1Dual-channel type tunable field-effect transistors based on vertical bilayer WS2(1−x)Se2x/SnS2 heterostructures显示文摘Layered semiconductor heterostructures are essential elements in modern electronic and optoelectronic devices.Dynamically engineering the composition of these heterostructures may enable the flexible design of the properties of heterostructure-based electronics and optoelectronics as well as their optimization.Here,we report for the first time a two-step chemical vapor deposition approach for a series of WS2(1−x)Se2x/SnS2 vertical heterostructures with high-quality and large areas.The steady-state photoluminescence results exhibit an obvious composition-related quenching ratio,revealing a strong coherence between the band offset and the charge transfer efficiency at the junction interface.Based on the achieved heterostructures,dual-channel backgate field-effect transistors were successfully designed and exhibited typical composition-dependent transport behaviors,and pure n-type unipolar transistors to ambipolar transistors were realized in such systems.The direct vapor growth of these novel vertical WS2(1−x)Se2x/SnS2 heterostructures could offer an interesting system for probing new physical properties and provide a series of layered heterostructures for high-quality devices.Biyuan Zheng Dong Li Chenguang Zhu Jianyue Lan Xingxia Sun Weihao Zheng Huawei Liu Xuehong Zhang Xiaoli Zhu Yexin Feng Tao Xu Litao Sun Gengzhao Xu Xiao Wang Chao Ma Anlian Pan 2020InfoMat2020,2,4:3
2Self-gating enhanced carrier transfer in semiconductor electrocatalyst verified in microdevice显示文摘Semiconductor electrocatalysis with weak conductivity can accumulate extremely high carriers at semiconductor-electrolyte interface by self-gating effect,which strongly promotes electrocatalytic efficiency.The correlation between semiconductor carrier mobility and electrocatalysis performance is still unclear.Herein atomic-thin transition metal dichalcogenides based composites have been developed for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performed with on-chip microdevices.Electrical and electrochemical measurement of individual flack verified the key role of high carrier mobility for enhanced HER activity.Carrier mobility regulation further demonstrated its high dependence with HER performance under self-gating.Our study provides new insight into the carrier mobility of the semiconductor in the electrocatalysis,paving the way for designing high-performance semiconductor catalysts.Haiyan Xiang Yueshao Zheng Yang Chen Yanting Xu Travis Shihao Hu Yexin Feng Yu Zhou Song Liu Xuli Chen 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0
3Role of ghrelin in cognitive impairment of hypertensive elders with chronic psychological distress显示文摘Objective:To investigate ghrelin level change in combination with psychological stress in the hypertensive old people with cognitive impairment and to explore its effect as well as possible mechanism.Methods:The study population of 300 elders was divided into 2 groups,148 with hypertension and 152 non-hypertension,who were screened for psychological distress and cognition function,and had blood drawn to measure plasma levels of ghrelin and total cortisol on the same day.Results:The rates of anxiety and cognitive impairment were higher in the hypertension elders,which were negatively correlated with plasma ghrelin level,resulted from chronic cortisol response to anxiety.Conclusion:Chronic plasma cortisol increase to long-term anxiety leads a reduce in ghrelin level which then adversely affects blood pressure and cognitive function in old people.So measuring ghrelin of elders may be a diagnostic tool to predict cognitive development and ghrelin may be a selective antihypertensive medicine for cognitive impairment elders with or without chronic psychological stress.Zhang Yushun Fan Fenling Tian Hongyan Feng Jun Ma Xiancang Liu Yamin Hu Zhi Zhang Junbo Ma Yexin 2010Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010,25,3:0
4Novel two-dimensional PdSe phase:A puckered material with excellent electronic and optical properties显示文摘By combining structural search and first-principles calculations,we predict a new stable twodimensional PdSe monolayer,and systematically investigate its structural,electronic and optical properties.The calculated formation enthalpy,phonon spectra and molecular dynamic simulations confirm that PdSe monolayer possesses excellent thermodynamic and dynamic stability.PdSe monolayer is a semiconductor with an indirect band gap of∼1.10 eV.The carrier transport of PdSe monolayer is dominated by hole and exhibits remarkable anisotropy due to the intrinsic structure anisotropy.The optical properties also show obvious anisotropic characteristic with considerable absorption coefficient and broad absorption from the visible to ultraviolet regions.Benefiting from these excellent physical properties,PdSe monolayer is expected to be a promising candidate as electronic and optoelectronic devices.Mingyun Huang Xingxing Jiang Yueshao Zheng Zhengwei Xu Xiong-Xiong Xue Keqiu Chen Yexin Feng 2022Frontiers of physics2022,17,5:0
