1Phenotypic variation in Phoebe bournei populations preserved in the primary distribution area显示文摘Phoebe bournei(Hemsl.) Yang is a rare and protected plant in China. This study was conducted to determine the phenotypic variation in this species and to document phenotypic variation within and among populations of P. bournei. Nested analysis of variance, coefficient of variation, multiple comparisons, principal component analysis(PCA) and correlation analysis were used to analyze ten phenotypic traits in ten natural populations of P.bournei from both the northeastern and the primary region of the range of this species. Significant differences among and within populations were observed in leaf and seed phenotypic traits. Variation among populations(34.92%)was greater than that within populations(26.19%). The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient was 53.77%among populations, indicating that variation among populations comprised the majority of the phenotypic variation of P. bournei. The coefficient of variance(CV) of ten traits varied from 6.44 to 18.45%, with an average of 12.03%.The CV of leaf traits among populations(15.64%) was higher than that of seed traits(8.60%), indicating that seed traits were more stable. The results from CV and PCA indicated that leaf area, leaf length and thousand seed weight were the main factors accounting for the observed phenotypic variations. Significant or highly significant correlations were observed among most leaf and/or in seed phenotypic traits, whereas no significant correlations were observed between phenotypic traits and geographic factors.Based on cluster analysis, the ten populations can be divided into three clusters. 2The study of migration of bone mesenchymal stem cells transplanted in intervertebral discs of rabbits and expression of exogenous gene显示文摘Objective: To explore the survival and migration of bone mesenchymal stem cells transplantated in intervertebral disc of rabbits and expression of the exogenic genes. Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were used, A randomized block design was used and discs in the same rabbit were one block,the lumbar discs from L2-3 to L5-6 were randomly divided into blank group, saline group, cell transplantation groupⅠ and cell transplantation groupⅡ. The fluorescence microscopy was used to determine the fluorescence of the maker protein GFP and DNA-PCR was used to analyze the copies of DNA of neomycin-resistant gene at 1, 3, 6, months after transplantation. Results: There was fluorescence in cell transplantation group Ⅰand Ⅱ and none in blank group, saline group at 1, 3, 6 months after transplantation. In cell transplantation groups,the fluorescent distribution was more scatter with time, but no significant difference between cell groups Ⅰand Ⅱ. The test of neomycin resistant gene expressed in cell transplantation group ⅠandⅡ and quantitative analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the cell groups Ⅰand Ⅱ(P > 0.05). 3Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 synergistically determine the rice heading date and yield-related agronomic traits显示文摘Heading date determines the seasonal and regional adaptation of rice(Oryza sativa L.)varieties and is mainly controlled by photoperiod sensitivity(PS).The core heading date genes Hd1,Ghd7,DTH8,and PRR37 act synergistically in regulating the PS.In this study,we systematically analyze the heading date,PS,and agronomic traits of eight homozygous lines with various combinations of Hd1,Ghd7,and DTH8 alleles in the prr37 background under long-day(LD)and short-day(SD)conditions,respectively.We find that Hd1 alone promotes heading,regardless of the day length.However,under LDs,Hd1 suppresses flowering,in coordination with functional Ghd7 or with Ghd7 and DTH8.These loci cooperate to negatively regulate the Ehd1-Hd3 a/RFT1 pathway and delay heading.Under SDs,Hd1 competes with various heading suppressors to promote heading.Therefore,the dual function of Hd1 is vital for PS.The lines carrying Hd1 alone show reduced plant height with fewer primary and secondary branches in panicles.Lines carrying Ghd7 and DTH8(with hd1)show delayed heading and improve agronomic traits.Overall,our results reveal the regulation of rice PS flowering by the core heading date genes and their effects on agronomic traits,providing valuable information for the selection of rice varieties for adaptation to different light and temperature conditions.Kangli Sun Minghui Huang Wubei Zong Dongdong Xiao Chen Lei Yanqiu Luo Yingang Song Shengting Li Yu Hao Wanni Luo Bingqun Xu Xiaotong Guo Guangliang Wei Letian Chen Yao-Guang Liu Jingxin Guo 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,5:4
4Pathways related to mitochondrial dysfunction in cartilage of endemic osteoarthritis patients in China显示文摘In this paper, we present the first evidence of differences in the mitochondria-related gene expression profiles of adult articular cartilage derived from patients with Kashin-Beck disease and normal controls. The expression of 705 mitochondria-related genes was analyzed by mitochondria-related gene expression analysis and ingenuity pathways analysis. Mitochondria-related gene expression analysis identified 9 up-regulated genes in Kashin-Beck disease based on their average expression ratio. 9Effects of Activating Blood Circulation to Resolve Blood Stasis and Glucosamine Capsules Therapy on the Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase in Post-traumatic Knee Osteoarthritis显示文摘[Objectives] To observe the clinical effects of activating blood circulation to resolve blood stasis and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules therapy on post-traumatic knee osteoarthritis treatment,to measure the expression of matrix metalloproteinase in post-traumatic knee osteoarthritis patients before and after treatment,and to explore its relevant molecular mechanisms. [Methods]A total of 60 patients with posttraumatic knee osteoarthritis in early stage in Affiliated Hospital of Shannxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group( n = 30) and the observation group( n = 30). The control group was given oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules for 6 courses of the treatment. The observation group was using the activating blood circulation to resolve blood stasis therapy for 6 courses of treatment. The recovery of traumatic knee osteoarthritis and the symptom of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) in 2 groups was compared before and after treatment. The symptoms and the quantitative assessment rating scale of knee osteoarthritis,the pain index of knee and the TCM symptom scores were recorded in both groups. And the synovial fluid and serum of patients were collected to detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase. [Results]The symptoms and the quantitative assessment rating scale of knee osteoarthritis,the pain index of knee and TCM symptom scores of the 2 groups in the 1 st week,the 12 th week and the 24 th week after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Two therapeutic methods had certain therapeutic effects on the recovery from traumatic knee osteoarthritis,and could significantly improve the TCM syndrome. There were better therapeutic effects on oral decoction of traditional Chinese medicine than oral glycosaminoglycans hydrochloride capsules on treating traumatic knee osteogenesis( P < 0. 05). The expression level of MMP3 was decreased significantly in both groups( P <0. 001),while the expression level of MMP13 had no significant change in both groups( P >0. 05). The expression level of MMP1 was decreased significantly in the observation group( P < 0. 001),but there was no significant change in the control group after treatment( P >0. 05). [Conclusions]Two treatment methods have been effective in this clinical study. 10Phase/grain boundary assisted-3D static globularization mechanism of TC17 alloy based on the microstructure reconstruction and in-situ TEM observation显示文摘Lamellar globularization in the dual-phase titanium alloy is the key to improving plasticity and strength.However,the mechanism has not been fully elucidated so far.In this work,the role of phase/grain bound-ary in the static globularization of TC17 alloy was systematically studied by setting differentαphase con-tent before annealing through low-and high-temperature deformation.Isothermal compression causes the parallel distribution and fragmentation of 3Dαplates and few globularαparticles are formed at a strain rate of 1 s^(-1).Post-deformation annealing promotes the static globularization ofαphase while it is affected by initialαphase content.After 730°C deformation,the development ofα/αinterface by absorbing dislocations promotes the formation of globularαgrains based on the nucleation of sepa-ratedαparticles and pre-recoveryαsubgrain during subsequent annealing.Theα/α/βandα/β/βtriple junctions formed due to highαcontent with about 36%volume fraction are favorable for the further nucleation and growth of globularαgrains by reducing interface energy,forming a 3D irregularαplate.Then nucleation and growth of theβphase dominate the microstructure evolution during subsequent an-nealing,resulting in the local dissolution of the plate and formation ofαrods.After 850°C deformation,theαphase tends to nucleate at theβ/β/βtriple junctions and grow into a lamellar shape along the high energyβ/βgrain boundary due to lowαcontent with about 7%volume fraction.Theαnucleation that maintains the Burgers orientation relationship(BOR)with the surroundingβphase grows along the habit plane and thickens slowly,resulting in the formation of a precipitatedαplate with a flat surface and the suppression of static globularization.The comprehensive investigation of lamellar globularization provides guidance for optimizing the 3D microstructure and properties of dual-phase titanium alloy.Haoyu Pang Yingang Liu Jiao Luo Cong Li Hong Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,26:0

12Platinum modified MoS_(2)monolayer for adsorption and gas sensing of SF_(6)decomposition products:a DFT study显示文摘In the long-running of sulphur hexafluoride(SF_(6))-insulated equipment,SF_(6) inevitably decomposes to various decomposition products under electric discharge,including SOF_(2) and SO2F_(2).In this work,single Pt modified molybdenum disulphide(Pt-MoS_(2))monolayer,and double Pt modified molybdenum disulphide(Pt_(2)-MoS_(2))monolayer are proposed to analyse its adsorption and sensing properties to SOF_(2) and SO2F_(2) with single and double gas molecules adsorption based on density functional theory.The adsorption energy,density of states,and molecular orbit theory are employed to analyse the adsorption and sensing mechanism.It turns out that the Pt-MoS_(2) and Pt_(2)-MoS_(2) present outstanding adsorption capacity to gas molecules.Specifically,double SOF_(2) adsorption on Pt_(2)-MoS_(2) shows the best adsorption performance,and the conductivity of the adsorption system changes the most in the adsorption process.Overall,both Pt-MoS_(2) and Pt_(2)-MoS_(2) perform as an excellent gas sensor.This study provides a theoretical basis to develop Pt-MoS_(2) and Pt_(2)-MoS_(2) based materials for SOF_(2) and SO2F_(2) detection in SF_(6)-insulated equipment.Yingang Gui Jinzhi Shi Pingan Yang Tao Li Chao Tang Lingna Xu 2020High Voltage2020,5,4:0
13Laser powder b e d fusion of copper matrix iron particle reinforced nanocomposite with high strength and high conductivity显示文摘Liquid-liquid phase separation,and the resulted solute segregation,during conventional solidification have been a long-term challenge to produce copper(Cu)-iron(Fe)immiscible composites with high strength and high conductivity.The present work reports an effective solution to this issue through laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)in-situ alloying of Cu-8 wt.%Fe.Microstructure observation showed that the fast cooling within micron-scale melt pools fully eliminated the Fe segregation and therefore the L-PBF fabricated nanocomposite achieved the homogeneous microstructure,which featured equiaxed fine grains around 1μm in size.Ageing of the nanocomposite at 600℃for 1 h enabled precipitation of two types of nanoparticles.One is coarser Fe nanoprecipitates with body-centered cubic(BCC)structure and diam-eter of 100-300 nm,mainly distributing along grain boundaries.The other is smaller Fe nanoprecipitates with face-centered cubic(FCC)structure and diameter of 10-35 nm,being observed within the grains and having coherent interfaces with the Cu matrix.As a result,the aged Cu-Fe nanocomposite achieved tensile strength of 462.9±6.6 MPa with 30.4%±1.7%elongation to failure and 74.5%IACS(International Annealed Copper Standard)electrical conductivity.The formation mechanisms of the nanoprecipitates and the strengthening mechanisms of the nanocomposite are discussed.Yingang Liu Jingqi Zhang Qiang Sun Meng Li Ming Yan b Xing Cheng Miaoquan Li Ming-Xing Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3:0
