2塔里木盆地库车坳陷烃源岩生成甲烷的动力学参数及其应用显示文摘根据压力下黄金管封闭体系热模拟实验结果 ,应用 Kinetics和 GOR- Isotope Kinetics专用软件 ,获得了塔里木盆地库车坳陷三叠系—侏罗系烃源岩的生烃动力学参数及碳同位素动力学参数。库车坳陷侏罗系煤、煤系泥岩及三叠系泥岩热解生成甲烷具有各自的活化能分布范围 ,分别是 197~ 2 6 8k J/ mol、180~ 2 6 0 k J/ mol、2 14~2 89k J/ m ol,频率因子各为 5 .2 6 5× 10 1 3s- 1、9.76 1× 10 1 1 s- 1、2 .2 70× 10 1 4s- 1 ,反映它们的生烃行为有所差异 ;其相应的碳同位素动力学参数也有差别 ,平均活化能分别是 2 2 8k J/ mol、2 0 5 k J/ mol、2 31k J/ mol。在此基础上 ,应用这些动力学参数 ,并结合地质背景 ,进一步探讨了依南 2气藏天然气的成因和运聚成藏模式。研究表明 ,依南 2气藏天然气主要来源于库车坳陷阳霞凹陷中心侏罗系煤系烃源岩 ,主要聚气时间为 5~ 0 Ma,对应 Ro 为 1.2 5 %~ 1.95 % ,天然气散失率为 2 5 %~ 30 %。该研究对塔里木盆地 ,乃至我国其他地区天然气藏的成因评价与成藏过程研究具有参考和借鉴意义。李贤庆 肖贤明 米敬奎 TANG Yongchun 肖中尧 刘德汉 申家贵 刘金钟 2005地质学报2005,79,1:29

4用开放体系的热解方法对烃源岩生烃动力学的研究:以东营凹陷某生油岩为例显示文摘近年来,烃源岩生烃热模拟实验与生烃动力学研究主要采用封闭体系。然而,在某些地质条件下,烃源岩所处的地质环境更接近于开放体系。应用美国加里福尼亚州理工学院环境能源研究中心多冷阱热解气相色谱仪,结合Kinetics生烃动力学专用软件,对取自东营凹陷的1块ES3页岩生油岩在开放体系条件下进行了生烃动力学研究。结果表明,该生油岩C1~5、C13+、C6~12及C1+生成活化能分别为:238~339、205~268、222~272和251~285kJ/mol。在此基础上,结合利津洼陷埋藏史与受热史,对烃源岩生烃史、生成烃类油气比等成烃特征进行了研究。本研究为生烃动力学方法在油气评价中的应用提供了一个范例。高喜龙 肖贤明 刘中云 王建宝 郭汝泰 鹿洪友 Tang Yongchun 2003地球化学2003,32,5:24

8Experimental research on influencing factors of wet removal of NO from coal-fired flue gas by UV/H_2O_2 advanced oxidation process显示文摘Wet removal of NO from coal-fired flue gas by UV/H2O2 Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) were investigated in a self-designed UV-bubble reactor. Several main influencing factors (UV intensity, H2O2 initial concentration, initial pH value, solution temperature, NO initial concentration, liquid-gas ratio and O2 percentage content) on the NO removal efficiency were studied. The results showed that UV intensity, H2O2 initial concentration, NO initial concentration and liquid-gas ratio are the main influencing factors. In the best conditions, the highest NO removal efficiency by UV/H2O2 advanced oxidation process could reach 82.9%. 14Study on mechanism of mercury oxidation by fly ash from coal combustion显示文摘To understand the interaction of fly ash and mercury, systematic experiments on mercury oxidation in single flue gas composition are conducted on a fixed bed reactor system, the desorption rate and speciation of mercury are valuated. The results indicate that fly ash itself can significantly promote elemental mercury oxidation. A classification of fly ash activated sites is developed according to the speciation of mercury during adsorption-desorption tests, the reaction mechanism of mercury oxidation by fly ash is proposed. Acid gas can promote mercury oxidation and improve the stability of oxidation product. 15Relationships between altitudinal gradient and plant carbon isotope composition of grassland communities on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,China显示文摘Foliar and root carbon isotope composition(δ13C) of grassland communities on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,China,was obtained by the biomass weighting method and direct measurement.We investigated the characteristics and altitudinal patterns of foliar and root δ13C and determined which environmental factors influenced foliar δ13 C most.Foliar δ13 C of alpine steppe was significantly higher than that of alpine meadow and temperate steppe.For alpine meadow,root δ13C was significantly higher than of foliar δ13C.Foliar δ13C increased with altitude at an average rate of 0.60‰ km 1 for the whole grassland ecosystem.This rate was lower than that at species level.However,there were no significant relationships between root δ13C and altitude.Atmospheric pressure was a more important factor than temperature and precipitation in its influence on the altitudinal pattern of foliar δ13C at the community level.ZHOU YongChun FAN JiangWen ZHONG HuaPing ZHANG WenYan 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,2:13

17Integrated removal of NO and mercury from coal combustion flue gas using manganese oxides supported on TiO_2显示文摘A catalyst composed of manganese oxides supported on titania(MnO_x/TiO_2) synthesized by a sol–gel method was selected to remove nitric oxide and mercury jointly at a relatively low temperature in simulated flue gas from coal-fired power plants. The physico-chemical characteristics of catalysts were investigated by X-ray fluorescence(XRF), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analyses, etc. The effects of Mn loading,reaction temperature and individual flue gas components on denitration and Hg^0 removal were examined. The results indicated that the optimal Mn/Ti molar ratio was 0.8 and the best working temperature was 240°C for NO conversion. O_2 and a proper ratio of [NH_3]/[NO]are essential for the denitration reaction. Both NO conversion and Hg^0 removal efficiency could reach more than 80% when NO and Hg^0 were removed simultaneously using Mn0.8 Tiat 240°C.Hg^0 removal efficiency slightly declined as the Mn content increased in the catalysts. The reaction temperature had no significant effect on Hg^0 removal efficiency. O_2 and HCl had a promotional effect on Hg^0 removal. SO2 and NH_3were observed to weaken Hg^0 removal because of competitive adsorption. NO first facilitated Hg^0 removal and then had an inhibiting effect as NO concentration increased without O_2, and it exhibited weak inhibition of Hg^0 removal efficiency in the presence of O_2. 18Global absorption center map of the mafic minerals on the Moon as viewed by CE-1 IIM data显示文摘Determining the global distribution of minerals on the Moon has been an important goal of lunar science. Hyperspectral remote sensing is an important approach to acquiring minerals on the Moon on the global scale. The wavelength of the absorption band center is the key parameter for identifying minerals with reflectance spectra as well as remote sensing data. The global absorption center map of the mafic minerals of the Moon was produced for the first time with the Chang’E-1 IIM data. This map shows the global distribution of mafic minerals such as orthopyroxenes, clinopyroxenes, and olivine and even plagioclase feldspar of the Moon. The validation for some representative areas indicates that the global map is reliable and even more detailed than the results derived from Clementine-data. Moreover, our method is insensitive to the topography and viewing and illumination geometries. The global absorption band center map not only contributes to the lunar science research, but also has other implications to be further studied. 19Essential roles of exosome and circRNA_101093 on ferroptosis desensitization in lung adenocarcinoma显示文摘Background:Resistance to ferroptosis,a regulated cell death caused by irondependent excessive accumulation of lipid peroxides,has recently been linked to lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD).Intracellular antioxidant systems are required for protection against ferroptosis.The purpose of the present studywas to investigate whether and how extracellular system desensitizes LUAD cells to ferroptosis.Methods:Established human lung fibroblasts MRC-5,WI38,and human LUAD H1650,PC9,H1975,H358,A549,and H1299 cell lines,tumor and matched normal adjacent tissues of LUAD,and plasma from healthy individuals and LUAD patients were used in this study.Immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting were used to analyze protein expression,and quantitative reverse transcription-PCR was used to analyze mRNA expression.Cell viability,cell death,and the lipid reactive oxygen species generationwere measured to evaluate the responses to ferroptosis.Exosomes were observed using transmission electron microscope.The localization of arachidonic acid(AA)was detected using click chemistry labeling followed by confocal microscopy.Interactions between RNAs and proteins were detected using RNA pull-down,RNA immunoprecipitation and photoactivatable ribonucleoside-enhanced crosslinking and immunoprecipitation methods.Proteomic analysis was used to investigate RNA-regulated proteins,and metabolomic analysis was performed to analyze metabolites.Cellderived xenograft,patient-derived xenograft,cell-implanted intrapulmonary LUAD mouse models and plasma/tissue specimens from LUAD patients were used to validate the molecular mechanism.Results:Plasma exosome from LUAD patients specifically reduced lipid peroxidation and desensitized LUAD cells to ferroptosis.A potential explanation is that exosomal circRNA_101093(cir93)maintained an elevation in intracellular cir93 in LUAD to modulate AA,a poly-unsaturated fatty acid critical for ferroptosisassociated increased peroxidation in the plasma membrane.Mechanistically,cir93 interacted with and increased fatty acid-binding protein 3(FABP3),which transported AA and facilitated its reaction with taurine.Thus,global AA was reduced,whereas N-arachidonoyl taurine(NAT,the product of AA and taurine)was induced.Notably,the role of NAT in suppressing AA incorporation into the plasma membrane was also revealed.In pre-clinical in vivo models,reducing exosome improved ferroptosis-based treatment.Conclusion:Exosome and cir93 are essential for desensitizing LUAD cells to ferroptosis,and blocking exosome may be helpful for future LUAD treatment.Xiao Zhang Yunhua Xu Lifang Ma Keke Yu Yongjie Niu Xin Xu Yi Shi Susu Guo Xiangfei Xue Yikun Wang Shiyu Qiu Jiangtao Cui Hong Wang Xiaoting Tian Yayou Miao Fanyu Meng Yongxia Qiao Yongchun Yu Jiayi Wang 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,4:10
20Identification of an AFLP marker linked to the stripe rust resistance gene Yr10 in wheat显示文摘AFLP analysis of near-isogenic lines of the stripe rust resistance gene Yr10 was carried out with 6 Pst I -primers and 10 Taq I -primers with the donor parent of Yr1O gene as the check. A total of about 4200 distinguishable bands were amplified, of which 5 were stable. The genetic linkage of the 5 polymorphic DNA fragments with the target gene were tested preliminarily on a segregating F2 population derived from a cross between the gene donor parent 'Moro' and susceptible cultivar 'Mingxian 169'. The DNA fragment PT0502 was found closely linked to the Yr10 gene and cloned and sequenced. Based on the sequence specific primers for PCR were designed and synthesized. Genetic linkage analysis with 195 segregating F2 plants indicated that the genetic distance was 0.5 cM between the main product SC200 fragment produced by PCR with the primers and the Yr10 gene.
