2Joint Trajectory and Power Optimization for Securing UAV Communications Against Active Eavesdropping显示文摘Due to both of jamming and eavesdropping,active eavesdroppers can induce more serious security threats to unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-enabled communications.This paper considers a secure UAV communication system including both the downlink(DL)and uplink(UL)transmissions,where the confidential information is transmitted between a UAV and a ground node in the presence of an active eavesdropper.We aim to maximize the average secrecy rates of the DL and UL communications,respectively,by jointly optimizing the UAV trajectory and the UAV/ground node’s transmit power control over a given flight period.Due to the non-convexity of the formulated problems,it is difficult to obtain globally optimal solutions.However,we propose efficient iterative algorithms to obtain high-quality suboptimal solutions by applying the block coordinate descent and successive convex optimization methods.Simulation results show that the joint optimization algorithms can effectively improve the secrecy rate performance for both the DL and UL communications,as compared with other baseline schemes.The proposed schemes can be considered as special cases of UAV-assisted non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)networks.Bin Duo Junsong Luo Yilian Li Hao Hu Zibin Wang 2021China Communications2021,18,1:4
3Genome-wide analysis identified 17 new loci influencing intraocular pressure in Chinese population显示文摘Intraocular pressure(IOP) is a major risk factor for glaucoma. Genetic determinants of intraocular pressure can provide critical insights into the genetic architecture of glaucoma and, as a result, open new avenues for therapeutic intervention. We performed a genome-wide association study and replication analysis of 8,552 Chinese participants. In the genome-wide association study, we identified 51 loci that surpassed the significance of P<9×10^(-7), and we formally replicated these loci. A combined discovery and replication meta-analysis identified 21 genome-wide loci that surpassed the genome-wide significance of P<5×10^(-8), including 4 previously reported loci: rs145063132(7 p21.2, ETV1/DGKB), rs548030386(7 q31.2, ST7 near CAV1/CAV2), rs7047871(9 p24.2, GLIS3), and rs2472494(9 q31.1, ABCA1/SLC44 A1). Of the 17 newly identified loci, five were reported to have ocular related phenotypes: PTCH2(rs7525308 in 1 p34.1), LRIF1/DRAM2(rs1282146 in 1 p13.3), COLEC11(rs201143466 in 2 p25.3),SPTBN1(rs4514918 in 2 p16.2), and CRK(rs11078446 in 17 p13.3). 4Modeling and Prediction for the thrust on EPB TBMs under different geological conditions by considering mechanical decoupling显示文摘EPB TBMs(Earth pressure balance Tunneling Boring Machines) are extensively used in tunneling constructions because of its high efficiency and low disturbance on structures above ground. It is critically significant to predict the thrust acting on TBMs under different geological conditions for both the design of power system and the control of tunneling process. The interaction between the cutterhead and the ground is the core of excavation, through which geological conditions determine the thrust re-quirement combined with operating status and structural characteristics. This paper conducted a mechanical decoupling analysis to obtain a basic expression of the cutterhead-ground interactive stress. Then more engineering factors(such as cutterhead topological structure, underground overburden, thrusts on other parts, etc.) were further considered to establish a predicting model for the total thrust acting on a machine during tunneling. 5Quality Control:Internal Defects Formation Mechanism of Selective Laser Melting Based on Laser-powder-melt Pool Interaction:A Review显示文摘Selective laser melting(SLM)is a 3D printing technology with a high near-net-shape ability and forming accuracy.However,the inevitable internal defects significantly hinder its development.Therefore,it is essential to fully understand the causes of internal defects in SLM processing and minimize the defects to achieve quality control accordingly.This work reviews the recent studies on internal defects in SLM,presenting the main internal defects of SLM as impurities,lack of fusion,gas pores,and micro-crack.These internal defects occur on the various phenomena in the laser-powder-melt pool(LPMP)stage.The formation of SLM internal defects is mainly affected by oxidation,denudation,balling,spatter,and keyholes;here,balling,spattering,and the keyhole phenomenon are the main factors causing internal defects in LPMP.Hence,this paper focuses on reviewing the balling effect,spatter behavior,and keyhole phenomenon,introducing the action mechanism of the above three phenomena under different process conditions.Additionally,the spatter behavior when forming internal defects is proposed.This review also considers the correlation between the spatter behavior and keyhole phenomenon and makes an important contribution to understanding and reducing SLM internal defects.It presents a reliable opinion on real-time monitoring and machine intelligent learning for SLM processing in the future,as well as supporting a systematic thinking for the suppression of defect formation in SLM.Guang Yang Yilian Xie Shuo Zhao Lanyun Qin Xiangming Wang Bin Wu 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering(Additive Manufacturing Frontiers)2022,1,3:2

7Cholesterol homeostasis regulated by ABCA1 is critical for retinal ganglion cell survival显示文摘Genome-wide association studies have suggested a link between primary open-angle glaucoma and the function of ABCA1.ABCA1 is a key regulator of cholesterol efflux and the biogenesis of high-density lipoprotein(HDL) particles. Here, we showed that the POAG risk allele near ABCA1 attenuated ABCA1 expression in cultured cells. Consistently, POAG patients exhibited lower ABCA1 expression, reduced HDL, and higher cholesterol in white blood cells. Ablation of Abca1 in mice failed to form HDL, leading to elevated cholesterol levels in the retina. Counting retinal ganglion cells(RGCs) by using an artificial intelligence(AI) program revealed that Abca1-deficient mice progressively lost RGCs with age. Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) revealed aberrant oxidative phosphorylation in the Abca1-/-retina, as well as activation of the mTORC1 signaling pathway and suppression of autophagy. Treatment of Abca1-/-mice using atorvastatin reduced the cholesterol level in the retina,thereby improving metabolism and protecting RGCs from death. Collectively, we show that lower ABCA1 expression and lower HDL are risk factors for POAG. Accumulated cholesterol in the Abca1-/-retina causes profound aberrant metabolism, leading to a POAG-like phenotype that can be prevented by atorvastatin. 14Reactive Transport Modeling of Long-Term CO2 Sequestration Mechanisms at the Shenhua CCS Demonstration Project,China显示文摘Carbon dioxide injection into deep saline aquifers results in a variety of strongly coupled physical and chemical processes. In this study, reactive transport simulations using a 2-D radial model were performed to investigate the fate of the injected CO_2, the effect of CO_2-water-rock interactions on mineral alteration, and the long-term CO_2 sequestration mechanisms of the Liujiagou Formation sandstone at the Shenhua CCS(carbon capture and storage) pilot site of China. Carbon dioxide was injected at a constant rate of 0.1 Mt/year for 30 years, and the fluid flow and geochemical transport simulation was run for a period of 10 000 years by the TOUGHREACT code according to the underground conditions of the Liujiagou Formation. The results show that different trapping phases of CO_2 vary with time. Sensitivity analyses indicate that plagioclase composition and chlorite presence are the most significant determinants of stable carbonate minerals and CO_2 mineral trapping capacity. For arkosic arenite in the Liujiagou Formation, CO_2 can be immobilized by precipitation of ankerite, magnesite, siderite, dawsonite, and calcite for different mineral compositions, with Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Fe^(2+) and Na^+ provided by dissolution of calcite, albite(or oligoclase) and chlorite.
