| 4 | Dopamine-mimetic-coated polyamidoamine-functionalized Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles for safe and efficient gene delivery显示文摘Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles(NPs)are widely used in the construction of drug and gene delivery vectors because of their particular physicochemical properties.Surface modification can not only reduce the cytotoxicity of Fe_(3)O_(4),but also further improve the biocompatibility and delivery efficiency.In this work,firstly,polydopamine(PDA)-coated Fe_(3)O_(4) NPs(named Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA)were prepared by using the self-polymerization characteristics of dopamine in alkaline environment.Then,polyamidoamine(PAMAM)was modified by the Michael addition reaction to prepare water-soluble core shell magnetic NPs of Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA@PAMAM,and its potential as gene vector was further evaluated.The results revealed that Fe_(3)O_(4)@PDA@PAMAM had the ability to condense and protect DNA,and showed lower cytotoxicity,higher cell uptake and transfection efficiency than those of PAMAM.It has the potential to become a magnetic targeted gene vector for further study. | Liang Liu Chaobing Liu Zhaojun Yang Yiran Chen Xin Chen Jintao Guan | 2023 | Frontiers of Materials Science2023,17,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Recent advances in electrochemiluminescence imaging analysis显示文摘Electrochemiluminescence(ECL)has been widely applied in imaging owing to features that distinguish it from other microscopic techniques and electrochemical methods,including its high signal-to-noise ratio,remarkable sensitivity,wide linear range,high spatiotemporal resolution,and near-zero background light.Imaging technology based on ECL has been used in the fields of immunosensing,pathological cell detection,and drug analysis.Additionally,its simple operation and ability to detect dynamic processes and catalytic sites strengthen its potential for research on material surfaces and interfaces,in vivo biological analysis,and cell visualization.At the same time,the emergence of a variety of nanomaterials and new microscopic analysis equipment has further promoted the development of high-resolution ECL imaging technology.This paper introduces the development of ECL technology and the mechanisms of the main ECL systems.It then describes various forms of ECL imaging methods,and reviews research progress on ECL imaging technology in the fields of single-particle imaging,fingerprint structure analysis,and single-cell microscopic imaging.Finally,the authors offer their views about the prospects for ECL imaging technology. | Chengda Meng Sara Knežević Fangxin Du Yiran Guan Frédéric Kanoufi Neso Sojic Guobao Xu | 2022 | eScience2022,2,6: | 0 |
| 6 | Strong metal-support interaction between AuPd nanoparticles and oxygen-rich defect ZrO_(2) for enhanced catalytic 5-hydroxymethylfurfural oxidation显示文摘The unique properties of metal oxide surfaces,crystal surfaces and defects play vital roles in biomass upgrading reactions.In this work,hierarchical porous bowl-shaped ZrO_(2)(HB-ZrO_(2))with mixed crystal phase was designed and employed as the support for loading AuPd bimetal with different proportions to synthesize AuPd/HB-ZrO_(2) catalysts.The effects of surface chemistry,oxygen defects,bimetal interaction and metal-support interaction of AuPd/HB-ZrO_(2) on catalytic performance for the selective oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)to 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)were systematically investigated.The Au 2 Pd1/HB-ZrO_(2) catalyst afforded a satisfactory FDCA yield of 99.9%from HMF oxidation using O_(2) as the oxidant in water,accompanied with an excellent FDCA productivity at 97.6 mmol g^(−1) h^(−1).This work offers fresh insights into rationally designing efficient catalysts with oxygen-rich defects for the catalytic upgrading of biomass platform chemicals. | Yunlei Zhang Yiran Liu Wen Guan Mengxue Cao Yao Chen Pengwei Huo | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2: | 0 |
