| 1 | Three-dimensional crustal movement and the activities of earthquakes,volcanoes and faults in Hainan Island,China显示文摘Hainan Island is a seismic active region, where Qiongshan M7.5 earthquake occurred in 1605 and several seismic belts appeared in recent years, especially the NS trending seismic belt(NSB) located in the northeast part of the island. Here is also a magmatic active region.The lava from about 100 volcanoes covered more than 4000 km^2. The latest eruptions occurred on Ma'anlinge Lei Huling volcanoes within 10,000 years. The neotectonic movement has been determined by geological method in the island and its adjacent areas. In the paper, the present-day 3D crustal movement is obtained by using Global Positioning System(GPS) data observed from 2009 to 2014 and leveling observations measured in 1970s and 1990s respectively. The results show the horizontal movement is mainly along SEE direction relative to the Eurasian Plate. The velocities are between 4.01 and 6.70 mm/a. The tension rate near the NSB is less than 1 mm/a. The vertical movement shows the island uplifts as a whole with respect to the reference benchmark Xiuyinggang. The average uplifting rate is 2.4 mm/a. The rates are 2-3 mm/a in the northwest and 3-5mm/a in the northwest. It shows the deformation pattern of the southwest island is upward relative to the northeast, which is different from the result inferred from the coastal change and GPS.Haikou and its adjacent region present a subsidence in a long time. The southern part of the middle segment of the Wangwu-Wenjiao fault uplifts relative to the northern. Meanwhile, the western part uplifts relative to the eastern NSB. The vertical crustal motion and the two normal faults nearly correspond to the terrain. The NSB is located along the Puqiangang-Dazhibo fault, which is assessed as a segmented fault with a dip of 80°-90° and partly exposed. The 3D deformations and other studies reveal the present activities of earthquakes, volcanoes and the faults. | 2 | Staged angioplasty versus regular carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis at high risk of hyperperfusion:a randomised clinical trial显示文摘Background and purpose Hyperperfusion(HP)is a devastating complication associated with carotid artery stenting(CAS)or endarterectomy.The efficacy and safety of staged angioplasty(SAP)in patients with CAS at high risk of HP remains unclear.We sought to determine whether SAP is superior to regular CAS in patients with high risk of HP.Methods A randomised,multicentre open-label clinical trial with blinded outcome assessment(STEP)was conducted.Patients with severe carotid stenosis at high risk of HP were randomly assigned(1:1)to the SAP or regular CAS group.The primary endpoint was hyperperfusion syndrome(HPS)and intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH)within 30 days after the procedure.Results From November 2014 to January 2017,a total of 64 patients were enrolled in 11 centres.33 patients were allocated to the SAP group and 31 to the regular CAS group.At 30 days,the rate of primary endpoint was 0.0%(0/33)in the SAP group and 9.7%(3/31)in the regular CAS group(absolute risk reduction(ARR),9.7%;95%CI−20.1% to 0.7%;p=0.11).As one of the secondary endpoints,the incidence of HP phenomenon(HPP)was lower in the SAP group than the regular CAS group(0.0%vs 22.6%,ARR,−22.6%;95% CI−36.8%to−10.2%;p=0.04).Conclusion The rate of HPS and ICH was not significantly lower in SAP group;the extended secondary endpoint of HPP,however,significantly reduced,which suggested that SAP may be a safe and effective carotid revascularisation procedure to prevent HP. | Dapeng Mo Baixue Jia Huaizhang Shi Yaxuan Sun Qingan Liu Chengzhe Fan Jianping Deng Jinglin Yuan Wei Wu Changchun Jiang Guilian Zhang Hanjun Du Ning Ma Feng Gao Xuan Sun Ligang Song Lian Liu Guangge Peng Yongjun Wang Yilong Wang Zhongrong Miao the STEP Study Group | 2021 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,1: | 3 |
| 3 | Nanocellulose-Assisted Construction of Multifunctional MXene-Based Aerogels with Engineering Biomimetic Texture for Pressure Sensor and Compressible Electrode显示文摘Multifunctional architecture with intriguing structural design is highly desired for realizing the promising performances in wearable sensors and flexible energy storage devices.Cellulose nanofiber(CNF)is employed for assisting in building conductive,hyperelastic,and ultralight Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene hybrid aerogels with oriented tracheid-like texture.The biomimetic hybrid aerogels are constructed by a facile bidirectional freezing strategy with CNF,carbon nanotube(CNT),and MXene based on synergistic electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding.Entangled CNF and CNT“mortars”bonded with MXene“bricks”of the tracheid structure produce good interfacial binding,and superior mechanical strength(up to 80%compressibility and extraordinary fatigue resistance of 1000 cycles at 50%strain).Benefiting from the biomimetic texture,CNF/CNT/MXene aerogel shows ultralow density of 7.48 mg cm^(-3)and excellent electrical conductivity(~2400 S m^(-1)).Used as pressure sensors,such aerogels exhibit appealing sensitivity performance with the linear sensitivity up to 817.3 kPa^(-1),which affords their application in monitoring body surface information and detecting human motion.Furthermore,the aerogels can also act as electrode materials of compressive solid-state supercapacitors that reveal satisfactory electrochemical performance(849.2 mF cm^(-2)at 0.8 mA cm^(-2))and superior long cycle compression performance(88%after 10,000 cycles at a compressive strain of 30%). | Ting Xu Qun Song Kun Liu Huayu Liu Junjie Pan Wei Liu Lin Dai Meng Zhang Yaxuan Wang Chuanling Si Haishun Du Kai Zhang | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7: | 2 |
| 4 | Multiple characteristic structure fragments scans coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry strategy for discovering unknown structural analogs of mycotoxins in food显示文摘The cereals and their products,which have been easily infected by fungi and contaminated with mycotoxins,are serious threat to both human and animals alike.And yet,detection of these unknown fungal infection and mycotoxins contaminates remains a great challenge.In this work,a holistic approach based on multiple characteristic structure fragments scans and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)was proposed for discovering unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The structural similarity of the same class of compounds provides a direction for the discovery and identification of unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The following steps were carried out:the fragmentation pathways of four types of mycotoxins were elucidated through comprehensive fragment analysis.By the combination of fragmentation pathways,the multiple characteristic structure fragments were screened out,with the common fragments were obtained by Veen diagram.Finally multiple characteristic structure fragments scans were carried out to find the unknown structural analogues of mycotoxins.The approach,first proposed by us,was proved to be effective in discovering and identifying 5 structural analogues of mycotoxins in real samples.It was proved to be a simple,fast and accurate method for early detection of fungal infection and mycotoxin contaminants,even for trace amounts of chemicals in complex matrix,and is of great significance to prevent hazardous substances infection from the food supply chains worldwide. | Dongwei Cui Xiuli Xu Xiujuan Wang Feng Zhang Fengming Chen Tong Liu Han Wang Yuan Zhang Yaxuan Song Xuesong Feng | 2022 | Journal of Future Foods2022,2,2: | 0 |
| 5 | Recent advances in magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers and their application in the food safety analysis显示文摘Food safety is a worldwide concern and is directly related to human health.Therefore,convenient,effective,and economical methods and technologies for food safety analysis have been developed continuously.Magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs)have gained extensive attention in recent years,as they have high selectivity,high adsorption capacity,and are easy to isolate from food samples.Recently,advanced strategies for the synthesis of MMIPs have been proposed to solve problems of template leakage and non-specific adsorption,and to increase the biocompatibility,adsorption rate,as well as adsorption capacity of the imprinted materials.In this review,we focus on new attempts at modification of magnetic core and MMIPs’surfaces,and the selection of template,functional monomer,cross-linker as well as porogen.Studies are summarized that used advanced MMIPs for the recognition and adsorption of pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,mycotoxins,contaminants,and adulterations in foodstuffs over the last 5 years.Finally,some still existing challenges and future prospects to further promote MMIPs properties are also discussed. | Beibei Jia Feng Feng Xiujuan Wang Yaxuan Song Feng Zhang | 2024 | Journal of Future Foods2024,4,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Understanding AIE and ACQ phenomenon of organometallic iridium(Ⅲ) complexes by simple cationization engineering显示文摘Understanding the relationship between structure and properties is critical to the development of solidstate luminescence materials with desired characteristics and performance optimization. In this work, we elaborately designed and synthesized a pair of mononuclear iridium(Ⅲ) complexes with similar structures but different degrees of cationization. [Ir2-f][2PF_(6)] with two counterions is obtained by simple Nmethylation of the ancillary ligand of [Ir1-f][PF_(6)] which is a classic cationic iridium(Ⅲ) complex. Such a tiny modification results in tremendously different optical properties in dilute solutions and powders.[Ir1-f][PF_(6)] exhibits weak light in solution but enhanced emission in solid-state as well as poly(methyl methacrylate) matrix, indicative of its aggregation-induced emission(AIE) activity. On the sharp contrary, [Ir2-f][2PF_(6)] is an aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ) emitter showing strong emission in the isolated state but nearly nonemissive in aggregation states. Benefiting from the appealing characteristics of mechanochromic luminescence and AIE behavior, [Ir1-f][PF_(6)] has been successfully applied in reversible re-writable data recording and cell imaging.
