1Fe3O4/Au composite nano-particles and their optical properties显示文摘Fe3O4/Au composite particles with core/shell structure were prepared by reduction of Au3+ with hydroxylamine in the presence of an excess of Fe3O4 as seeds.The resultant col-loids,with an average diameter of less than 100 nm,were obtained;the remaining non-reacted Fe3O4 seeds can be removed by treatment with diluted HCl solution.The Fe3O4/Au colloids ex-hibit a characteristic peak of UV-visible spectra,which largely depend on the size of the particle and the suspension medium.The localized surface plasmon resonance peaks red shift and broaden with increased nanoparticle diameter or increased solvent ionic strength.The optical property is very important in the establishment of means for the detection of biomolecules.CUI Yali HUI Wenli SU Jing WANG Yani CHEN Chao 2005Science China Chemistry2005,48,4:8
2Achievements in cancer research supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China显示文摘For the past two decades,great achievements have been made in cancer research of China and the majority of them were supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC).In this article,we reviewed the funding history of NSFC including the number of proposals,the amount of grants,distribution of supported program categories during the period of 1987 to 2012 and the representative achievements made by continuous support of NSFC.Also,the impacts of NSFC support on discipline development and talent fostering were analyzed.From 1987 to 2012,a total of 8738 proposals related to cancer research were funded by NSFC.The percentages of the Research Program,Talent-Training Program,and the Research Environment Program were 61.19%,36.32%,and 2.49%,respectively.Under the support of NSFC,cancer research in China has achieved a significantly rapid and balanced development in both disciplines and scientist resources.HONG Wei LI Cui ZHANG LiPing XU YanYing ZHANG Jun HU Hai DONG ErDan 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,1:5
3UAV target tracking algorithm based on task allocation consensus显示文摘In order to adapt to the changes in the states of moving targets and meet the requirements of quality of service in communication among unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), the UAVs formation needs to dynamically adjust tracking tasks and tracking paths, when they carry out a mission of tracking multiple moving targets. A multi-targets tracking algorithm based on task allocation consensus is proposed for UAVs to track multiple moving targets under the distributed control architecture in the limited communication range. This algorithm creates a distributed dynamic task allocation model using intermittent asynchronous communication principle to realize the sharing of observation information gathered by each UAV with fewer communications. In addition, this algorithm also makes it possible that multi-UAVs can plan tracking paths for multiple moving targets. We implement the algorithm on the formation with three UAVs to track three moving targets through simulation. 5The Gold Coast criteria increases the diagnostic sensitivity for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in a Chinese population显示文摘Objectives:The aim of this study was to assess and compare the diagnostic utility of a new diagnostic criteria for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS),abbreviated as the‘Gold Coast Criteria’,with the revised El Escorial(rEEC)and Awaji criteria.Methods:Clinical and electrophysiological data of 1185 patients from January 2014 to December 2019 in the Peking Union Medical College Hospital ALS database were reviewed.The sensitivity of the Gold Coast criteria was compared to that of the possible rEEC and Awaji criteria(defined by the proportion of patients categorized as definite,probable,or possible ALS).Results:A final diagnosis of ALS was recorded in 1162 patients.The sensitivity of the Gold Coast criteria(96.6%,95%confidence interval[CI]=95.3%-97.5%)was greater than that of the rEEC(85.1%,95%CI=82.9%-87.1%)and Awaji(85.3%,95%CI=83.2%-87.3%).In addition,the sensitivity of the novel criteria maintained robust across subgroups,and the advantage was more prominent in limb-onset ALS patients and those who completed electromyographic tests.In those who did not achieve any of the rEEC diagnostic categories,the sensitivity of Gold Coast criteria was 84.4%.Conclusions:The current study demonstrated that the Gold Coast criteria exhibited greater diagnostic sensitivity than the rEEC and Awaji criteria in a Chinese ALS population.The application of the Gold Coast criteria should be considered in clinical practice and future therapeutic trials.Dongchao Shen Xunzhe Yang Yanying Wang Di He Xiaohan Sun Zhengyi Cai Jinyue Li Mingsheng Liu Liying Cui 2021Translational Neurodegeneration2021,10,3:1

7Pharmacodynamics Study in vitro and in vivo of Zijin Huadu Suppository Treating Cervicitis显示文摘[Objectives] To observe the pharmaceutical effect of Zijin Huadu suppository on treatment of cervicitis induced by virus,bacteria and phenol in vivo and in vitro,and provide experimental basis for evaluating its therapeutic effects for cervicitis. [Methods]Real-time RT-PCR and CPE methods were used to observe the inhibition of Zijin Huadu suppository on virus,and turbidimetry was used to observe bacteriostatic action; HE pathological section was used to observe cervicitis of rat,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect virus' s expression in cervical tissue.[Results]In cervicitis rat model infected by HPV16,Zijin Huadu suppositories at the doses of 1. 2,0. 6 and0. 3 g/( kg·d) had significant inhibitory effect on HPV16 expression in cervical tissues,and the doses of 1. 2 and 0. 6 g/( kg·d) had significantly inhibitory effect on pathological changes of cervical tissues. In cervicities rat models infected mixedly by Escherichia coli,Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Staphylococcus aureus,Zijin Huadu suppositories at the doses of 1. 2 and 0. 6 g/( kg·d) had significant inhibitory effect on pathological changes of cervical tissues. In cervicitis rat models induced by chemical substances,Zijin Huadu suppositories at the dose of1. 2 g/( kg·d) had significant inhibitory effect on vagina and cervix lesions in rats. 9Design and implementation of near-memory computing array architecture based on shared buffer显示文摘Deep learning algorithms have been widely used in computer vision,natural language processing and other fields.However,due to the ever-increasing scale of the deep learning model,the requirements for storage and computing performance are getting higher and higher,and the processors based on the von Neumann architecture have gradually exposed significant shortcomings such as consumption and long latency.In order to alleviate this problem,large-scale processing systems are shifting from a traditional computing-centric model to a data-centric model.A near-memory computing array architecture based on the shared buffer is proposed in this paper to improve system performance,which supports instructions with the characteristics of store-calculation integration,reducing the data movement between the processor and main memory.Through data reuse,the processing speed of the algorithm is further improved.The proposed architecture is verified and tested through the parallel realization of the convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm.The experimental results show that at the frequency of 110 MHz,the calculation speed of a single convolution operation is increased by 66.64%on average compared with the CNN architecture that performs parallel calculations on field programmable gate array(FPGA).The processing speed of the whole convolution layer is improved by 8.81%compared with the reconfigurable array processor that does not support near-memory computing.山蕊 GAO Xu FENG Yani HUI Chao CUI Xinyue CHAI Miaomiao 2022High Technology Letters2022,28,4:0
