Yao Lei Weidong Nie Helin Zhao Yuzhu Wu Liping Zuo Guanghao Wu Ruili Yang Hai-Yan Xie 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:1
5Rational design of a hollow porous structure for enhancing diffusion kinetics of K ions in edge-nitrogen doped carbon nanorods显示文摘The high electrical conductivity makes it possible for one-dimensional(1D)carbon materials to be used as the promising anodes for potassium ion batteries(PIBs),however,the sluggish diffusion kinetics caused by large-sized potassium ions(K^(+))limits their practical applications in energy storage systems.In this work,hollow carbon nanorods were rationally designed as a case to verify the superiority of 1D hollow structure to improve the diffusion kinetics of K^(+).Simultaneously,edge-N(pyridinic-N and pyrrolic-N)atoms were also introduced into 1D hollow carbon structure,which can provide ample active sites and defects in graphitic lattices to adsorb K^(+),providing extra capacitive storage capacity.As expected,the optimized edge-N doped hollow carbon nanorods(ENHCRs)exhibits a high reversible capacity of 544 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.1 A·g^(−1)after 200 cycles.Even at 5 A·g^(−1),it displays a long-term cycling stability with 255 mAh·g^(−1)over 10,000 cycles.The electrochemical measurements confirm that the hollow structure is favorable to improve the transfer kinetics of K^(+)during cycling.And the theoretical calculations demonstrate that edge-N doping can enhance the local electronegativity of graphitic lattices to adsorb much more K^(+),where edge-N doping synergizes with 1D hollow structure to achieve enhanced K^(+)-storage performances.Ping Niu Yang Yang Zhiqiang Li Gaohui Ding Lingzhi Wei Ge Yao Helin Niu Yulin Min Fangcai Zheng Qianwang Chen 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:1

10IABC: An iteratively automatic machine learning boosted hand-eye calibration method for laser displacement sensor显示文摘An on-machine measuring(OMM)system with a laser displacement sensor(LDS)is designed for measuring free-form surfaces of hypersonic aircraft’s radomes.To improve the measurement accuracy of the OMM system,a novel Iteratively Automatic machine learning Boosted hand-eye Calibration(IABC)method is proposed.Both the hand-eye relationship and LDS measurement errors can be calibrated in one calibration process without any hardware changes via IABC.Firstly,a new objective function is derived,containing analytical parameters of the handeye relationship and LDS errors.Then,a hybrid calibration model composed of two kernels is proposed to solve the objective function.One kernel is the analytical kernel designed for solving analytical parameters.Another kernel is the automatic machine learning(AutoML)kernel designed to model LDS errors.The two kernels are connected with stepwise iterations to find the best calibration results.Compared with traditional methods,hand-eye experiments show that IABC reduces the calibration RMSE by about 50%.Verification experiments show that IABC reduces the measurement deviations by about 25%-50%and RMSEs within 40%.Even when the training data are obviously less than the test data,IABC performs well.Experiments demonstrate that IABC is more accurate than traditional hand-eye methods.Helin LI Bin LIN Tianyi SUI Liang XU Chen ZHANG Shuai YAN Yang WANG Xinquan HAO Deyu LOU 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,8:0
11An ultra-wideband coding polarizer for beam control and RCS reduction显示文摘Pancharatnam–Berry(PB)phase metasurface,as a special class of gradient metasurfaces,has been paid much attention owing to the robust performance for phase control of circularly polarized waves.Herein,we present an element-based polarizer for the first step,which enables the incident electromagnetic waves into the cross-polarized waves with the relative bandwidth of 71%,and the polarization conversion ratio exceeds 90%at 6.9–14.5 GHz.Then an eight-elements coding polarizer based on the PB phase is presented for the applications on beam control and radar cross section reduction.The simulated values indicate that the reduction of radar cross section is more than 10 dB at 6–16 GHz.Our work reveals the availability of manipulating the waves,beamforming in communication systems and electromagnetic stealth,and so on.Huanhuan Gao Xiaojun Huang Xiongwei Ma Xiaoyan Li Linyan Guo Helin Yang 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,4:0
