| 2 | Formation mechanism of the Lidang circular structure in the Guangxi Province显示文摘The Lidang circular structure in the center of the Guangxi Province is about 8 km in diameter. This structure appears as an abnormal shallow depression that has disturbed the rather harmonic regional joint systems. Its unique occurrence in the whole region, the circular morphology, negative topography, and the spatial distribution of interior and exterior strata are all consistent with those of impact craters that are formed by asteroidal or cometary collision. To test the impact hypothesis, we carried out both field investigation and remote sensing study of this structure. Regional geological history suggests that if the impact hypothesis were correct, the impact event should have occurred at or after the Early Permian. Field investigation found that the strata inside and outside the crater are dominated by parallel stacks of Lower and Upper Permian limestone that have various thicknesses and different mud contents. The layers of limestone within and outside the circular structure have identical attitudes;no structural disturbances were visible in the outcrops. Field investigations provide conclusive evidence against the impact cratering hypothesis. A high-resolution digital elevation model shows that the spatial distribution of rounded mountains within the structure is controlled by faint but continual extension of joints, suggesting that the crater interior has gone through a much higher degree of erosion. Therefore, regional joints that had once existed within the crater are preserved less well than exterior terrains, forming the abruptly disrupted circular depression. Differential erosion, as the possible formation mechanism of the Lidang structure, is consistent with the different mud contents found between the interior and exterior limestone. The circular outline of this structure may correspond to the shape of the original deposition basin. | 3 | The Surface Energy Budget and Its Impact on the Freeze-thaw Processes of Active Layer in Permafrost Regions of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau显示文摘The surface energy budget is closely related to freeze-thaw processes and is also a key issue for land surface process research in permafrost regions.In this study,in situ data collected from 2005 to 2015 at the Tanggula site were used to analyze surface energy regimes,the interaction between surface energy budget and freeze-thaw processes.The results confirmed that surface energy flux in the permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau exhibited obvious seasonal variations.Annual average net radiation(R_(n))for 2010 was 86.5 W m^(-2),with the largest being in July and smallest in November.Surface soil heat flux(G_(0))was positive during warm seasons but negative in cold seasons with annual average value of 2.7 W m^(-2).Variations in R_(n) and G_(0) were closely related to freeze-thaw processes.Sensible heat flux(H)was the main energy budget component during cold seasons,whereas latent heat flux(LE)dominated surface energy distribution in warm seasons.Freeze-thaw processes,snow cover,precipitation,and surface conditions were important influence factors for surface energy flux.Albedo was strongly dependent on soil moisture content and ground surface state,increasing significantly when land surface was covered with deep snow,and exhibited negative correlation with surface soil moisture content.Energy variation was significantly related to active layer thaw depth.Soil heat balance coefficient K was>1 during the investigation time period,indicating the permafrost in the Tanggula area tended to degrade. | Junjie MA Ren LI Hongchao LIU Zhongwei HUANG Tonghua WU Guojie HU Yao XIAO Lin ZHAO Yizhen DU Shuhua YANG | 2022 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2022,39,1: | 1 |

| 6 | Evaluation and spatio-temporal analysis of surface energy flux in permafrost regions over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and Arctic using CMIP6 models显示文摘The surface energy budget over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP)and the Arctic significantly influences the climate system with global consequences.The performances of 30 selected Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)models were evaluated based on six sites in the QTP and Arctic.The simulation results for latent heat flux(LE)were more accurate in the QTP,where the correlation coefficient and root mean square error(RMSE)were 0.9 and 30 W m−2,respectively.The results for sensible heat flux(H)were more accurate in the Arctic,the correlation coefficient and RMSE were 0.8 and 24 W m−2,respectively.Furthermore,the multiple models mean results revealed that the surface energy flux had seasonal variation and regional differences over the QTP and the Arctic.In the QTP,H was the lowest in winter,increased in spring,and reached the maximum in summer.However,the transitional changes in spring and autumn were not apparent in the Arctic,mainly due to seasonal net radiation difference between the two places.LE was affected by precipitation and surface soil moisture content.This work is important for understanding land-atmosphere interactions and useful for improving the accuracy of land surface models simulations. | Junjie Ma Ren Li Zhongwei Huang Tonghua Wu Xiaodong Wu Lin Zhao Hongchao Liu Guojie Hu Yao Xiao Yizhen Du Shuhua Yang Wenhao Liu Yongliang Jiao Shenning Wang | 2022 | International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1: | 0 |

| 8 | Mechanisms of imperatorin on regulating Pglycoprotein in blood-brain barrier based on network pharmacology and in vitro experiment显示文摘OBJECTIVE To explore mecha⁃nisms of imperatorin on regulating P-glycoprotein(P-gp)in blood-brain barrier(BBB)based on net⁃work pharmacology combined with in vitro experi⁃ment.METHODS Drug targets were predicted using the Pharmapper and Swiss targets data⁃bases;disease targets were obtained through the Genecards database;intersections between drugs and disease targets were screened by Cytoscape software;the obtained core targets were used to construct protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,gene ontology(GO)functions,and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.The effects of imperatorin(20,50,100μmol·L^(-1))on P-gp activity were monitored in hCMEC/D3 in vitro BBB model,and the effects of imperatorin on the expression of target proteins were verified using Western blot method.RESULTS 55 drug targets and 3102 disease targets were obtained from the network pharmacology screening,and 37 core targets were obtained after the combination.Enrichment analysis showed that core targets were closely related to chemical synaptic trans⁃mission regulation,neurotransmitter receptor activity,protein kinase regulation activity,G proteincoupled receptor signaling pathway,neural active ligand receptor interaction pathway,PI3K-Akt sig⁃naling pathway,VEGF signaling pathway,etc..In vitro experimental validation suggested that all tested concentration groups of imperatorin signifi⁃cantly reduced the activity and expression of P-gp,which were achieved by significantly downregu⁃lating the phosphorylation levels of PI3K and Akt,and repressing the expression of VEGFR2 pro⁃tein.CONCLUSION Network pharmacology was used to predict the core targets and signaling pathways of imperatorin on regulating P-gp in BBB and relevant validation was conducted through in vitro experiments,providing a refer⁃ence basis for further exploration of the mecha⁃nisms of imperatorin on regulating P-gp in BBB. | SONG Yizhen YIN Wanxin MA Yicong AN Yufan HUANG Jiaqi YAN Zhongjie WU Xiuwen WANG Yuanyu | 2023 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2023,37,S01: | 0 |
