1Recent advance in nonlinear aeroelastic analysis and control of the aircraft显示文摘A review on the recent advance in nonlinear aeroelasticity of the aircraft is presented in this paper. The nonlinear aeroelastic problems are divided into three types based on different research objects,namely the two dimensional airfoil,the wing,and the full aircraft. Different nonlinearities encountered in aeroelastic systems are discussed firstly,where the emphases is placed on new nonlinear model to describe tested nonlinear relationship. Research techniques,especially new theoretical methods and aeroelastic flutter control methods are investigated in detail. The route to chaos and the cause of chaotic motion of two-dimensional aeroelastic system are summarized. Various structural modeling methods for the high-aspect-ratio wing with geometric nonlinearity are discussed. Accordingly,aerodynamic modeling approaches have been developed for the aeroelastic modeling of nonlinear high-aspect-ratio wings. Nonlinear aeroelasticity about high-altitude longendurance(HALE) and fight aircrafts are studied separately. Finally,conclusions and the challenges of the development in nonlinear aeroelasticity are concluded. 2Fluorimetric analysis of paeonol in Chinese herbal medicine Cynanchi Paniculati Radix by aluminum ion-sensitized fluorescence显示文摘A novel fluorimetric method for determination of paeonol,an active component of Chinese herbal medicine,is proposed.The method is based on the reaction of paeonol with aluminum ion in pH 4.4 HAc-NaAc buffer to form a fluorescent Al(Ⅲ)-paeonol complex.The maximum excitation wavelength and emission wavelength of the complex were 296 nm and 455 nm,respectively.The fuorescence quantum yield of the complex was determined to be 0.053 at an excitation wavelength of 296 nm.A linear calibration curve covered the concentration range 0.017-1.2μg/mL.The method has been applied to the analysis of paeonol in medicinal crop Cynanchi Paniculati Radix(Xuchangqing),and the results demonstrated that this method can be used for quality evaluation of crude drug Xuchangqing.Fei Yang Cuige Liu Yongju Wei 2012Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,3:4
3Comparison of Leptosphaeria biglobosa-induced and chemically induced systemic resistance to L.maculans in Brassica napus显示文摘Brassica napus(cv.Madrigal)seedlings pre-treated with ascospores of Leptosphaeria biglobosa or foliar sprays of either acibenzolar-S-methyl(ASM)or menadione sodium bisulphite(MSB)were chal- lenge inoculated with L.maculans ascospores and assessed for phoma leaf spot development and tissue morphology and gene expression responses to infection.Rates of increase in phoma leaf spot area 8―21 d after challenge inoculation were significantly greater on water pre-treated plants than on plants pre-treated with L.biglobosa,ASM or MSB on both pre-treated leaves(local effect)and younger leaves without pre-treatment(systemic effect).Ninety-six h after challenge inoculation,the invasive hyphae of L.maculans were encircled by rings of necrotic mesophyll cells on leaves pre-treated with L. biglobosa,ASM or MSB but not those pre-treated with water.Quantification of transcript levels of genes commonly used as markers of the major defence signalling pathways(PDF1.2,PR-1,NPR1,APX, CHB4)0–96 h after L.maculans challenge inoculation showed expression patterns indicating prefer- ential activation of the jasmonate/ethylene pathway and involved induction of NPR1 locally and sys- temically in leaves of plants pre-treated with L.biglobosa ascospores.LIU ShengYi LIU RenHu Akinwunmi O. 4Evaluation of the relative risk of stroke in patients with hypertension using cerebrovascular hemodynamic accumulative score显示文摘The relative risk(RR)of stroke in patients with hypertension was evaluated by using synthetic index of cerebrovascular hemodynamics.A total of 7,371 patients with hypertension with ages i40 years were selected from a population-based cohort study of the risk factors for stroke.The data on the baseline investigation of risk factors,the determination of cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters(CVHP),and stroke follow-up were analyzed.The RR of stroke in patients with hypertension was evaluated by CVHP scores.Univariate analysis indicated that hypertension,complicated by other risk factors,had significant statistical association with the onset of stroke.RRs for stroke when hypertension complicated with decrease of hemodynamic scores,heart disease,cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption were 4.93(95%CI,3.26–7.45),1.90(95%CI,1.36–2.66),1.99(95%CI,1.42–2.79)and 1.73(95%CI,1.19–2.53)respectively.In multivariate analysis,hemodynamic score,age,sex,cigarette smoking,family history of stroke and systolic blood pressure were selected by the Cox regression for inclusion in the final analysis.Among them,the RR of hemodynamic score was highest.The analysis of doseresponse relationships indicated that when the hemodynamic scores in patients with hypertension were lower than 75 points,the RR of stroke at 75,60,45,30 and 15 points were 2.85,4.43,4.54,5.40 and 9.88,respectively.The risk of stroke in patients with hypertension is closely asso ciated with hemodynamic impairment and the hemodynamic score may be used for quantitative evaluation of relative risks of stroke.HUANG Jiuyi WANG Guiqing GUO Jiping CAO Yifeng WANG Yan YANG Yongju YU Xuehai 2007Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,3:2
5Molecular cloning and expression analysis of FTZ-F1 in the GIFT tilapia,Oreochromis niloticus显示文摘The FTZ-F1 genes encode orphan receptors of the nuclear receptor superfamily and in mammals have been found to play important roles in the proper development of the adrenal-gonadal axis and sex-determination.We isolated the homologue of FTZ-F1 in genetically improved farmed tilapia(gfFTZ-F1).The full-length cDNA was isolated from the ovary,which included an open reading frame encoding a predicted protein of 486 amino acids.Sequence,tissue distribution and phylogenic analysis of the FTZ-F1 showed that the gfFTZ-F1 belonged to SF-1/Ad4BP group and that gfFTZ-F1 transcripts were only expressed in the gonads and kidney but not in other tissues.Likewise our data suggests that the gfFTZ-F1 gene may share similar functions with other fish and mammalian counterparts,though further study is needed to make any definitive conclusions.Jinling CAO Jianjie CHEN Zhongliang JIANG Yongju LUO Xi GAN 2012Zoological Research2012,33,4:2
6Dissolution-precipitation growth of uniform and clean two dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides显示文摘Two dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)have attracted much interest and shown promise in many applications.However,it is challenging to obtain uniform TMDCs with clean surfaces,because of the difficulties in controlling the way the reactants are supplied to the reaction in the current chemical vapor deposition growth process.Here,we report a new growth approach called’dissolution-precipitation’(DP)growth,where the metal sources are sealed inside glass substrates to control their feeding to the reaction.Noteworthy,the diffusion of metal source inside glass to its surface provides a uniform metal source on the glass surface,and restricts the TMDC growth to only a surface reaction while eliminating unwanted gas-phase reaction.This feature gives rise to highly uniform monolayer TMDCs with a clean surface on centimeter-scale substrates.The DP growth works well for a large variety of TMDCs and their alloys,providing a solid foundation for the controlled growth of clean TMDCs by the fine control of the metal source.Zhengyang Cai Yongjue Lai Shilong Zhao Rongjie Zhang Junyang Tan Simin Feng Jingyun Zou Lei Tang Junhao Lin Bilu Liu Hui-Ming Cheng 2021National Science Review2021,8,3:2
7Fas配体对NIH3T3增殖和胶原表达的信号机制研究显示文摘目的探讨Fas配体(FasL)对小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3增殖和胶原表达的影响及其信号调控机制。方法采用鼠成纤维细胞系HIN3T3,以FasL为诱导剂,采用抑制剂技术和Western blot技术观察NIH3T3的增殖及胶原表达情况,同时探讨磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/Akt、有丝分裂原活化蛋白(MAPK)/P38、MAPK/ERK信号通路在NIH3T3增殖和胶原表达中的作用。结果研究发现低剂量的FasL可调节3T3的生长,表现为细胞数量和胶原表达水平均随FasL剂量的增加而增加,且存在剂量-效应和时间-效应;MAPK/P38及PI3K/Akt信号通路对NIH3T3的增殖具有调控作用,MAPK/P38及MAPK/ERK信号通路可调控NIH3T3胶原表达。结论Fas/FasL系统对成纤维细胞增殖和胶原表达起促进作用;FasL主要通过PI3K/Akt、MAPK/P38信号通路对成纤维细胞增殖起调控作用;通过MAPK/P38及MAPK/ERK信号通路调节成纤维细胞的胶原表达。姚三巧 LU Yongju WANG Liying Rojanasakul Anand Iyer Neelam Azad Yon Rojanasakul 2010中国职业医学2010,37,2:2
