| 1 | Regionalization based on spatial and seasonal variation in ground-level ozone concentrations across China显示文摘Owing to the vast territory of China and strong regional characteristic of ozone pollution,it's desirable for policy makers to have a targeted and prioritized regulation and ozone pollution control strategy in China based on scientific evidences. It's important to assess its current pollution status as well as spatial and temporal variation patterns across China.Recent advances of national monitoring networks provide an opportunity to insight the actions of ozone pollution. Here, we present rotated empirical orthogonal function(REOF)analysis that was used on studying the spatiotemporal characteristics of daily ozone concentrations. Based on results of REOF analysis in pollution seasons for 3 years' observations, twelve regions with clear patterns were identified in China. The patterns of temporal variation of ozone in each region were separated well and different from each other, reflecting local meteorological, photochemical or pollution features. A rising trend in annual averaged Eight-hour Average Ozone Concentrations(O_3-8 hr) from 2014 to 2016 was observed for all regions, except for the Tibetan Plateau. The mean values of annual and 90 percentile concentrations for all 338 cities were 82.6 ± 14.6 and 133.9 ± 25.8 μg/m^3,respectively, in 2015. The regionalization results of ozone were found to be influenced greatly by terrain features, indicating significant terrain and landform effects on ozone spatial correlations. | 3 | Research on the ecological risk of heavy metals in the soil around a Pb–Zn mine in the Huize County, China显示文摘The soil pollution by heavy metals was characterized in the mine tailings and surrounding soils of an old Pb–Zn mine in Huize County. Three hundred and ninety-six samples of agricultural and non-agricultural soil were analyzed for the total metal concentration by acid digestion and sixty-eight selected soil samples were used to determine the chemical fractionation of heavy metals with the modified BCR sequential extraction method. The pollution index of the heavy metals indices for As, Cd, Cr, Cu,Hg, Pb and Zn of non-agricultural soil and agricultural soils in the study area indicated the spreading of heavy metal pollution. Sequential extraction showed that most of Cd existed in an exchangeable form(31.2 %). The available content of Pb, Cu and Zn was mainly distributed in acid extractable fractions and Fe/Mn oxide fractions(27.9, 30 and 27.2 %), and Hg, As and Cr were mainly associated with residual fractions(90.4, 72.9 and 76.8 %). The risks of heavy metals were also evaluated by the risk assessment code(RAC) and potential ecological risk index, respectively. The results of RAC showed a medium and high risk of Cd(45.6 and 54.4 %), medium risk of Zn(100 %), low and medium risk of Cu(41.2 and 58.8 %), largely no risk of Hg(97.1 %), and mainly low risk of As and Pb(92.6and 91.8 %). The range of the potential ecological risk of soil was 58.2–1839.3, revealing a considerably high ecological risk in the study area, most likely related to acid mine drainage and the mining complexes located in the area. The three-dimensional groundwater flow model in Linfen Basin was established by GMS software. Then the numerical model was calibrated by observed groundwater level from February to December in 2 000. Based on the calibrated model, the groundwater recoverable resource is calculated. | 9 | Identification of Resistance to Pathogenesis Related Protein GmPR1L in Tobacco Botrytis cinerea Infection显示文摘Soybean(Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.)annual leguminous crop is cultivated all over the world.The occurrence of diseases has a great impact on the yield and quality of soybean.In this study,based on the RNA-seq of soybean variety M18,a complete CDS(Coding sequence)GmPR1L of the pathogenesis-related protein 1 family was obtained,which has the ability to resist fungal diseases.The overexpression vector and interference expression vector were transferred into tobacco NC89,and the resistance of transgenic tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.)to Botrytis cinerea infection was identified.The results show that:Compared with the control,the activities of related defense enzymes SOD(Superoxide dismutase),POD(Peroxidase),PAL(L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase)and PPO(Polyphenol oxidase)in the over-expressed transgenic tobacco OEA1 and OEA2 increased to different degrees,and increased significantly at different infection time points.The activities of defense enzymes in the interfering strains IEA1 and IEA2 were significantly lower than those in the control strains.The results of resistance level identification showed that the disease spot rate of OEA1 was significantly lower than that of the control line,and the disease spot rate of OEA2 was significantly lower than that of the control line.The plaque rate of the interfering expression line IEA1-IEA2 was significantly higher than that of the control line.It is preliminarily believed that the process related protein GmPR1L can improve the resistance of tobacco to B.cinerea. | Yeyao Du Ye Zhang Yang Song Zhuo Zhang Sujie Fan Hanzhu Zhang Piwu Wang | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,6: | 0 |
| 10 | The Improvement of Soybean Salt Tolerance by Overexpressed GmPAO1显示文摘Polyamines play an important regulatory role during plant growth and development and adversity stress,and polyamine oxidase(PAO)is involved in polyamine catabolism.In this study,an up-regulated polyamine oxidase gene GmPAO1 was obtained by transcriptome sequencing analysis and screening at soybean seedling stages.Also,its expression pattern and function were analyzed.The identification results of transgenic GmPAO1 soybean positive lines showed that the relative expression level of GmPAO1 in the overexpressed lines was increased under salt stress.With increasing stress concentration,the seed germination rate decreased.However,the seed germination rate of the overexpressed lines was significantly higher than that of the control lines,and the phenotypic character of the root systems was also better than that of the control lines.The measurement of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities and malondialdehyde and hydrogen peroxide contents revealed that the overexpressed soybean lines significantly increased the SOD and POD activities,significantly reducing the malondialdehyde content.Although the hydrogen peroxide content in the transformed plants gradually increased,the hydrogen peroxide content in the overexpression lines was still lower than that in the gene editing lines.Based on this,it was preliminarily judged that GmPAO1 can improve soybean salt tolerance. | Yeyao Du Yang Song Ye Zhang Sujie Fan Hanzhu Zhang Piwu Wang | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,4: | 0 |
