1Cascade conditional generative adversarial nets for spatial-spectral hyperspectral sample generation显示文摘Sample generation is an effective way to solve the problem of the insufficiency of training data for hyperspectral image classification.The generative adversarial network(GAN)is one of the popular deep learning methods,which utilizes adversarial training to generate the region of samples based on the required class label.In this paper,we propose cascade conditional generative adversarial nets for hyperspectral image complete spatial-spectral sample generation,named C2GAN.The C2GAN includes two stages.The stageone model consists of the spatial information generation with a window size that entails feeding random noise and the required class label.The second stage is the spatial-spectral information generation that generates spectral information of all bands in the spatial region by feeding the label regions.The visualization and verification of generated samples based on the Pavia University and Salinas datasets show superior performance,which demonstrates that our method is useful for hyperspectral image classification.Xiaobo LIU Yulin QIAO Yonghua XIONG Zhihua CAI Peng LIU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,4:9

3乙醇蒸气与热空气处理抑制杨梅采后腐烂效果显示文摘本文研究了单独使用乙醇蒸气处理(EVT,250或500μL·L-1持续3 h)或者与热空气处理(HAT,48℃持续3 h)结合使用对中国杨梅采后腐烂与微生物生长的作用效果。与对照相比,乙醇蒸气处理和热空气处理均能显著地减少由接种Verticicladiella abietina,Penicillium citrinum或Trichoderma viride所引起的腐烂;以500μL·L-1乙醇蒸气结合热空气处理杨梅的腐烂率最低,并且能够显著地抑制病原菌的孢子萌发和菌丝生长,杨梅果实自然腐烂率和微生物种群数量均为最低,能够很好地保持果品质量,效果好于二者单独使用。Kaituo Wang Peng Jin Shuangshuang Tang Haitao Shang Huaijing Rui Huatao Di Yan Cai Yonghua Zheng 2011保鲜与加工2011,11,1:2

7Characteristics of Dynamic Load Response of a Fuel Cell with a Dead-ended Anode显示文摘The dynamic load characteristics of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) with a dead-ended anode were studied. In a 70 h experiment, the effects of anode pressure, operating temperature, and relative humidity of the cathode on the performances of the fuel cell were investigated. The obtained results show that, with different relative humidity of the cathode at 65 ℃, dynamic loading has little effect on the performances of fuel cell and the electrochemically active surface area(ECSA). However, the fuel cell operating under dynamic load is unstable when the relative humidity is 50%, and at 50 ℃ with 100% relative humidity, applying a dynamic load has a significant influence on the fuel cell performances. 10Mechanical deformation properties of Continuous Welded Rail on kilometer-span suspension bridge for high-speed railway显示文摘The complex bridge-track interaction between kilometer-span bridges and continuous Welded Rail(CWR)brings great challenges to CWR designing.Taking a suspension bridge with laying CWR as a case,the mechanical properties of CWR on the bridge are analyzed to reveal the sensitive areas of the track,and the design method of CWR and track structures on the beam ends are proposed.The results show that the unidirectional Rail Expansion Joints(REJ)need to be installed on the beam end of the kilometer-span bridge to reduce rail longitudinal force.Due to the bridge characteristics,there is no CWR fixed area on the kilometer-span bridge,and rail longitudinal force on the main span caused by bending loads needs to be concerned.The deformation of track on the beam end is complex,which is the weak area on the kilometer bridge,the large relative displacement between the stock rail of REJ and the main beam can cause poor stability of ballast bed on beam end,small resistance fasteners need to be laid on the sides of stock rail on the main beam to increase the stability of ballast and fasteners on the beam end.To improve the driving safety and comfort of beam end,the Sleeper-Supporting Apparatus(SSA)should be specially designed to ensure the uniform transition of track on beam ends.Temperature and wind loads have a significant impact on track regularity on the kilometer span bridge,the dynamic response of trains and bridges under those loads needs to be attended to.Xiaopei Cai Wanli Liu Liang Gao Yonghua Su Jingfan Yang 2023High-Speed Railway2023,1,2:0
11SISTE1 promotes abscisic acid-dependent salt stress-responsive pathways via improving ion homeostasis and reactive oxygen species scavenging in tomato显示文摘High salinity is one of the major limiting fac-tors that reduces crop productivity and quality.Herein,we report that small SALT TOLERANCE ENHANCER1(STE1)protein without any known conserved domains is required for tomato salt tolerance.Overexpression(OE)of SlSTE1 enhanced the tolerance to multiple chloride salts(NaCl,KCl,and LiCl)and oxidative stress,along with elevated antioxidant enzyme activities,increased abscisic acid(ABA)and chlorophyll contents,and reduced ma-londialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulations compared to that of wild-type(WT)plants.Moreover,decreased K^+efflux and increased H^+efflux were detected in the OE plants,which induced a higher K^+/Na^+ratio.In contrast,SlSTE1-RNAi plants dis-played decreased tolerance to salt stress.RNA-seq data revealed 1330 differentially expressed genes in the OE plants versus WT plants under salt stress,and the tran-scription of numerous and diverse genes encoding transcription factors,stress-related proteins,secondary metabolisms,kinases,and hormone synthesis/signaling-related proteins(notably ABA and 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate)was greatly elevated.Furthermore,SlSTE1-OE plants showed increased sensitivity to ABA,and the results suggest that SlSTE1 promotes ABA-dependent salt stress-responsive pathways by interacting with SlPYLs and SlSnRK2s.Collectively,our findings reveal that the small SlSTE1 protein confers salt tolerance via ABA sig-naling and ROS scavenging and improves ion homeo-stasis in tomato.Xiaoqing Meng Jing Cai Lei Deng Ge Li Jian Sun Yonghua Han Tingting Dong Yang Liu Tao Xu Siyuan Liu Zongyun Li Mingku Zhu 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12:0

13Glioma cell membrane camouflaged cinobufotalin delivery system for combinatorial orthotopic glioblastoma therapy显示文摘Glioblastoma(GBM)belongs to the deadliest primary malignancies with high mortality rate and poor prognosis.Over the past decades,less progress has been made to treat GBM,owing largely to the lack of effective chemotherapeutics and poor drug accumulation in the glioma tissue.In order to address this issue,we present an efficient biomimetic nanocomposite(Cu_(2−x)Se-CB@MEM,CCM),consisting of Cu_(2−x)Se nanoparticle core modified by cinobufotalin(CB),a toad venom extract,which is camouflaged with glioma cell Ln229 membrane.It is demonstrated that CB can decrease the protein activity of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase 1(IMPDH1),a key target correlated with prognosis,through intermolecular hydrogen bonding with amino acid residues ARG-105 and ASP-77.The glioma cell membrane-camouflage endows the CCM with blood-brain barrier penetration and homology tumor-targeted ability.The optimized cinobufotalin based chemotherapy combining with the near-infrared-II(NIR-II)irradiation shows outstanding inhibition effect to glioma cells,by blocking cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.In vivo mice bearing orthotopic Ln229 GBM treated with CCM+NIR-II(CCM+L)have significantly suppressed tumor growth and extended survival,without side effect.The glioma cell membrane camouflaged nanocomposite of Cu_(2−x)Se and cinobufotalin with its significant anti-glioma property and well biosafety will provide novel alternatives for clinical treatment of GBM.Zibin Song Liqian Zhao Weiyi Fang Siyun Guo Anqi Xu Zhengming Zhan Yonghua Cai ShuaiShuai Xue Peng Chai Qiuhua Jiang Peng Zhao Ye Song 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:0
