2N-doped porous graphene for carbon dioxide separation:a molecular dynamics study显示文摘Using molecular dynamics simulations,it is shown that N-doped porous graphene membrane can efficiently separate CO2from the CO2/CH4mixture.The effects of pore rim modifications,N-doping sites,initial gas pressure,and feed gas compositions on CO2separation performance of N-doped porous graphene membrane are also examined.It is found that gas permeability increases with increasing initial gas pressure or the feed gas percentages.Pore rim modifications with nitrogen atoms(pyridinic N)can significantly improve the selectivity of CO2over CH4owing to the enhanced electrostatic interactions compared to the unmodified one,and the all-N-modified pore-16 shows the highest CO2selectivity over CH4(*29).Doping N atoms on the graphene sheets(quaternary N)has little effect on the CO2selectivity.Our study demonstrates that the N-doped porous graphene is an excellent candidate for CO2separation,which may be beneficial for the realization of a low carbon society.Qingzhong Xue Meixia Shan Yehan Tao Zilong Liu Cuicui Ling Yonggang Du 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,29:3

6Analysis of Influencing Factors of Pine Wood Nematode Disease in Lu an City Based on GIS显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to figure out the distribution of Monochamus alternatus in the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City and to provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.[Methods]The factors influencing the number of epidemic small classes and infected plants in all counties and districts of Lu'an City were analyzed by GIS method,and the number of worms and wormholes of M.alternatus inside and outside the stumps of pine wood nematode infected wood in Lu'an City were investigated on the spot.[Results]There were 98,40,54,781,193,268 and 34 epidemic small classes of pine wood nematode disease,and 7241,6099,9532,39161,11079,49876 and 4853 infected plants in Yu'an District,Jin'an District,Yeji District,Shucheng County,Huoshan County,Jinzhai County and Huoqiu County,respectively.Pine wood nematode disease in Lu'an City mostly occurred in Huoshan County,Shucheng County and Jinzhai County,with relatively high altitude,paddy soil,the annual precipitation higher than 2062 mm,and the annual average temperature lower than 16.2℃.The number of diseased plants of pine wood nematode disease was positively correlated with altitude and annual precipitation,and was negatively correlated with annual average temperature.The number of worms and wormholes in pine wood nematode infected wood was very small at different altitudes,stump heights and stump diameters.[Conclusions]The pine wood nematode infected wood can be differentially processed after stump treatment,and stumps can be peeled.The results will provide a theoretical and practical basis for differentiated prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease in the future.Juanjuan HU Hao SONG Gao LIU Yongquan CHENG Yehan YAN Xianrong WANG Xianbin SUN Bangxing HAN 2023Plant Diseases and Pests2023,14,4:0
7Bamboo Nail:A Novel Connector for Timber Assemblies显示文摘Nail connection is widely used in engineering and construction fields.In this study,bamboo nail was proposed as a novel connector for timber assemblies.Penetration depth of bamboo nail into wood was predicted and tested.The influence of nail parameters(length,radius and ogive radius)on penetration depth were verified.For both tested and predicted results,the penetration depth of bamboo nail increased with the increasing length,radius or ogive radius.In addition,the effect of densification on penetration depth or mechanical properties was evaluated.1.12 g/cm^(3) was a critical density when densification was needed,and further increment of density would decrease the penetration depth of nail.The results of this study manifests that the proposed model is capable to predict the penetration depth of bamboo nail.These findings may provide new insight into efficiently utilization of bamboo resources.Yehan Xu Zhifu Dong Chong Jia Zhiqiang Wang Xiaoning Lu 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,9:0
8Metabolic enzyme inhibitory abilities, in vivo hypoglycemic ability of palmleaf raspberry fruits extracts and identification of hypoglycemic compounds显示文摘The unripe palmleaf raspberry,namely Fupenzi(FPZ),is an important medicinal and edible food.This study aims to evaluate the potential of FPZ extracts prepared with different approaches in attenuating hyperglycemia,gout,Alzheimer’s disease,and pigmentation,to obtain the enriching fraction and to identify the major active compounds.Results indicated that FPZ extracts showed weak activity against acetylcholinesterase,considerable ability against tyrosinase and xanthine oxidase,but excellent inhibition onα-glucosidase.Ultrasound-assisted 40%ethanol extract(40EUS)gave the highest phenolics content,and the bestα-glucosidase inhibition(IC_(50)=0.08μg/mL),which is 877-fold higher than that of positive control acarbose.The 40%ethanol eluting fraction of 40EUS showed the strongestα-glucosidase inhibition with the IC_(50) value of 37.79 ng/mL,it could also effectively attenuate the fasting blood glucose level and oral glucose tolerance of C57BL/6 mice.Twenty-six compounds were identified from 40%ethanol fraction by using HPLC-QTOF-MS/MS,hydrolysable tannins(including 11 ellagitannins and 4 gallotannins)were the major compounds,phenolic acids came to the second.Above results could provide important technical supporting for the further application and research of FPZ in health foods and drugs against diabetes.Jun Tan Danshu Wang Yu Lu Yehan Wang Zongcai Tu Tao Yuan Lu Zhang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:0
